本发明公开一种鞋结构,包含鞋底及与其连接的鞋面、感测器及显示面板。鞋面具有外面及内面;感测器设置于鞋面或鞋底。显示面板与感测器连接,设置于外面上。其中,显示面板根据感测器所测得的数据而显示资讯。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种鞋结构,具体而言,特别是一种能显示运动状态的鞋结构。
背景技术
现代人越来越注重养生之道,持之以恒的运动、维持健康正向的生活,保持良好体态与身体健康是许多人的目标。其中,走路或跑步即为不分男女老少都适合进行的运动。
为了了解走路步数或运动量是否达到一定的量,甚至是运动当下的身体状况,有些民众会于身上配戴穿戴式装置来了解各项资讯。然而,运动时配戴过多的配件,实有不方便之处。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种鞋结构,通过显示面板显示感测器对应侦测到的资讯,提供一种能显示多样资讯的鞋结构。
鞋结构包含鞋底及与其连接的鞋面、感测器及显示面板。鞋面具有外面及内面;感测器设置于鞋面或鞋底。显示面板与感测器连接,设置于外面上。其中,显示面板根据感测器所测得的数据而显示资讯。
于一实施例中,显示面板是热贴合于外面上。
于一实施例中,显示面板具可挠性。
于一实施例中,显示面板是为有机发光二极管显示面板。
于一实施例中,显示面板是为液晶显示面板。
于一实施例中,更包含至少一发光元件,设置于该鞋底,并提供光源至液晶显示面板。
于一实施例中,更包含至少一光传导通道,设置于该外面,该光传导通道的入光端是对应于发光元件。
于一实施例中,至少一资讯包含步行步数、步行距离、步行速度、健康状态,或其组合。
于一实施例中,显示面板根据该资讯的改变而对应显示不同颜色。
另外,本发明的另一种鞋结构包含鞋底及与其连接的鞋面、感测器、鞋舌、鞋带及显示面板。感测器设置于鞋底或鞋面上;鞋舌设置于鞋面;鞋带穿设于鞋面的多个鞋眼片,鞋带内具有光传导通道;显示面板设置于鞋舌上,显示面板的光源是由该光传导通道提供。显示面板是根据感测器所测得的数据而显示资讯。
于一实施例中,光传导通道是为塑胶光纤。
于一实施例中,光传导通道具有至少一折点,经由折点出射的光线用以提供显示面板所需的光源。
于一实施例中,该显示面板具可挠性。
于一实施例中,该显示面板是为有机发光二极管显示面板。
于一实施例中,该显示面板是为液晶显示面板。
于一实施例中,该至少一资讯包含步行步数、步行距离、步行速度、健康状态,或其组合。
于一实施例中,该显示面板根据该资讯的改变而对应显示不同颜色。
相较于传统的鞋款,本发明的鞋结构通过显示面板显示感测器对应侦测到的资讯,提供一种能显示多样资讯的鞋结构。

