Description

Spraying device for mixing and spraying essential oil
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an apparatus for spraying essential oil, and more particularly, to a mixing and spraying apparatus having an internal structure to receive different kinds of essential oil from an external container and to spray the different essential oils after mixing the different essential oils into a liquid or gaseous state.
Background
The essential oil for aromatherapy is an essential oil extracted from leaves, stems, outer skins, petals, roots, etc. of aromatic plants growing in nature or cultivated by farmyard manure farming. There are about 70 kinds of essential oils currently used for human body, and these essential oils can be used either individually or as a mixture of two or more kinds. Essential oils have general effects of disinfection and preservation, and specifically, can be directly contained as an ingredient in aromatherapy (aromatherapy), perfume, cosmetics, or in foods, cakes, beverages, juices, pharmaceuticals, shampoos, conditioners, and the like.
For the fragrance effect of the essential oil, a nozzle for discharging the essential oil in the form of fine droplets like mist is required, and for this purpose, a high flow rate of gas is required to pass through a supply port portion of liquid connected to the inside of the nozzle. That is, the essential oil is received by a fine tube connected to a container containing the essential oil inside the nozzle by utilizing a difference in gas pressure caused by the flow of the gas passing through the inside of the nozzle, and the atomized essential oil is sprayed together with the gas in this process.
Since the conventional spraying apparatus can spray only a single kind of essential oil or mixed essential oil mixed in advance, there is an inconvenience that the mixed essential oil should be newly manufactured every time when the essential oil is mixed and sprayed freely according to personal preference and change of surrounding environment. Therefore, the present invention addresses the need for a device that can freely mix a plurality of essential oils for spraying even without using a complicated structure.
Korean registration No. 10-1377020 relates to a cosmetic water spray device having a multi-container, and discloses a technology relating to a multi-container having a plurality of cosmetic water storage spaces and a spray device body to which such a multi-container is detachably mounted. However, since the above-mentioned technology is only a device for storing a plurality of lotions in separate spaces, it is far from a spray device that can be used after mixing desired liquids as needed.

an essential oil supply pipe which is positioned in the space between the inner wall of the essential oil mixing barrel and the outer wall of the inner pipe and can lead essential oil from the bottom of the essential oil mixing barrel to the horizontal position formed by the essential oil mixing barrel and the upper surface of the inner part of the essential oil mixing barrel; and
an inclined surface forming a spiral shape from the upper portion of the space to the lower portion of the space so that the essential oil in the annular cylindrical space having a concentric circular cross section formed by the inner wall of the essential oil mixing barrel and the outer wall of the inner tube can flow to the inner bottom surface of the essential oil mixing barrel,
the nozzle section includes:
a nozzle forming part including a first coupling member coupled to an upper portion of the essential oil mixing tub, a band-shaped horizontal member horizontally crossing an upper portion of the first coupling member and having a through hole at a portion contacting upper surfaces of the inner tube and the essential oil supply tube when coupled, a cap member forming a closed space with an upper portion of the horizontal member, a through hole at an upper portion of the through hole at the position of the inner tube, and a cross-section of the cap member having a shape of a Chinese character 'ren', and an essential oil container connection tube connected to one end of a space formed by the horizontal member and the cap member and formed at an outer wall of the cylindrical coupling member;
a nozzle cap part including a hollow cylindrical second coupling member coupled to the first coupling member of the nozzle forming part, a hemispherical cap member spaced apart from the through hole of the cap member at a predetermined interval and adapted to rebound the essential oil discharged from the through hole of the cap member to be transferred downward, and one or more holders connected to the cap member; and
a nozzle discharge part having a conical hollow third coupling member and a cylindrical upper spray hole formed therein so that a part of the essential oil vaporized from the essential oil rebounded from the nozzle cap part is discharged to the outside, the conical hollow third coupling member being coupled to the second coupling member of the nozzle cap part;
the essential oil container connecting pipe repeatedly connects the essential oil container and the essential oil container connecting pipe while replacing a predetermined number of essential oil containers, and if air enters through the internal pipe, essential oil is introduced through the essential oil container connecting pipe, is ejected together with the air through a through hole at the upper part of the nozzle forming part, collides with the nozzle cap part, and moves to the bottom of the chamber part to be mixed with essential oil; when the essential oil container is separated from the essential oil container connecting pipe, the essential oil container connecting pipe is closed, and an opening and closing part is arranged, so that the mixed essential oil obtained from the bottom of the essential oil mixing barrel of the chamber part can be introduced through the essential oil supply pipe when the air flows.
2. The spraying device for mixed spraying of essential oil according to claim 1,
the essential oil mixing barrel of the chamber part further comprises a protrusion part connected with an external gear to rotate,
the essential oil container connecting pipe of the nozzle part is connected while replacing one of a plurality of essential oil containers according to the rotation of the essential oil mixing barrel,
the spraying device further comprises an automatic spraying device operation portion, and the automatic spraying device operation portion can enable the essential oil container to be automatically replaced based on the rotation of the gear.
3. A spraying apparatus for mixing and spraying essential oils as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the essential oil container has a connection part for being combined with the essential oil container connection pipe, and the essential oil container has a fan-shaped horizontal section for the purpose of enhancing the efficiency of the arrangement of the circumference of the cylinder.
4. A spraying apparatus for mixing and spraying essential oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the essential oil supply pipe is located at a place where a lower portion of the spiral inclined surface meets a bottom of the essential oil mixing tub, so that the essential oil flowing along the inclined surface is better supplied to the essential oil supply pipe.
5. A spraying apparatus for mixing and spraying essential oils as claimed in claim 1, wherein coupling projections and recesses are provided at positions of the opposing members for aligning the members of the chamber and the nozzle.
