Abstract
一种气功养生光浴器,选用特殊波长的多种LED发光管作光源照射,穿透皮肤至深部组织,相当艾灸一样,促进血液循环,实现局部的特殊日光浴,起气功养生保健作用。由壳体、小功率LED辐射板组件、大LED辐射板组件、散热风扇、加热器、等离子消毒器、人体红外线探测器和面板组成,并由低压开关电源供电。

本发明涉及的是一种卫浴设备,尤其是用于气功养生光浴器
背景技术
电视台曾报导中国游客在日本疯狂抢购马桶盖。这些马桶盖只是增加了一控制器,控制整个马桶的功能,不是马桶盖有自己的功能。国外马桶有多种功能。自动冲水功能、女性专用冲洗功能、臀部清洗功能、自动翻盖或遥控翻盖等等功能只是免除如厕者举手之劳,无养生保健作用。相反,冬天冷水作女性专用冲洗、臀部清洗是活受罪,暖风烘干只是弥补;坐圈加温要24小时保持,但如厕只1~20分钟,浪费电能;活性炭除臭是利用活性炭多微孔的吸附功能。一旦活性炭吸饱水分后就再无吸附作用。活性炭除臭只是概念炒作。相反,活性炭过滤积聚的废物反而是细菌的繁殖场,可能冲洗时水中有更多看不见的细菌。国内马桶冬天多用“马桶垫”解决坐圈冰冷的问题。难于经常性消毒,“马桶垫”就变成藏污纳垢的地方。高级马桶盖还有记录脉搏、体温、呼吸等功能,这些非接触性测量误差很大,容易误导用户,有害无益。
常用的“浴霸”是用2~3个500W的红外线灯泡组成,耗电且易灼伤眼睛,湿水易爆炸。
医学界认为晒太阳和“日光浴”能增强体质。人体背部、腰部对温度最敏感,一旦受寒容易感冒、腰腿痛,必须注意保暖。人类自从穿上衣服后,背部、腰部可有保暖作用,但无法再接受“日光浴”。因而,西方开发了“日光浴机”。曾风靡欧洲、美洲和日本、澳大利亚等国。然而,“日光浴机”由紫外线日光灯管组成,其紫外线危害不仅加速皮肤衰老,增加患皮肤癌的危险,还会引起白内障、视网膜退化、以及减弱体内免疫系统的功能。在2009年,世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构就宣布:日光浴床等人工日光浴的致癌风险已被提升为最高等级,即人工日光浴与烟草和乙肝病毒一样“对人类致癌”。因此,日光浴机市场一落千丈,必须寻找更好的日光浴机代替品。
医学界认为晒太阳增强体质是紫外线照射皮肤,促进维生素D合成,加速体内钙吸收。这是错误的观点。紫外线的穿透力有限,一张薄纸或一层薄薄的防晒霜就能全部阻挡紫外线。人们冬天外出活动穿长袖衫,只露出双手,甚至还带手套,紫外线还有增强体质的作用吗?
