Description

Band saw blade replacing device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a band saw blade replacing device for a band saw blade, and more particularly, to a band saw blade replacing device for remotely and safely replacing a band saw blade in a band saw blade for cutting an object contaminated with radioactive substances or for cutting an object under a situation where there is a risk to a human body such as suspicion of radiation exposure.
Background
A band saw blade is known in which an endless band saw blade is provided between a driving wheel and a driven wheel, and the driving wheel is rotationally driven, and an object is cut by the endless band saw blade.
However, in the case of replacing a worn band saw blade, an operator generally removes an old band saw blade mounted on a driving wheel and a driven wheel and replaces the old band saw blade with a new band saw blade. In addition, for example, in a work environment such as cutting of an object contaminated with radioactive substances or suspicion of radiation exposure, replacement of the band saw blade by a human hand is to be avoided from the viewpoint of ensuring safety of the operator.
In contrast, japanese patent application laid-open No. 4-105817 proposes a band saw blade replacement device including: an operation frame having an operation part with a clamping means for supporting the band saw blade at a plurality of positions; the saw blade replacing position of the saw blade shell is approached for replacing between the operation frame and the 2 wheels of the saw blade shell through the operation part; and an operation arm for moving the operation frame between the separated saw blade filling and recovering positions, thereby automatically replacing the band saw blade without manual operation.
Further, jp 6-262429 a proposes a band saw blade replacing device which has a tool magazine capable of storing a band saw blade, in which a fixed blade holding wheel and a plate-like body capable of moving the blade holding wheel so as to be movable toward and away from the fixed blade holding wheel are provided on an upper frame of a cutting head having 2 wheels built therein, and which is configured such that the plate-like body is rotatable and the band saw blade is held on both surfaces thereof, and in which an old band saw blade is collected on one surface side and a new band saw blade is supplied on the other surface side, and the band saw blade replacing device is made more compact by using both surfaces of the plate-like body as the magazine.
However, in recent years, in radiation therapy facilities, nuclear power plants, and the like, there has been an increasing demand for cutting devices and equipment contaminated with radioactive substances or given radioactive energy into a size capable of being stored in a predetermined disposal container. In this case, in addition to the space for cutting the band saw blade being more limited than usual, there is a need to safely dispose of the contaminated band saw blade and the band saw blade changer.
Therefore, in the apparatus for performing the cutting work under such a circumstance, since a size reduction is required to be more compact than the above-mentioned reduction, it is desired to develop a simple band saw blade and a band saw blade changing apparatus which have a smaller number of parts and can safely and accurately continue the cutting work.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a band saw blade changer capable of safely and accurately continuing a cutting operation of a band saw blade by a simple structure with a small number of parts and by which a band saw blade can be remotely changed.
Based on this, the present invention provides a band saw blade replacing device, comprising: a hanger part having a connecting means for connecting the crane means at the upper end side; and a band saw blade holding plate which is connected below the hanger part and holds the band saw blade; a band saw blade replacing device for performing a replacement operation of a band saw blade mounted on a driving wheel and a driven wheel exposed from an upper portion of a band saw blade while performing a three-dimensional moving operation in a suspended state by the crane means, the band saw blade replacing device comprising: the band saw blade holding plate is provided with holding means which is formed in a horizontally long elliptical shape along the front and back surfaces thereof and is configured to be horizontally long in a state where the holding means is capable of holding and releasing the band saw blade on the front and back surfaces thereof, and the central portions of the left and right ends thereof are pivotally supported by the hanger part with the center line in the longitudinal direction thereof serving as a pivot shaft, and the motor attached to the shaft support part is capable of rotating at every 180 degrees; and two operations can be carried out successively: the operation of bringing the side of the band saw blade not held to the driving wheel and the driven wheel of the band saw blade from the front and moving and holding the old band saw blade by the holding means, and the operation of turning the band saw blade holding plate holding the old band saw blade 180 degrees and bringing the side of the band saw blade holding the new band saw blade to the driving wheel and the driven wheel from the front and detaching the new band saw blade from the holding means and attaching the new band saw blade.