具体实施方式
以下将以附图配合文字叙述公开本发明的多个实施方式,为明确说明起见,许多实务上的细节将在以下叙述中一并说明。然而,应了解到,这些实务上的细节不应用以限制本发明。此外,为简化附图起见,一些现有的结构与元件在附图中将以简单示意的方式绘出。
请参阅图1,鞋结构1包含鞋底11及与其连接的鞋面12、感测器(图未示)及显示面板13。鞋面12具有外面及内面,具体而言,外面是指背向人体脚背的一面,内面是指朝向人体脚背的一面。
感测器(图未示)可设置于鞋面12或鞋底11,并无特定限制。感测器例如是振动感测器、脉搏感测器(较佳设置于内面)、重力感测器、陀螺仪、加速度感测器等,但不以此为限。以此分别侦测所需要的资讯,例如步行步数、健康状态(例如心跳)、步行距离、步行速度等资讯。
显示面板13与感测器连接,设置于外面上。详细来说,显示面板13具可挠性,因此可以设置于鞋面12外面的任何地方。于其他实施例中,也可以设置于鞋底的侧壁上。于本实施例中,显示面板13是为有机发光二极管显示面板,但不限于此,用以显示通过不同感测器所测得的数据资讯。显示面板13与鞋面12(内面或外面)较佳但不限于使用热贴合技术结合。
于本实施例中,显示面板13可根据不同的数据对应改变不同的显示态样。例如,根据步行步数的不同而对应显示不同颜色。除了显示步数之外,当步数为1~1000步时,面板可以绿色呈现;当步数为1001~5000步时,显示为黄色;当步数为5001~10000步时,显示为红色;当步数为10001步以上时,则以紫色表示。须说明的是,本实施例的步行步数与其对应显示颜色仅为示例用,并非以此为限制。以其他感测器为例,当心跳测得为60-90bpm、91-120bpm、121-150bpm及151bpm以上时,可分别对应显示不同的代表颜色。
于其他实施例中,亦可于鞋底或鞋面设置网络模块,通过网路将数据资讯上传至云端储存,以利使用者记录、统计或分析。
需说明的是,本实施例显示面板及感测器所需的电压,可通过电池、人动发电,或其他的供电方式,并无特定限制。
本发明的另一实施例,请参阅图2。鞋结构2包含鞋底21、鞋面22、感测器23及显示面板24。鞋底21较佳设置有发光元件25,包含多个光源251。光源251较佳但不限于指向性较高的装置,例如发光二极管(Light-emitting diode,LED)、激光二极管或其他类似的发光元件。其供电方式如同前述实施例可通过电池、人动发电,或其他的供电方式,并无特定限制。
鞋面22包含有光传导通道,例如塑胶光纤26,可使用编织技术将其编入鞋面22的外面上,也可以通过嵌合的方式设置于外面,亦或使用其他固定方式。其中,塑胶光纤26的入光端261较佳对应于发光元件25的光源251设置,以提高光线的入光率,可设置于鞋面22任一处,本实施例仅以一条为例,但非以此为限制。须说明的是,光线行进于塑胶光纤26中,遇到塑胶光纤26的折点时,由于其全反射被破坏,因此光线会由折点射出。由折点射出的光线可提供显示面板24作为光源。在不同实施例中,亦可以塑胶光纤26相对于入光端的另一端对向显示面板24,以作为显示面板224的背光而供产生影像。于此实施例中,显示面板24是为液晶显示面板。其余如感测器种类及资讯的显示方式均与前述实施例相同,故不在此赘述。
本发明的另一实施例,请参阅图3A及图3B。鞋结构3包含鞋底31、鞋面32、鞋眼片33、鞋眼331、鞋舌34、鞋带35、显示面板36、感测器(图未示)及光传导通道37。本实施例是将显示面板36(液晶显示面板或有机发光二极管显示面板)设置于鞋舌34上,较佳但不限于使用热贴合技术结合。显示面板36与感测器电性连接。光传导通道37例如是塑胶光纤,较佳是编织于鞋带35内,光线行进于塑胶光纤37中,遇到塑胶光纤37的折点371时,由于其全反射被破坏,因此光线会由折点371射出。由折点371射出的光线可提供显示面板36作为光源。
需说明的是,本实施例的鞋结构亦包含发光元件(图未示),可对应鞋带设置以提供光线入射至光传导通道中,据以提供显示面板所需的光源。
其余如感测器种类及资讯的显示方式均与前述实施例相同,故不另行赘述。
相较于传统的鞋款,本发明的鞋结构通过显示面板显示感测器对应侦测到的资讯,提供一种能显示多样资讯的鞋结构。
通过以上较佳具体实施例的详述,是希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征与精神,而并非以上述所公开的较佳具体实施例来对本发明的范畴加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵盖各种改变及具相等性的安排于本发明权利要求的范畴内。因此,本发明权利要求的范畴应该根据上述的说明作最宽广的解释,以致使其涵盖所有可能的改变以及具相等性的安排。

Claims (17)

1.一种鞋结构,其特征在于,包含:
一鞋底及与其连接的一鞋面,该鞋面具有一外面;
至少一感测器,设置于该鞋底或该鞋面上;以及
一显示面板,与该至少一感测器连接,设置于该外面上,
其中,该显示面板是根据该至少一感测器所测得的数据而显示至少一资讯。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板是热贴合于该外面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板具可挠性。
4.如权利要求3所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板是为有机发光二极管显示面板。
5.如权利要求3所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板是为液晶显示面板。
6.如权利要求5所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,更包含至少一发光元件,设置于该鞋底,并提供光源至该液晶显示面板。
7.如权利要求6所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,更包含至少一光传导通道,设置于该外面,该光传导通道的入光端是对应于该发光元件。
8.如权利要求1所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该至少一资讯包含步行步数、步行距离、步行速度、健康状态,或其组合。
9.如权利要求8所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板根据该资讯的改变而对应显示不同颜色。
10.一种鞋结构,其特征在于,包含:
一鞋底及与其连接的一鞋面;
至少一感测器,设置于该鞋底或该鞋面上;
一鞋舌,设置于该鞋面;
一鞋带,穿设于该鞋面的多个鞋眼片,该鞋带内具有一光传导通道;以及
一显示面板,设置于该鞋舌上,其中该显示面板的光源是由该光传导通道提供,
其中,该显示面板是根据该至少一感测器所测得的数据而显示至少一资讯。
11.如权利要求10所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该光传导通道是为塑胶光纤。
12.如权利要求10所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该光传导通道具有至少一折点,经由该折点出射的光线用以提供该显示面板所需的该光源。
13.如权利要求10所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板具可挠性。
14.如权利要求10所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板是为有机发光二极管显示面板。
15.如权利要求10所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板是为液晶显示面板。
16.如权利要求10所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该至少一资讯包含步行步数、步行距离、步行速度、健康状态,或其组合。
17.如权利要求16所述的鞋结构,其特征在于,该显示面板根据该资讯的改变而对应显示不同颜色。
