背景技术
公路沥青混凝土和水泥混凝土路面使用一段时间后,会产生裂缝,造成水渗入加速路面及基层损坏。及时封闭防止水及杂物进入才能防止病害扩大,提高路面耐久性。
发明内容
该发明由70号道路石油沥青和木质素纤维按100:5质量比配制而成,具有较高的粘结性、韧性、足够的弹性和延展性。液态灌入缝隙后,成型快,和缝隙两侧粘结牢固,顶部略高于路面,有效封闭裂缝。夏季高温时不流淌,冬季低温时不脆裂,仍保持有效封闭。该材料最大优势在于无需新增生产设备,成本低。具体工艺:用目前各单位普遍应用的灌缝机,将沥青桶内沥青加热到150~160℃,投入称量好的木质素纤维,搅拌均匀即可灌缝使用,节省燃料,对人员无害。

Claims (2)

1.一种由70号道路石油沥青与木质素纤维按100:5的质量比配制而成的路面灌缝材料,可用于沥青路面裂缝封闭,可用于水泥路面裂缝封闭、缩缝和胀缝填塞。
2.可在场内用简单设备预制,常温保存运输,也可利用通用沥青灌缝机在施工时直接将木质素纤维投入灌缝机沥青桶内搅拌配制,施工简便,成本低。
