Abstract
本发明是一种五金工具的防锈剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:羟基苯并三氮唑5‑15%、苯甲酸钠1‑5%、山梨酸钾1‑10%、三安息香酸胺5‑15%、抗氧剂3‑9%、安息香酸2‑3%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1‑5%、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯11‑19%、钛酸酯偶联剂5‑7%、硅酸钠3‑5%、固体石蜡3‑5%、液体石蜡1‑5%、微乳化剂5‑10%、复合防锈剂1‑1.5%、热固性酚醛树脂4‑5%,此时五金工具的防锈剂具有稳定性和防锈性强的效果。

本发明是一种五金工具的防锈剂的配方。
背景技术
防腐剂是能抑制微生物活动,防止工业油腐败变质的一类工业油添加剂,要使工业油有一定的保藏期,就必须采用一定的措施来防止微生物的感染和繁殖,实践证明,采用防腐剂是达到上述目的的最经济、最有效和最简捷的办法之一。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种五金工具的防锈剂的配方,具有稳定性和防锈性强的效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种五金工具的防锈剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:羟基苯并三氮唑5-15%、苯甲酸钠1-5%、山梨酸钾1-10%、三安息香酸胺5-15%、抗氧剂3-9%、安息香酸2-3%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1-5%、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯11-19%、钛酸酯偶联剂5-7%、硅酸钠3-5%、固体石蜡3-5%、液体石蜡1-5%、微乳化剂5-10%、复合防锈剂1-1.5%、热固性酚醛树脂4-5%%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备五金工具的防锈剂,具有稳定性和防锈性强的效果。

一种五金工具的防锈剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:羟基苯并三氮唑5%、苯甲酸钠1%、山梨酸钾1%、三安息香酸胺5%、抗氧剂3%、安息香酸2%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1%、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯11%、钛酸酯偶联剂5%、硅酸钠3%、固体石蜡3%、液体石蜡1%、微乳化剂5%、复合防锈剂1%、热固性酚醛树脂4%,此时五金工具的防锈剂稳定性较差。

一种五金工具的防锈剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:羟基苯并三氮唑15%、苯甲酸钠5%、山梨酸钾10%、三安息香酸胺15%、抗氧剂9%、安息香酸3%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯5%、微19%、钛酸酯偶联剂7%、硅酸钠5%、固体石蜡5%、液体石蜡5%、微乳化剂10%、复合防锈剂1.5%、热固性酚醛树脂5%,此时五金工具的防锈剂防锈效果较差。

一种五金工具的防锈剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:羟基苯并三氮唑10%、苯甲酸钠4%、山梨酸钾6%、三安息香酸胺11%、抗氧剂7%、安息香酸2.3%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1.5%、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯16%、钛酸酯偶联剂5.7%、硅酸钠3.5%、固体石蜡3.5%、液体石蜡1.5%、微乳化剂7%、复合防锈剂1.4%、热固性酚醛树脂4.5%,此时五金工具的防锈剂具有稳定性和防锈性强的效果。

1.一种五金工具的防锈剂的配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:羟基苯并三氮唑5-15%、苯甲酸钠1-5%、山梨酸钾1-10%、三安息香酸胺5-15%、抗氧剂3-9%、安息香酸2-3%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯1-5%、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯11-19%、钛酸酯偶联剂5-7%、硅酸钠3-5%、固体石蜡3-5%、液体石蜡1-5%、微乳化剂5-10%、复合防锈剂1-1.5%、热固性酚醛树脂4-5%。