我国氢弹之父,科学巨匠钱学森老前辈研究气功时,发现气功师发功只是有微弱的红外线;中医的艾灸有效不是因艾条燃烧产生的刺激气味,因为热艾气上升无法进入人体。艾灸有效是艾条无焰燃烧产生的红外线辐射穴位的作用,气功人士发现艾灸也有“经气“流动的现象。因而,可以理解“红外线照射人体过程就是气功”。
普通等离子器同时发射等量的正负离子,在空气中两种离子相互吸引结合,产生氧化作用,可以杀菌消毒。然而,正负离子同时结合消耗,无法扩散至远处。
发明内容
为了克服上述马桶盖、浴霸、日光浴机的不足,本发明提供一种采用多种波长的LED发光管作光源,特别是采用有“生命之光”美称的红外线光源代替太阳光作为光辐射器,进行局部的体外定向辐射。在人体内产生光合作用,就象植物的光合作用一样,可在自己体内制造氧气、淀粉、葡萄糖、氨基酸、蛋白质,从而可增强人体的免疫力,促进局部血液循环,才能增强体质,达到气功养生保健的作用。
本发明利用光辐射器照射背部、腰部和加热器形成暖风吹向人体背部、腰部,促进血液循环就有局部“日光浴”,增强体质的作用;配套等离子消毒器和加热器,解决马桶坐圈的消毒和加温问题;配套人体红外线报警器监测使用者的位置,对节能、养生和提醒家属进行急救有重要意义。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:制造一种“气功养生光浴器”(以下简称“光浴器”),选用特殊波长的多种LED发光管作光源,模拟阳光中有益波长的光线进行照射,穿透皮肤至深部组织,相当艾灸一样,促进血液循环,实现局部的特殊日光浴。
“光浴器”的特征是在壳体(1)内中线上部安装小功率LED辐射板组件(3);中线下方安装大LED辐射板组件(2);同时配套加热器(9)、散热风扇(10)、等离子消毒器(4)、人体红外线探测器(7)和面板(5)组成。所有电气组件密封在壳体内。
小功率LED辐射板组件其特征是:由同一波长的LED和调整电阻串联成支路,按不同波长的LED区分为1),2)支路,并按支路1),2);1),2)排列规律,重复布置在电路板(3)上。
大LED辐射板组件其特征是:7只大LED串联,由稳压集成块和电阻组成恒流供电。
等离子消毒器由等离子模块和风扇组成,其特征是:正、负离子发射头分开安置,负离子发射头安装在面板上方;正离子发射头安置在散热风扇前方,靠风力把正离子送至的负离子处,正、负两种离子相遇产生强烈氧化反应,实现等离子杀菌、消毒。在形成等离子杀菌、消毒后,多余的负离子作除臭、养生保健使用。
加热器的特征是:加热器采用PTC型低压发热板,用螺钉固定在与壳体出风口和散热风扇出风口相通的封闭盒中。配合散热风扇(9),把加热器和各LED产生的热量同时送出,组成冬天使用热风。
人体红外线探测器(7)的特征是安装在面板下方,用屏蔽套管(6)固定。如放大图H。调节红外线探测器的前后位置可以限制人体红外线探测器的探测角度,也就是只有如厕者坐在马桶的坐圈上,才被红外线探测器检测,并使辐射器发射光辐射,不至于大角度探测造成误报和灼伤眼睛、浪费能源。
本发明的有益效果是利用可见光和红外线作光源,无紫外线辐射的伤害。模拟太阳光对背部脊柱的上、下部,包括臀部至腰部的中枢神经、两侧交感神经和中医学的督脉、膀胱经的部分穴位进行局部的光照射,引发人体光合作用,增强人体血液循环,提高免疫力,实现养生保健等功能。老年人不用外出也可享受日光浴,增强体质。有冷热风可选、解决坐圈加温、杀菌、消毒和冬天如厕时裸露的腰部保暖问题。

图4中:市电220V经过开关S1接入漏电开关(LD)和开关电源(KGDY)、定时器(T),单独设置为室外控制器,输出12V直流供室内部分各功能电路使用,保证安全。室、内外两者组合为成套“光浴器”。其中,在室内部分,专门设置人体红外线监测器(HWGCQ)(7),一旦在3分钟内监测不到人体,例如老年人出现突发心脑血管病跌倒、使用者未使用或用后离开等就报警,提醒使用或不使用养生光浴,提醒家属进行急救。

