Abstract

本发明涉及防伪标签技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型电子标签,包括由上至下依次设置的第一基材层、热熔胶层和第二基材层,第二基材层和热熔胶层之间设置有相互电连接的RFID芯片和感应天线,热熔胶层上设置有防护垫片,防护垫片的厚度大于RFID芯片的厚度,防护垫片上开设有镂空开口,RFID芯片设置于防护垫片的镂空开口处中部,RFID芯片不与防护垫片相接触。本新型电子标签设置在鞋子的大底和中底之间用于鞋子的防伪溯源,由于本新型RFID标签设置在鞋子的大底和中底之间进行高温高压热覆合时由防护垫片承受压力,从而保证RFID芯片和感应天线的接触点不发生偏移。

技术领域
本发明涉及防伪标签技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型电子标签。
背景技术
随着消费者对商品防伪溯源意识的增强,现在市面上许多商品都提供防伪溯源标签。常见的防伪溯源标签包括二维码标签、条形码标签和RFID标签,其中二维码标签和条形码标签的复制成本低,因此二维码标签和条形码标签的防伪溯源可靠性差;而RFID标签采用射频识别技术,实现无接触信息传递并通过所传递的信息达到识别目的,每个RFID标签均具有全球唯一标示ID,RFID标签具有安全可靠的优点。现有的RFID标签结构如图1和图2所示,包括由上至下依次设置的第一基材层100、热熔胶层200和第二基材层300,第二基材层300上设置有感应天线400和RFID芯片500,感应天线400和RFID芯片500电连接。
鞋子是生活必须用品,鞋子市场庞大,目前市面上高仿鞋屡禁不止,因此鞋厂越来越重视鞋子的防伪溯源。一些鞋厂在制造鞋子时,将RFID标签设置在大底上,然后将中底经高温高压覆合在大底上,RFID标签位于大底和中底之间,用户可通过扫描鞋子内的RFID标签验证鞋子的真伪。然而在实际的操作过程中,由于大底和中底进行高温高压热覆合时会造成RFID标签损坏,次品率较高。其原因是RFID标签的热熔胶层受高温融化,在高压下RFID标签内RFID芯片与感应天线的接触点可能会产生偏移,造成RFID芯片与感应天线接触不良。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种新型电子标签,解决现有RFID标签在进行高温高压热覆合时会造成RFID标签损坏的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种新型电子标签,包括由上至下依次设置的第一基材层、热熔胶层和第二基材层,第二基材层上设置有RFID芯片和感应天线,RFID芯片和感应天线电连接,RFID芯片和感应天线位于第二基材层和热熔胶层之间,所述热熔胶层上设置有防护垫片,所述防护垫位于第一基材层和热熔胶层之间,所述防护垫片的厚度大于所述RFID芯片的厚度,所述防护垫片上开设有镂空开口,所述RFID芯片设置于所述防护垫片的镂空开口处中部,所述RFID芯片不与所述防护垫片相接触。
进一步的,所述镂空开口为U形开口,所述RFID芯片设置于所述防护垫片的U形开口处中部。
进一步的,所述防护垫片的厚度为RFID芯片厚度的1.5~2倍。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本新型电子标签的RFID芯片设置于防护垫片的镂空开口处中部,由于防护垫片厚度大于RFID芯片的厚度,本新型RFID标签在进行高温高压热覆合时由防护垫片承受压力,RFID芯片和感应天线的接触点不发生偏移,从而保证本新型电子标签不被损坏。例如,本新型电子标签用于鞋子的防伪溯源,使用时将本新型RFID标签设置在鞋子的大底和中底之间,鞋子的大底和中底之间进行高温高压热覆合时由本新型电子标签的防护垫片承受压力,RFID芯片和感应天线的接触点不发生偏移,从而保证本新型电子标签不被损坏。优选的,防护垫片上的镂空开口为U形开口,方便设置防护垫片时保证RFID芯片位于防护垫片的U形开口处中部。优选的,防护垫片的厚度为RFID芯片厚度的1.5~2倍时,防护垫片的防护效果最佳。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
参考图3-图5,本实施例提供一种新型电子标签,包括第一基材层1、热熔胶层2、第二基材层3、RFID芯片4、感应天线5和防护垫片6。所述第一基材层1和第二基材层3均采用PVC面料。所述防护垫片6采用PC塑料,PC塑料的机械强度高、耐疲劳、耐热老化性的优点,所述防护垫片6的厚度为RFID芯片4厚度的2倍。所述防护垫片6上开设有一个镂空开口。优选的,所述镂空开口为U形开口61。所述第一基材层1、热熔胶层2和第二基材层3由上至下依次设置,所述RFID芯片4和感应天线5均设置在第二基材层3表面,所述RFID芯片4和感应天线5电连接,所述RFID芯片4和感应天线5位于第二基材层3和热熔胶层2之间,所述防护垫片6设置在热熔胶层2上,所述防护垫片6位于第一基材层1和热熔胶层2之间。所述RFID芯片4对应设置于所述防护垫片6的U形开口61处中部,所述RFID芯片4不与所述防护垫片6相接触。
本新型RFID标签用于鞋子的防伪溯源,使用时将本新型RFID标签设置在鞋子的大底和中底之间,大底和中底进行高温高压热覆合时本新型RFID标签的热熔胶层2融化,由于防护垫片6的厚度大于RFID芯片4的厚度,使RFID芯片4在防护垫片6的U形开口61内形成被架空的结构,防护垫片6承受压力,RFID芯片4不承受压力,从而使RFID芯片4和感应天线5的接触点不发生偏移,保证本新型电子标签不被损坏。
上述防护垫片6的厚度还可以是RFID芯片4厚度的1.5~2倍。上述防护垫片6上的镂空开口还可以是圆形开口、椭圆形开口、长方形开口等。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种新型电子标签,包括由上至下依次设置的第一基材层、热熔胶层和第二基材层,第二基材层上设置有RFID芯片和感应天线,RFID芯片和感应天线电连接,RFID芯片和感应天线位于第二基材层和热熔胶层之间,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层上设置有防护垫片,所述防护垫位于第一基材层和热熔胶层之间,所述防护垫片的厚度大于所述RFID芯片的厚度,所述防护垫片上开设有镂空开口,所述RFID芯片设置于所述防护垫片的镂空开口处中部,所述RFID芯片不与所述防护垫片相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电子标签,其特征在于:所述镂空开口为U形开口,所述RFID芯片设置于所述防护垫片的U形开口处中部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型电子标签,其特征在于:所述防护垫片的厚度为RFID芯片厚度的1.5~2倍。