In this way, in a manner that the band saw blade replacing device is formed as another mechanism with the band saw blade and the moving operation of the band saw blade replacing device by the crane means is performed, the simple structure is realized by omitting the band saw blade moving means such as the operation arm, and in addition, the holding means capable of holding the band saw blade is provided on the front and back surfaces of the band saw blade holding plate, and the old band saw blade of the band saw blade is received by the empty holding means by the rotatable operation, and the new band saw blade is directly rotated 180 degrees and mounted on the band saw blade from the holding means on the other side, so that the replacing operation can be easily completed even with the simple structure of the minimum number of parts, and the cutting operator of the band saw blade can be safely and accurately continued.
In one embodiment, the two holding means of the band saw blade holding plate are respectively provided with a plurality of electromagnets arranged at predetermined positions on the outer edge sides of the front and back surfaces of the band saw blade holding plate, the predetermined positions on the outer peripheral surface of the band saw blade are magnetically attracted to the inner peripheral surface side of each electromagnet, and the band saw blade is held in an elliptical shape, and the operations of excitation and demagnetization of the electromagnets can be performed remotely and can be performed by the respective front and back operations.
In one embodiment, the electromagnet is disposed in a state where the band saw blade is held in an elliptical shape by magnetic attraction thereof, the band saw blade has a shorter diameter larger than a shorter diameter of a state where the driving wheel and the driven wheel of the band saw blade are erected and a longer diameter smaller than a longer diameter of the erected state, and the driven wheel is moved to the driving wheel side when the band saw blade of the band saw blade is attached and detached.
The invention provides a band saw blade replacing device, which forms another mechanism with a band saw disc, performs moving operation of the band saw blade replacing device by a crane means, and forms rotatable operation by arranging holding means capable of holding a band saw blade on the front surface and the back surface of a band saw blade holding plate, thereby achieving remote replacement of the band saw blade even with a simple structure of a small number of parts, and safely and accurately continuing cutting operators of the band saw disc.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, the oval includes an oblong shape (rounded rectangle), an oval shape, an egg shape, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a band saw blade changer 1A according to an embodiment of the present invention. In order to discard equipment or equipment contaminated with radioactive substances or given radioactive energy, such as a radiotherapy facility or a nuclear power plant, a band saw blade having a size capable of being stored in a predetermined disposal container is cut, a device for remotely replacing the band saw blade is provided, and a device for replacing the band saw blade, which is suspended by a crane means, not shown, and is mounted on a driving wheel and a driven wheel, not shown, while performing a three-dimensional movement operation, is provided.
The band saw blade changing device 1A includes a hanger 3 forming an upper portion thereof and a storage 2 forming a lower portion thereof, the hanger 3 includes an arm 3a formed by bending a tubular member into a chevron shape, suspension rings 40a, 40b, 40c (not shown) and 40d disposed at a top portion thereof, and a frame 3b disposed at a lower end side of the arm 3a, and the storage 2 includes a laterally long band saw blade holding plate 20 having holding means on both front and back surfaces thereof supported on an inner peripheral side of the frame 3b, and a motor 5 for rotationally driving the horizontally long band saw blade holding plate.
The hanging rings 40a, 40b, 40c, and 40d of the hanger part 3 constitute a connecting means for connecting the crane means, and the tubular members cross in plan view are arranged at equal intervals to form a square in plan view, and the band saw blade changing device 1A is difficult to swing when suspended by 4 ropes. Further, the wire 45 in the arm 3a is exposed to protrude upward from the intermediate position of the hanging rings 40a and 40b of the arm 3a, and is connected to an operation means, not shown, or the like.
In one embodiment, the band saw blade holding plate 20 of the storage part 2 includes laterally long holding means on both front and back sides, and can perform holding operations of: a band saw blade not shown in the drawings, which is held in an oval shape extending transversely along the front and rear surfaces thereof; and a disengaging operation: the band saw blade is detached. The holding means is formed by disposing a plurality of electromagnets 21, 22, 23 at predetermined positions on the outer edge sides of the front and back surfaces of the band saw blade holding plate 20, and magnetically attracting predetermined portions of the outer peripheral surface of the band saw blade made of ferromagnetic material on the inner peripheral surface side of each of the electromagnets to form an elliptical shape for holding.
