Detailed Description
As shown in the figure, the bus conductor connector comprises an upper side and a lower side, a connecting section connected to one side of the upper side and the lower side, a connecting conductor 2 with an opening at one side and a cross section of a transverse U-shaped, wherein a space between the upper side and the lower side of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor 2 forms a plugging slot 4 for inserting and conducting a pair of adjacent bus duct product phase conductors 1, and the pair of adjacent bus duct product phase conductors 1 can be transversely inserted into the plugging slot along the horizontal direction from the opening side of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor 2 at the same time and are contacted and conducted through the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor; the upper and lower inner walls of the plugging groove 4 are respectively provided with a transversely extending clamping groove 5, the clamping grooves 5 are respectively clamped with a flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor 3, and phase conductors of adjacent bus duct products are transversely pushed from the opening side of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor 2 to be plugged into the plugging groove along the horizontal direction to be inserted into matched contact conduction, so that current transmission is realized, and the contact conduction reliability is improved through the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor; the middle part of the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor 3 along the width direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor is provided with a plurality of convex parts 31 which are arranged and extend along the length direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor, and the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor clamped in the clamping groove 5 on the upper and lower inner walls of the plugging groove compresses the phase conductor of the bus duct product through the convex parts, so that the contact conduction reliability is further improved, and the contact conduction performance is ensured.
The middle part of the sheet-shaped strip-shaped elastic conductor 3 along the length direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor is provided with a separation limiting strip 32 which is arranged and extends along the width direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor, when a pair of phase conductors of the bus duct products of adjacent sections are transversely pushed into the inserting groove from the opening side of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor along the horizontal direction, the two end surfaces of the pair of phase conductors are respectively aligned with the two side surfaces of the separation limiting strip 32, but the two end surfaces are required to be aligned and positioned in a head-up manner along the direction of the same horizontal plane as the opening side of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor, so that the operation is slightly inconvenient; the upper surface and the lower surface of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor are provided with the marking lug boss 6 or the marking groove which extends along the width direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor along the middle part of the length direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor, and when the opening side of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor of the adjacent bus duct product is transversely pushed into the inserting groove along the horizontal direction, the two end surfaces of the phase conductors are aligned and positioned with the two side edges of the marking lug boss 6 respectively, and the upper side and the side of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor can be aligned and positioned, so that the operation is convenient.
A hollowed separation groove 33 is arranged between each protruding part and the adjacent protruding part of the sheet-shaped strip-shaped elastic conductor 3, so that the compression strength is improved through intermittent multipoint contact, and deformation failure of large-area compression is prevented.
The upper and lower walls of the plugging slot 4 are respectively provided with a guide inclined plane 8 at the edge of the opening side of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor to form an inner splayed guide bell mouth, so that the phase conductor of the bus slot product can be transversely inserted into the plugging slot along the width direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor; the centering position is not required to be searched when the plug-in connection is carried out, and the positioning operation is convenient.
The connecting sections of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductors on one sides of the upper side and the lower side are arc-shaped and are matched with the phase conductor of the bus duct product, so that the fit degree and the contact area of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductors and the transverse U-shaped connecting conductors are increased, and the contact conduction performance and the current transmission effect are improved.
The clamping groove is a dovetail groove, the dovetail groove can provide limit for the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor, the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor is clamped reliably, and the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor cannot fall off when the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor is not spliced and matched with a phase line conductor of a bus duct product; the clamping grooves can be respectively arranged as through grooves penetrating from one side to the other side of the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the inserting groove, and the sheet-shaped strip-shaped elastic conductors can be inserted into the clamping grooves from the end parts of the through grooves for clamping, but when a pair of phase conductors of a bus duct product at the adjacent section are transversely pushed into the inserting groove along the horizontal direction from the opening sides of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductors, the sheet-shaped strip-shaped elastic conductors are not provided with limiting structures along the length direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductors at the two ends of the clamping grooves, so that the displacement possibility exists; therefore, the clamping groove can be set to be a closed groove with two closed ends, so that the two ends of the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor in the clamping groove are provided with limiting structures along the length direction of the transverse U-shaped connecting conductor, but the defect that the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor is inconvenient to clamp is slightly overcome.
