Detailed Description
As shown in the figure, the bus conductor connector comprises a connecting conductor 2 with an I-shaped cross section, wherein the space between the upper side and the lower side of the I-shaped connecting conductor 2 is provided with a pair of inserting grooves 4 for phase conductors 1 of bus duct products, the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of each inserting groove 4 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 5 which extends transversely, each clamping groove 5 is internally provided with a flaky strip-shaped elastic conductor 3, and the phase conductors of the bus duct products of adjacent sections are longitudinally inserted into the inserting grooves on the two sides of the I-shaped connecting conductor to be matched and contacted for conduction, so that current transmission is realized, and the contact conduction reliability is improved through the flaky strip-shaped elastic conductors; the middle part of the sheet strip-shaped elastic conductor 3 along the length direction of the phase line conductor of the bus duct product is provided with a plurality of protruding parts 31 which are transversely arranged and extend; after the phase conductors of the bus duct products of the adjacent sections are longitudinally inserted into the inserting grooves along the directions of approaching the middle parts of the H-shaped connecting conductors along the horizontal direction, the sheet-shaped strip-shaped elastic conductors clamped in the clamping grooves 5 on the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the inserting grooves compress the phase conductors of the bus duct products through the protruding parts, so that the contact conduction reliability is further improved, and the contact conduction performance is ensured.
A hollowed separation groove 32 is arranged between each protruding portion 31 and the adjacent protruding portion, compression strength is improved through intermittent multipoint contact, and deformation failure caused by large-area compression is prevented.
The upper wall end and the lower wall end of the plugging groove 4 are respectively provided with a guide inclined plane 8 to form an inner splayed guide horn mouth, so that a bus duct product phase conductor can be longitudinally inserted into the plugging groove along the length direction, a centering position is not required to be searched during plugging and matching, and the positioning operation is convenient.
The top surface and the bottom surface of the I-shaped connecting conductor are respectively provided with a slope surface 7 extending downwards obliquely from the middle part to the two sides, and when the phase line conductors of the bus duct products are longitudinally inserted and spliced from the splicing grooves on the two sides of the I-shaped connecting conductor, the I-shaped connecting conductor has reliable supporting strength and no stress weak part; the arc-shaped surfaces can be respectively arranged in the middle of the top surface and the bottom surface of the H-shaped connecting conductor, so that the supporting strength of the H-shaped connecting conductor is further improved.