在壳体(1)内部中线下方安置大功率LED辐射组件(2);上部安置小功率LED辐射组件(3);等离子消毒器DLZ(4)用螺钉固定在壳体内的上部。其中负离子发射头安置在面板上,正离子发射头安装在风扇(10)进风口前方。未翻起马桶盖时,负离子发射头使马桶腔充满负离子,风扇吸入部分正离子送到马桶腔和坐圈处,参与等离子反应,进行杀菌消毒。2块加热器PTC(9)分别安置在左右与出风口相通的两盒中,用螺钉固定。由风扇把发热器产生的热量从出风口吹至坐圈加热。翻起马桶盖后,发热器产生的热量吹向如厕者的腰、臀部,解决冬天如厕时裸露部分的保暖。一旦靠近光辐射器就发射可见光和红外线,加上全部负离子参与,起养生保健作用。在夏天,也可关闭发热器的电源,让风扇吹出凉风。实现冷暖两用功能。人体红外线监测器HWGCQ(7)安置在大功率LED辐射组件下方,并用屏蔽套筒(6)固定,屏幕集散的红外线。一旦离开监测器(如老人发生心脑血管急性发作跌倒或如厕完毕离开)超过3分钟就报警,提示急救或关闭电源。壳体面板(5)采用亚力克或尼龙材料制造,把电气组件封闭在马桶盖壳体内。

加热器(1)安装在出风口,散热风扇(3)前,与冷暖风转换器(9)配合,把各LED产生的热量同时送出,组成冬天使用热风。不用加热时,冷暖风转换器处于图示实线位置,把各LED产生的热量由散热风扇送出暖风,以免养生时受寒;夏天使冷暖风转换器手动顺时针转90度,处于虚线位置,由隔热板(4)把各LED产生的热量进行循环冷却,散热风扇从顶部进风口抽冷风送出冷风。满足冬夏的不同的使用要求。上部安装等离子消毒器DLZ(2),减少正离子输出,强化负离子输出起养生作用。中间采用6块大功率LED组件(5)和左右各两块小功率LED(6)组成辐射器,辐射器光线复盖人体背部进行红外线辐射,起气功养生作用。前面采用内贴半透膜的亚力克板作面板(7),人体红外线监测器HWGCQ(7)安装在面板下方,一旦浴者离开现场超过3分钟就报警,提示使用、救护或关闭电源。
本发明采用开关电源转换为低压安全电源供电。主要利用人们沐浴、如厕时,裸露背部、腰部的机会,局部接受红光和红外线照射,相当局部日光浴,加上负离子参与,真正起气功养生保健作用。有冷热风可选、杀菌、消毒功能,无紫外线辐照的伤害。设置人体红外线监测器对节能、养生和提醒家属进行急救有重要意义。两实施方案也可供专用的养生室使用。
Claims (6)
1.一种气功养生光浴器,采用LED作光源,“光浴器”的特征是在壳体(1)内中线上部安装小功率LED辐射板组件(3);中线下方安装大LED辐射板组件(2);上方配置等离子消毒器(4)、下方安置人体红外线探测器(7)、左右安装加热器(9)、散热风扇(10)和面板(5)组成,并由低压开关电源供电。
2.根据权利要1所述的气功养生光浴器,其特征是:小功率LED辐射板组件由6只同一波长的LED和调整电阻串联成支路,按不同波长的LED区分为1),2)支路,并按支路1),2);1),2)排列规律,重复布置在电路板(3)上。
3.根据权利要1所述的气功养生光浴器,其特征是:大LED辐射板组件由7只大LED组成,7只大LED串联,由稳压集成块和电阻组成恒流供电。
4.根据权利要1所述的气功养生光浴器,其特征是:等离子消毒器由等离子模块(4)和风扇(9)组成,由螺钉固定;正、负离子发射头分开安置,负离子发射头安装在面板上方;正离子发射头安置在散热风扇前方,
5.根据权利要1所述的气功养生光浴器,其特征是:加热器采用PTC型低压发热板,用螺钉固定在壳体出风口和散热风扇出风口相通的封闭盒中。
6.根据权利要1所述的气功养生光浴器,其特征是:人体红外线监测器(7)安置在LED辐射组件下方,并用套筒屏蔽(6)固定。
