背景技术
目前,国内行业电缆结构还需要进一步的改良设计,电缆需具有良好的阻燃能力,以便能够满足需要;传统的电缆只有一层防水层,当这层防水层受到破坏时,水则会进入电缆内部造成绝缘性降低,从而导致出现漏电或短路的现象,危及安全;鸟类锋利的爪子常常会对电缆造成损伤,而对鸟类的驱逐效果一直不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,而提供一种驱鸟防火和防水的驱鸟型防火防水阻燃电缆。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种驱鸟型防火防水阻燃电缆,包括由外向内依次排列的外护套、第一加固层、第二加固层、防水层、第一防火层和第二防火层,外护套外侧设有驱鸟层,驱鸟层内部开设有空腔,空腔内设有驱鸟剂;第一加固层内部的侧壁上设有等间距的第一加强筋,第一加强筋为T型筋,且两个相邻的第一加强筋之间的第一加固层侧壁上设有第一卡槽,第一卡槽为T型槽,所述第一加固层远离外护套的一侧为所述第二加固层,第二加固层的外壁上设有等间距的第二加强筋,第二加强筋为T型筋,且第二加强筋与第一卡槽相互卡合,所述第二加强筋之间的第二加固层外壁上设有第二卡槽,第二卡槽为T型槽,且第二卡槽与第一加强筋相互卡合;所述第一防火层远离防水层一侧的内壁上涂覆有无机硅酸盐防火涂料,所述无机硅酸盐防火涂料包含M2O·nSiO2,其中n介于2.8至5.5之间,以整体无机硅酸盐防火涂料的总重为基准,M2O·nSiO2占30重量百分比至40重量百分比;所述第二防火层的内壁上涂覆有防火复合材料,该防火复合材料包括聚碳酸酯,其成份比例为100重量份,磺酸盐阻燃剂,其成份比例为0.1~5.0重量份,滑石,其成份比例为4~20重量份,玻璃纤维材料,其成份比例为5~50重量份,以及聚四氟乙烯,其成份比例为0.2~0.4重量份,第二防火层在远离第一防火层的内壁上设有钢带铠装保护层,所述钢带铠装保护层内部的中心位置处设有一个或一个以上的芯体。
其中,所述芯体外包覆有有机硅复合材料阻燃层,有机硅复合材料阻燃层的重量份的组分为:聚醚改性硅油60-80份、有机硅橡胶25-45份、焦磷酸铁5-15份、炭黑30-50份、钢纤维5-15份。
其中,所述芯体和钢带铠装保护层之间填充有阻燃填充料,阻燃填充料按照重量份的组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物80份、微米级高岭土30-45份、羟基锡酸锌10-20份、纳米氮磷类膨胀阻燃剂1-15份、硬硅钙石10-30份、促进剂1-10份、增塑剂0.5-2.5份、防老剂2-6份。
其中,所述无机硅酸盐防火涂料厚度介于50微米至2毫米之间。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种驱鸟型防火防水阻燃电缆,外护套外侧设有驱鸟层,驱鸟层内部开设有空腔,空腔内设有驱鸟剂,当外护套被啄破后,驱鸟剂的气味会从破孔处冒出,对鸟起到有效的驱赶作用;且设置有第一加固层和第二加固层相互配合,第一加固层的第一加强筋和第一卡槽与第二加固层的第二加强筋和第二卡槽,第二加强筋与第一卡槽相互卡合,第二卡槽与第一加强筋相互卡合,提高了电缆的强度,从而避免了电缆的损坏;设置有防水层结构,能够防止暴露在外的电缆遭到水的浸泡,导致电缆产生短路并损坏电缆,从而提高了电缆使用时的安全性;设置有第一防火层、第二防火层,第一防火层上的无机硅酸盐防火涂料,能有效隔绝热源与各个电缆层之间的热传导作用,进而提供良好的防火与阻燃效果,实现了电缆的防火功能,从而延长了电缆的使用寿命,第二防火层涂覆的防火复合材料,防火效果好;芯体和钢带铠装保护层之间填充的阻燃填充料,能够达到很好的阻燃作用;本实施例中的电缆,在结构设计上,采用防水层、第一加固层、第二加固层、第一防火层、第二防火层、钢带铠装保护层和阻燃填充料等材料来进行多重保护,使得产品的综合机械形成大幅提高。

