Abstract
The invention discloses an asset management method of a communication unit, which comprises the following steps: establishing a corresponding relation between an SN code of a communication unit of the electric energy meter and an asset code; when the communication unit is installed in the electric energy meter, a local communication unit of the acquisition terminal acquires the SN code of the communication unit and stores the SN code into the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal; the acquisition system master station acquires the SN code of the communication unit stored in the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal, identifies the asset code of the communication unit through the SN code, binds the electric energy meter with the communication unit through the asset code, and solves the problem of lack of means for asset management of the communication unit.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of electric energy metering, in particular to an asset management method of a communication unit, and simultaneously relates to an asset management device of the communication unit.
Background
The communication unit is a module which is matched with various electric meters and terminals in the electricity consumption information acquisition system and is used for realizing a communication function, and the communication unit of the electric energy meter is allocated in the single-phase electric energy meter or the three-phase electric energy meter and is responsible for communication with the collector or the concentrator. The large number of communication modules currently put into use by various provinces are not incorporated in the full life cycle management, but rather are managed as part of the electric energy meter or acquisition terminal. However, in actual situations, the stock and the running condition of the metering communication module cannot be tracked for a long time, the change of the communication module asset in the using process cannot be found accurately, the condition of idle or waste of the asset is serious, and a means for managing the communication unit asset is lacked.

The application provides an asset management method of a communication unit, which is used for solving the problem of lack of means for asset management of the communication unit.
The application provides a channel management method of a communication unit, which comprises the following steps:
establishing a corresponding relation between an SN code of a communication unit of the electric energy meter and an asset code;
when the communication unit is installed in the electric energy meter, a local communication unit of the acquisition terminal acquires the SN code of the communication unit and stores the SN code into the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal;
the acquisition system master station acquires an SN code of the communication unit stored in a local communication unit of the acquisition terminal, identifies an asset code of the communication unit through the SN code, and binds the electric energy meter with the communication unit through the asset code.
Preferably, after the step of establishing the correspondence between the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter and the asset code, the method further includes:

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is, however, susceptible of embodiment in many other ways than those herein described and similar generalizations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the application and the application is therefore not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an asset management method of a communication unit according to an embodiment of the present application, and the method provided by the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1.
The method and the device have the advantages that the corresponding relation between the SN code of the communication unit and the asset code is established in advance, when the communication unit is installed on the electric energy meter, the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal uploads the SN code of the communication unit to the acquisition system master station, the acquisition system master station obtains the asset code of the communication unit through the SN code, the electric energy meter and the communication unit are bound through the asset code, and then the asset management file is stored and established.
Step S101, establishing a corresponding relation between an SN code of a communication unit of the electric energy meter and an asset code.
The method comprises the step of establishing a corresponding relation with asset codes according to the SN codes of the communication units of the electric energy meter.
Each of the communication units of the electric energy meters has a unique SN code (product Serial Number), and the communication unit of each electric energy meter is identified using the SN code as an identification ID. When the communication units are produced by a manufacturer, the manufacturer uses a unique SN code to identify each communication unit, but generally, before the communication units are supplied to an electric company, an asset bar code is pasted on each communication unit according to the requirement, and the asset bar code is written into an RFID electronic tag.
After the communication unit arrives at the goods, full detection and acceptance are carried out, each performance index of the communication unit takes asset codes as registration and distinction in the verification process, the asset bar codes of the communication unit are identified through image technology in the appearance detection link, and the asset codes in the RFID electronic tags of the communication unit are read through the RFID radio frequency read-write head.
In the detection process, the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter is read, the corresponding relation between the SN code and the asset code is recorded, and after verification is finished, the corresponding relation between the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter and the asset code is transmitted to the acquisition system master station by the provincial metering center production scheduling platform. The collecting system master station stores the corresponding relation between the SN codes of the communication units of the electric energy meter and the asset codes.
Step S102, when the communication unit is installed in the electric energy meter, the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal acquires the SN code of the communication unit and stores the SN code to the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal.
The step is used for acquiring the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter used in the field.
When the communication unit of the electric energy meter is mounted on the electric energy meter, the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal can acquire the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter at regular time and store the SN code to the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal, for example, the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter stored in the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal is acquired once per day at 0 point, then the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter stored in the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal is read at regular time by the acquisition terminal, for example, the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter is acquired after the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal acquires the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter at 0 point per day, and then the SN code can be read once per day at 1 point.
The SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter can also be used for scanning asset codes through handheld equipment and then uploaded to the acquisition system master station.
Step S103, the acquisition system master station acquires the SN code of the communication unit stored in the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal, identifies the asset code of the communication unit through the SN code, and binds the electric energy meter with the communication unit through the asset code.
The method is used for binding the electric energy meter with the communication unit of the electric energy meter and performing asset management.
After the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal stores the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter, the acquisition system master station also can acquire the stored SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter at regular time, then the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter is stored in the acquisition system master station, the acquisition system master station identifies the asset code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter according to the corresponding relation between the stored SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter and the asset code, because the electric energy meter is used before the communication unit is installed, the acquisition system master station already stores the asset code of the electric energy meter, and when the acquisition system master station acquires the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter, the acquisition system master station identifies the electric energy meter through the asset code of the electric energy meter, and then the acquisition system master station binds the asset code of the electric energy meter and the asset code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter. And storing the binding relation between the electric energy meter and the communication unit of the electric energy meter to the acquisition system master station.
In another case, after the electric energy meter is bound with the communication unit of the electric energy meter, if the communication unit of the electric energy meter fails and cannot be used, the communication unit of the electric energy meter needs to be replaced, after the electric energy meter is bound with the communication unit of the electric energy meter, if the communication unit is replaced, the acquisition terminal reports a change event of the communication unit to the acquisition system master station, and the acquisition terminal uploads an SN (serial number) code of the replaced communication unit to the acquisition system master station. The master station of the acquisition system judges whether the change event of the communication unit reported by the acquisition terminal is abnormal, for example, the communication unit fails and cannot be used and belongs to the normal replacement range, so that the change event of the communication unit is not abnormal, and then the master station of the acquisition system unbinds the bound electric energy meter from the communication unit of the electric energy meter, binds the electric energy meter from the replaced communication unit and carries out asset management.
The present application also provides an asset management device 200 of a communication unit, please refer to fig. 2, which includes:
a correspondence establishing unit 210, configured to establish a correspondence between SN codes of communication units of the electric energy meter and asset codes;
the collecting unit 220 is used for collecting the SN code of the communication unit by the local communication unit of the collecting terminal and storing the SN code to the local communication unit of the collecting terminal when the communication unit is installed by the electric energy meter;
the binding unit 230 is configured to obtain, by the collecting system master station, an SN code of the communication unit stored in the local communication unit of the collecting terminal, identify an asset code of the communication unit by using the SN code, and bind the electric energy meter with the communication unit by using the asset code.