The central portions of the band saw blade holding plate 20 on both left and right ends are pivotally supported by the shafts 51 and 52 on both ends of the frame 3B facing downward in the shape of a letter 3C in the hanger portion so that the center line in the longitudinal direction thereof can be rotated as a pivot shaft, and the motor 5 attached to the pivotal support as shown in fig. 2(B) enables 180-degree rotation operation. In addition to the electric servo motor, the motor 5 may be a hydraulic motor in consideration of use in water.
Further, the electromagnets 21, 22, 23 of the band saw blade holding plate 20 are arranged such that the short diameter of the band saw blade holding the band saw blade in an elliptical shape by magnetic attraction thereof is slightly larger than the short diameter of the drive wheel and the driven wheel of the band saw blade in an erected state and the long diameter thereof is slightly smaller than the long diameter of the erected state, and when the band saw blade is attached to and detached from the band saw blade, two wheels are accommodated inside the substantially elliptical inner peripheral space formed by all the electromagnets in a state where the driven wheel is moved to the drive wheel side, and the attachment and detachment work of the band saw blade can be easily performed only by performing the excitation and demagnetization work of the electromagnets and the movement work of the driven wheel.
Next, the procedure of using the band saw blade changing device 1A according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 8. As shown in fig. 3, the band saw blade 7 to be replaced with the band saw blade replacing device 1A is mainly formed by mounting a band saw blade 100A on a driving wheel 71A and a driven wheel 71b disposed on the front surface side of a cutting head 71 supported by a support column 73 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction above a base 70, and the driving wheel 71A and the driven wheel 71b have a relatively simple configuration in which the front surface side is exposed. The blade twisting mechanism is disposed in the band saw blade 7, and supports the blade of the band saw blade in the cutting position while directing the blade downward.
Next, in the case of replacing the worn band saw blade 100A of the band saw blade 7, the band saw blade B of the band saw blade holding plate 20 is moved to the front positions of the driving wheel 71A and the driven wheel 71B of the band saw blade 7 while facing the non-held surface side in a state where the band saw blade replacing device 1A is suspended by a crane means not shown, and the band saw blade 100A mounted on the driving wheel 71A and the driven wheel 71B is aligned with the height of the band saw blade holding plate 20 and both left and right end sides thereof and then moved close thereto.
In fig. 4, the band saw blade holding plate 20 is in a state of being close to the driving wheel 71a and the driven wheel 71b, and the short diameter of the inner peripheral side space of the plurality of electromagnets 21, 22, 23 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the back surface of the band saw blade holding plate 20, which is not shown, is slightly larger than the diameter of the driving wheel 71a, and therefore, the band saw blade holding plate 20 is housed in the left side portion of the inner peripheral side space and the back surface of the band saw blade holding plate 20 is in a state of being slightly in close contact with the front surface of the driving wheel 71 a.
On the other hand, since the major diameter of the inner peripheral side space is slightly shorter than the major diameters of the outer peripheries of the driving pulley 71a and the driven pulley 71b, the electromagnet 21, not shown, contacts the front surface side of the driven pulley 71b, and the driven pulley 71b is not accommodated in the right side portion of the inner peripheral side space. Here, the driven pulley 71b is moved toward the driving pulley 71a to assume a state when the band saw blade is attached and detached, the driven pulley 71b is accommodated in the inner circumferential side space, and all the electromagnets 21, 22, and 23 are energized to be excited, whereby the outer circumferential surface side of the band saw blade 100A is attracted to and held by the driving pulley 71a and the driven pulley 71b, and detached.
Next, as shown in fig. 5, the band saw blade changer 1A holding the old band saw blade 100A is pulled away from the band saw blade 7 by a predetermined distance, and the motor 5 shown in fig. 6 is driven to rotate the band saw blade holding plate 20 by 180 degrees, thereby holding the surface side of the new band saw blade 100B facing the driving wheel 71A and the driven wheel 71B of the band saw blade 7.