所述第二防火层7的内壁上涂覆有防火复合材料,该防火复合材料包括聚碳酸酯,其成份比例为100重量份,磺酸盐阻燃剂,其成份比例为0.1~5.0重量份,滑石,其成份比例为4~20重量份,玻璃纤维材料,其成份比例为5~50重量份,以及聚四氟乙烯,其成份比例为0.2~0.4重量份,第二防火层7在远离第一防火层6的内壁上设有钢带铠装保护层8,所述钢带铠装保护层8内部的中心位置处设有一个或一个以上的芯体9;第二防火层7涂覆的防火复合材料,防火效果好。
所述芯体9外包覆有有机硅复合材料阻燃层14,有机硅复合材料阻燃层14的重量份的组分为:聚醚改性硅油60-80份、有机硅橡胶25-45份、焦磷酸铁5-15份、炭黑30-50份、钢纤维5-15份。
所述芯体9和钢带铠装保护层8之间填充有阻燃填充料15,阻燃填充料15按照重量份的组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物80份、微米级高岭土30-45份、羟基锡酸锌10-20份、纳米氮磷类膨胀阻燃剂1-15份、硬硅钙石10-30份、促进剂1-10份、增塑剂0.5-2.5份、防老剂2-6份。

Claims (4)

1.一种驱鸟型防火防水阻燃电缆,其特征在于:包括由外向内依次排列的外护套、第一加固层、第二加固层、防水层、第一防火层和第二防火层,外护套外侧设有驱鸟层,驱鸟层内部开设有空腔,空腔内设有驱鸟剂;第一加固层内部的侧壁上设有等间距的第一加强筋,第一加强筋为T型筋,且两个相邻的第一加强筋之间的第一加固层侧壁上设有第一卡槽,第一卡槽为T型槽,所述第一加固层远离外护套的一侧为所述第二加固层,第二加固层的外壁上设有等间距的第二加强筋,第二加强筋为T型筋,且第二加强筋与第一卡槽相互卡合,所述第二加强筋之间的第二加固层外壁上设有第二卡槽,第二卡槽为T型槽,且第二卡槽与第一加强筋相互卡合;所述第一防火层远离防水层一侧的内壁上涂覆有无机硅酸盐防火涂料,所述无机硅酸盐防火涂料包含M2O·nSiO2,其中n介于2.8至5.5之间,以整体无机硅酸盐防火涂料的总重为基准,M2O·nSiO2占30重量百分比至40重量百分比;所述第二防火层的内壁上涂覆有防火复合材料,该防火复合材料包括聚碳酸酯,其成份比例为100重量份,磺酸盐阻燃剂,其成份比例为0.1~5.0重量份,滑石,其成份比例为4~20重量份,玻璃纤维材料,其成份比例为5~50重量份,以及聚四氟乙烯,其成份比例为0.2~0.4重量份;第二防火层在远离第一防火层的内壁上设有钢带铠装保护层,所述钢带铠装保护层内部的中心位置处设有一个或一个以上的芯体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱鸟型防火防水阻燃电缆,其特征在于:所述芯体外包覆有有机硅复合材料阻燃层,有机硅复合材料阻燃层的重量份的组分为:聚醚改性硅油60-80份、有机硅橡胶25-45份、焦磷酸铁5-15份、炭黑30-50份、钢纤维5-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱鸟型防火防水阻燃电缆,其特征在于:所述芯体和钢带铠装保护层之间填充有阻燃填充料,阻燃填充料按照重量份的组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物80份、微米级高岭土30-45份、羟基锡酸锌10-20份、纳米氮磷类膨胀阻燃剂1-15份、硬硅钙石10-30份、促进剂1-10份、增塑剂0.5-2.5份、防老剂2-6份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种驱鸟型防火防水阻燃电缆,其特征在于:所述无机硅酸盐防火涂料厚度介于50微米至2毫米之间。
