Abstract
本发明揭示一种立体装饰玻璃,其包括至少三个的装饰层及至少两个的胶膜层,至少三个的装饰层次序叠合设置,每相邻两个装饰层之间叠合一胶膜层;本发明还揭示了一种立体装饰玻璃的制备方法,其包括以下步骤,制备多个装饰层,多个装饰层次序叠合,且每相邻两个装饰层之间叠合一胶膜层,并通过夹胶工艺制得立体装饰玻璃。本申请的发明,通过至少三个装饰层的次序叠合设置,使得装饰层内的装饰图案形成次序设置的图案,次序图案的叠合使得玻璃的垂直投影具备美观,在不同观察角度可获得不同的画面,形成立体装饰效果,解决了传统装饰玻璃图案单一,且不可变化的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,具体地,涉及一种立体装饰玻璃及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对于生活水平要求的提高,装饰玻璃被越发广泛的应用在了建筑玻璃上。现有技术中的装饰玻璃是将彩色装饰图案以彩釉、丝印、打印或贴装的方式贴附在玻璃的表面,以此种方式制成装饰玻璃的图案单一,且不可变化,无法满足人们越发高端的审美需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种立体装饰玻璃及其制备方法。
本发明公开的一种立体装饰玻璃包括:
至少三个的装饰层;至少三个的装饰层次序叠合设置;以及
至少两个的胶膜层;每相邻两个装饰层之间叠合一胶膜层。
根据本发明一实施方式,每一装饰层包括基底层及图案层;基底层及图案层叠合。
根据本发明一实施方式,图案层的面积小于或等于基底层面积的50%。
根据本发明一实施方式,每相邻两个图案层之间的间隔在2-20mm之间。
根据本发明一实施方式,基底层为平板透明玻璃、镀膜透明玻璃及钢化透明玻璃中的一种或多种。
根据本发明一实施方式,胶膜层为PCB胶片、SGP胶片、EVA胶片及PU胶片中的一种或多种。
本发明公开的一种立体装饰玻璃的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
制备多个装饰层;
多个装饰层次序叠合,且每相邻两个装饰层之间叠合一胶膜层,并通过夹胶工艺制得立体装饰玻璃。
根据本发明一实施方式,制备多个装饰层包括以下子步骤:
立体图案设计,设计的立体图案分层为多个次序图案;
多个次序图案分别印刷于多个基底层的表面,形成多个图案层;
多个基底层以图案层印刷的次序图案进行次序叠合,形成多个装饰层。
根据本发明一实施方式,制备多个装饰层的步骤之后还包括:
多个装饰层通过热弯工艺处理。
根据本发明一实施方式,其还包括以下步骤:
制得的立体装饰玻璃通过中空工艺处理。
本申请的发明,通过至少三个装饰层的次序叠合设置,使得装饰层内的装饰图案形成次序设置的图案,次序图案的叠合使得玻璃的垂直投影具备美观,在不同观察角度可获得不同的画面,形成立体装饰效果,解决了传统装饰玻璃图案单一,且不可变化的问题;此外,与传统高昂的定制化装饰相比,本申请的次序图案进行定制化设计后,可进行工业化的生产,能够满足现代建筑业中绿色、节能及美观的需求,同时定制的立体装饰图案有利于美学设计的多样性和个性化。

实施例1:
参照图1,实施例1中立体装饰玻璃的结构示意图。本实施例中的立体装饰玻璃包括装饰层1及胶膜层2。其中,装饰层1的数量为至少三个,至少三个的装饰层1次序叠合设置;胶膜层2的数量为至少两个,每相邻两个装饰层1之间叠合一胶膜层2。
复参照图1,进一步,每一装饰层1包括基底层11及图案层12。基底层11及图案层12叠合,具体的,图案层12通过彩色喷印或丝网印刷布施在基底层11的表面,优选的,图案层12可为彩釉图案层,采用彩釉图案使得图案层12更具美观。图案层12的图案是为立体图案设计的分层图案,具体的,可根据需求图案在电脑上进行立体装饰图案的设计,而后根据呈现立体装饰图案进行图案分层,形成次序图案;本实施例中,立体装饰图案设计分层为三个图案层12,三个图案层12分别布施在三个基底层11的表面,形成三个装饰层1;对应的胶膜层2的数量为两个,两个胶膜层2分别位于三个装饰层1相邻的两个之间。
三个装饰层1按照各自图案层12上的次序图案依次叠合后,其垂直投影具有美观,观察角度不同可获得不同的画面透视效果,形成立体装饰;例如,形成规则排列的点线图,或者不规则的造型图,此立体装饰图案可根据需求进行定制化设计。如此,即解决了传统装饰玻璃图案单一,且不可变化的问题。
优选的,图案层12的面积小于或等于基底层11面积的50%,如此设置,使得基底层11及胶膜层2之间图案层12的面积小于基底层11,在多个装饰层1通过胶膜层2进行夹胶工艺时,可为胶粘位置留出更多个空间,使得多个装饰层1之间的粘接牢固,避免出现脱胶的问题。
优选的,每相邻两个图案层12之间的间隔在2-20mm之间,以确保多个图案层12之间立体空间,保证立体装饰效果的展现。
本实施例中基底层11可采用平板透明玻璃、镀膜透明玻璃及钢化透明玻璃中的一种或多种,通过不同透明板材之间的搭配组合,使得制得的立体装饰玻璃具有各种材质的特性。
本实例中胶膜层2可采用PCB胶片、SGP胶片、EVA胶片及PU胶片中的一种或多种,可根据不同特性材质的基底层1进行选择,保证多个基底层1之间粘接效果。
本实施例中基底层11的尺寸大小可根据实际需求进行设计,优选的,基底层11的尺寸大小可在100×100mm至3500×6000mm之间。