Next, as shown in fig. 7, the empty driven wheel 71B and the driving wheel 71a are accommodated in the inner peripheral side space holding the new band saw blade 100B and brought into close contact therewith, and the driven wheel 71B is separated from the driving wheel 71a, whereby the inner peripheral surface of the band saw blade 100B is brought into close contact therewith. In this state, all the electromagnets 21, 22, and 23 are demagnetized, and the band saw blade 100B is released from the holding state, and the driven wheel 71B is hung on the driving wheel 71A, and the band saw blade replacing device 1A shown in fig. 8 is pulled away from the band saw disc 7, whereby the band saw blade 100A is replaced.
In this way, by adopting the present embodiment in which the band saw blade replacing device 1A is formed as a separate mechanism from the band saw blade 7 and the moving operation thereof is performed by the existing crane means, a simple configuration can be realized with a reduced number of parts as compared with the prior art in which the band saw blade replacing device is attached to the band saw blade as a single unit, and the replacing operation of the band saw blade can be performed safely and accurately.
Further, since the holding means for the band saw blades 100A and 100B made of the electromagnets 21, 22 and 23 are provided on the front and back surfaces of the band saw blade holding plate 20 and the rotation operation thereof is performed so that the old band saw blade 100A of the band saw blade 7 is received by the empty holding means and rotated 180 degrees, and the continuous operation can be performed by attaching the new band saw blade 100B to the band saw blade 7 from the other holding means, the replacement operation of the band saw blades 100A and 100B can be completed in a short time even in the case of the apparatus having the extremely simple configuration with the minimum number of parts, and the cutting operation of the band saw blade 7 can be continued safely and accurately.
The band saw blade changing device 1B shown in fig. 9 shows an application example of the band saw blade changing device 1A. The band saw blade changing device 1B is characterized in that position alignment rods 32a, 32B project rearward from a part of the hanger part 3B to align the positions of the band saw blade 7B. In the band saw blade 7B to which this is applied, the guide bodies 72a, 72B having a funnel-shaped inner side are disposed at positions corresponding to the positions of the position aligning rods 32a, 32B, so that the position aligning operation of the band saw blade changing device 1B can be easily performed. Further, CCD cameras may be provided at the front ends of the position alignment levers 32a and 32b or in the vicinity thereof, so that the operator can perform the operation of aligning the positions while checking the screens.
Fig. 10 shows a band saw blade changer 1C to which an application example common to the band saw blade changers 1A and 1B described above can be applied. In this example, the hand blade holding plate 20 is characterized in that electromagnets 26 and 26 are attached to both the front and rear surfaces thereof, and magnetically attract the driving wheel 71a and the driven wheel 71b (the attachment/detachment position) at the center positions thereof.
Therefore, the accurate positional alignment of the band saw blade 7C of the band saw blade changing device 1C is facilitated, and the state of the positional alignment is easily maintained by the magnetic force. In addition, the driving wheel 71a and the driven wheel 71b of the band saw blade 7C to be applied are preferably provided with a ferromagnetic adsorbent 76 that can be magnetically adsorbed at the center thereof, and the periphery thereof is preferably made of a material that is difficult to be magnetically adsorbed.
In addition, in all of the embodiments and application examples described above, the arrangement of the electromagnets 21 and 21 on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the band saw blade holding plate is such that the width of the inner peripheral side space in the longitudinal direction is slightly larger than the width of the outer peripheral side when the driving wheel 71a and the driven wheel 71b are attached, and the sliding operation is performed in a range where either one or both of the electromagnets 21 and 21 has a predetermined width on the inner peripheral side, and both of the driving wheel 71a and the driven wheel 71b in a state where the band saw blade 100A is set up can be directly stored in the inner peripheral side space, and the state when the driven wheel 71b is attached and detached with the lateral width thereof being reduced toward the driving wheel 71a can be easily handled, and the replacement operation can be smoothly performed.
The present invention provides a band saw blade changer that can achieve remote replacement of a band saw blade even with a simple structure having a small number of parts, and can safely and accurately continue the cutting operation of a band saw blade.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