establishing a corresponding relation between an SN code of a communication unit of the electric energy meter and an asset code;
when the communication unit is installed in the electric energy meter, a local communication unit of the acquisition terminal acquires the SN code of the communication unit and stores the SN code into the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal;
the acquisition system master station acquires an SN code of a communication unit stored in a local communication unit of an acquisition terminal, identifies an asset code of the communication unit through the SN code, and binds an electric energy meter with the communication unit through the asset code;
after the electric energy meter is bound with the communication unit, if the communication unit is replaced, the acquisition terminal reports a change event of the communication unit to the acquisition system master station;
the acquisition terminal uploads the SN code of the replaced communication unit to the acquisition system master station;
the acquisition system master station judges whether the change event of the communication unit reported by the acquisition terminal is abnormal;
if no abnormality exists, the acquisition system master station unbinding the bound electric energy meter and the communication unit;
the acquisition system master station binds the electric energy meter with the replaced communication unit.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of establishing a correspondence between SN codes of the communication units of the electric energy meter and asset codes, further comprises:
and storing the corresponding relation to a main station of the acquisition system.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said binding the power meter with the communication unit by asset coding comprises:
binding the electric energy meter and the communication unit with the asset code of the communication unit through the asset code of the electric energy meter.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of binding the power meter with the communication unit via asset coding:
and storing the binding relation between the electric energy meter and the communication unit to a master station of the acquisition system.
5. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
the acquisition system master station regularly acquires the SN codes of the communication units stored in the local communication units of the acquisition terminals, and if a change event of the communication units occurs, the acquisition system master station judges whether the change event is abnormal or not.
6. An asset management device of a communication unit, comprising:
the corresponding relation establishing unit is used for establishing the corresponding relation between the SN code of the communication unit of the electric energy meter and the asset code;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the SN code of the communication unit by the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal and storing the SN code to the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal when the communication unit is installed by the electric energy meter;
the binding unit is used for acquiring the SN code of the communication unit stored in the local communication unit of the acquisition terminal by the acquisition system master station, identifying the asset code of the communication unit through the SN code, and binding the electric energy meter with the communication unit through the asset code;
after the electric energy meter is bound with the communication unit, if the communication unit is replaced, the acquisition terminal reports a change event of the communication unit to the acquisition system master station;
the acquisition terminal uploads the SN code of the replaced communication unit to the acquisition system master station;
the acquisition system master station judges whether the change event of the communication unit reported by the acquisition terminal is abnormal;
if no abnormality exists, the acquisition system master station unbinding the bound electric energy meter and the communication unit;
the acquisition system master station binds the electric energy meter with the replaced communication unit.