实施例2:
参照图2,图2为实施例2中立体装饰玻璃制备方法的流程图。本实施例中立体装饰玻璃制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,制备多个装饰层1。具体的,S1步骤中包括以下子步骤:
S11,设计立体图案,分层为多个次序图案。立体图案设计,设计的立体图案分层为多个次序图案,立体图案设计是通过专业的设计软件设计出具有三维立体的效果的图形,而后将上述图形分层为多个次序图案,多个次序图案按照次序排列叠合后,形成具有三维立体效果的图形。
S12,多个次序图案分别印刷于多个基底层11的表面,形成多个图案层12。次序图案可通过彩色喷印或者丝网印刷工艺布施在基底层11上,此外还可以采用平面打印或贴装工艺在基底层11上形成图案层12,不以此为限。
S13,多个基底层11以图案层12印刷的次序图案进行次序叠合,形成多个装饰层1,上述次序叠合的次序即为形成具有三维立体效果图形的叠合顺序。
S2,多个装饰层1与胶膜层2合片,并通过夹胶工艺处理。多个装饰层1次序叠合,且每相邻两个装饰层1之间叠合一胶膜层2,并通过夹胶工艺制得立体装饰玻璃,具体的,多个装饰层1按照图案层12的次序叠合,且每相邻两个装饰层1之间叠合一胶膜层2后,进行压片,而后套袋抽真空封边或预辊压封边,而后送至高压釜进行恒温恒压操作,使得胶膜层2与基底层11良好的粘接在一起,而后,冷却出反应釜,完成夹胶工艺。
复参照图1,进一步,本实施例中立体装饰玻璃制备方法,在制备多个装饰层1的步骤之后还包括以下步骤:S20,多个装饰层1通过热弯工艺处理。在基底层11进行合片前,可根据应用需求对基底层11进行热弯处理,以获得具有特殊弧面的基底层11,适配不同场景的需求的同时,也进一步的增加美观。
复参照图1,更进一步,实施例中立体装饰玻璃制备方法还包括以下步骤:S3,制得的立体装饰玻璃通过中空工艺处理。夹胶工艺的立体装饰玻璃通过中空处理后,能增加立体装饰玻璃的保护隔热性能。
综上,本申请通过至少三个装饰层的次序叠合设置,使得装饰层内的装饰图案形成次序设置的图案,次序图案的叠合使得玻璃的垂直投影具备美观,在不同观察角度可获得不同的画面,形成立体装饰效果,解决了传统装饰玻璃图案单一,且不可变化的问题;此外,与传统高昂的定制化装饰相比,本申请的次序图案进行定制化设计后,可进行工业化的生产,能够满足现代建筑业中绿色、节能及美观的需求,同时定制的立体装饰图案有利于美学设计的多样性和个性化。

Claims (10)
1.一种立体装饰玻璃,其特征在于,包括:
至少三个的装饰层(1);至少三个的所述装饰层(1)次序叠合设置;以及
至少两个的胶膜层(2);每相邻两个所述装饰层(1)之间叠合一所述胶膜层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体装饰玻璃,其特征在于,每一所述装饰层(1)包括基底层(11)及图案层(12);所述基底层(11)及图案层(12)叠合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的立体装饰玻璃,其特征在于,所述图案层(12)的面积小于或等于所述基底层(11)面积的50%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的立体装饰玻璃,其特征在于,每相邻两个所述图案层(12)之间的间隔在2-20mm之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的立体装饰玻璃,其特征在于,所述基底层(1)为平板透明玻璃、镀膜透明玻璃及钢化透明玻璃中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立体装饰玻璃,其特征在于,所述胶膜层(2)为PCB胶片、SGP胶片、EVA胶片及PU胶片中的一种或多种。
7.一种立体装饰玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
制备多个装饰层(1);
多个所述装饰层(1)次序叠合,且每相邻两个所述装饰层(1)之间叠合一胶膜层(2),并通过夹胶工艺制得立体装饰玻璃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的立体装饰玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,制备多个装饰层(1)包括以下子步骤:
立体图案设计,设计的立体图案分层为多个次序图案;
多个次序图案分别印刷于多个基底层(11)的表面,形成多个图案层(12);
多个基底层(11)以图案层(12)印刷的次序图案进行次序叠合,形成多个装饰层(1)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的立体装饰玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,制备多个装饰层(1)的步骤之后还包括:
多个所述装饰层(1)通过热弯工艺处理。
10.根据权利要求7所述的立体装饰玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,其还包括以下步骤:
制得的立体装饰玻璃通过中空工艺处理。
