Before the network state prompt is realized, the network environment of the electronic equipment is required to be detected. And detecting the network state, namely mobile traffic, a network-free state or a wifi network environment. For example, a network detection management object may be obtained first, then the network state detection is started, and finally the callback block is detected when the network changes, so as to obtain the network state of the current electronic device.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a network status prompting method according to an embodiment of the present application, and the method is applied to an electronic device; as shown in the figure, the network status prompting method includes:
s201, when the electronic equipment determines that the electronic equipment is in a screen-off state, detecting a network state of the electronic equipment;
wherein, put out the screen means that the screen that puts out is the screen outage, and the host computer normally works. The screen is extinguished by normally turning off the backlight to extinguish the screen, so that power is saved. When the electronic equipment is determined to be in the screen-off state, detecting the network state of the current equipment; the mobile phone in the screen-off state may be in the screen-locking state or in the non-screen-locking state; when the electronic equipment is in the non-screen-off state, the current network state can be directly checked.
S202, when the network state of the electronic equipment is a preset network state, outputting prompt information according to a preset strategy; the preset network state comprises a no network state or a state that the network quality is less than the preset network quality, and the prompt message comprises at least one of the following: voice information, vibration information, display information.
The voice information may be preset voice information output by the electronic device for prompting a user of a current network state when the network state of the device satisfies the preset network state; the preset voice information may be originally existing voice in the electronic device, or may be voice input by a user in a customized manner. The vibration information may refer to vibration output by the electronic device starting motor when the network state of the device satisfies a preset network state. The display information may be text information or other display information that the electronic device outputs to prompt the user of the current network state when the network state of the device satisfies the preset network state; the text information may be the current network status, remedial action for the network, etc.
In the specific implementation, when the electronic device is in a no-network state or the network quality is less than the preset network quality state, different prompt messages are output according to different network states of the electronic device and foreground or background application scenes of the electronic device, so that the user can be timely reminded, the network state of the electronic device can be timely remedied, and the probability of successful reminding of the user can be increased.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, when determining that the electronic device is in the screen-off state, the electronic device firstly monitors the network state of the electronic device, and secondly, when the network state of the electronic device is in the preset network state, outputs the prompt information according to the preset policy. Therefore, the electronic equipment can detect the current network state in the screen-off state, the attention degree and the sensitivity of a user can be improved relative to the text prompt, and the situation that the text prompt cannot be checked in the screen-off state is avoided; and through presetting the functions to be added and outputting the prompt information according to the preset strategy, the distinctiveness and accuracy of the network state prompt information are improved, and the prompt success rate is improved.
In one possible example, the outputting the prompt information according to the preset policy includes: acquiring a function of pausing or stopping execution in the electronic equipment under the preset network state; judging whether the function belongs to a preset function or not; when the function is judged to belong to the preset function, determining a prompt strategy corresponding to the function; and outputting prompt information according to the prompt strategy.
The preset function is a function which is preset by a user and needs to be added with a prompt. And different corresponding prompt strategies are set according to the functions needing to be added with prompts.
It can be seen that, in this example, a user may set a function that needs to be prompted in advance, and when a network state cannot satisfy a function that is being executed by the current electronic device and the function that is being executed by the current electronic device is the function that is set in advance by the user, a prompt policy corresponding to the function is determined according to the table lookup logic and prompt information is output. The distinctiveness and accuracy of the network state prompt information are improved, and the prompt success rate is improved.
In one possible example, the preset function includes at least one of: the downloading function comprises an audio downloading function, a video downloading function, a map downloading function and an installation package downloading function; and the call function comprises a data call function and a circuit domain call function.
The downloading function can be further divided into a wired downloading function and a wireless downloading function, and the wireless downloading function comprises a data network downloading function and a data network downloading function. The data call function is VoLTE (Voice over LTE), and Voice data is transmitted using a 4G network. The Circuit Switched call refers to a call using a CS network (Circuit Switched).
Therefore, in this example, the electronic device can preset different prompt strategies for different functions, can set a special prompt strategy for a sensitive function, and can improve the prompt success rate.
In one possible example, the function is the download function; the outputting of the prompt information according to the prompt policy includes: and outputting prompt information according to a prompt strategy corresponding to the downloading function.
The electronic equipment can output different prompt messages according to prompt strategies corresponding to different downloading functions. For example, when the downloading function is a WLAN downloading function, outputting a prompt policy corresponding to the WLAN downloading function; when the downloading function is a data network downloading function, outputting a prompt strategy corresponding to the data network downloading function; the data network downloading function is the charging downloading, and the corresponding prompting strategy is stronger than that of the WLAN downloading function.
Therefore, in this example, the electronic device can output the prompt information based on the prompt strategies corresponding to different download functions, so that the sensitivity of the user to the prompt information can be improved, and the prompt success rate can be improved.
In one possible example, the outputting, by the electronic device, prompt information according to a prompt policy corresponding to the download function includes: when the downloading function comprises an audio downloading function, if the audio downloading function is associated with an online audio answering scene, outputting first voice prompt information; if the audio downloading function is associated with an offline audio caching scene, outputting second voice prompt information, wherein the second voice prompt information is different from the first voice prompt information; or, detecting a face of the user; when the face of the user is detected, lightening a screen and outputting at least one prompt message; when the face of the user is not detected, at least two kinds of prompt information including voice information are output. When the downloading function comprises a video downloading function, the video downloading function is associated with an offline video cache scene, and first voice prompt information is output; or, detecting a face of the user; when the face of the user is detected, lightening a screen and outputting at least one prompt message; and when the face of the user is not detected, outputting at least two kinds of prompt information comprising second voice information, wherein the second voice prompt information is different from the first voice prompt information. When the downloading function comprises a map downloading function, the map downloading function is associated with an offline map cache scene, and first voice prompt information is output; or detecting the motion state of the electronic equipment, and outputting at least two kinds of prompt information including second voice information when the electronic equipment is in the motion state; and if the mobile terminal is not in the motion state, outputting at least one prompt message. When the downloading function comprises an installation package downloading function, outputting first voice prompt information; or, detecting a face of the user; when the face of the user is detected, lightening a screen and outputting at least one prompt message; and when the face of the user is not detected, outputting at least two kinds of prompt information comprising second voice information, wherein the second voice prompt information is different from the first voice prompt information.
When the electronic equipment is in audio downloading, and when the audio downloading function is associated with an online audio answering scene, such as online music listening, online book listening and the like, first voice prompt information is output. If the audio downloading function is associated with an offline audio caching scene, such as song downloading, and audio downloading is performed, second voice prompt information is output, the first voice information and the second voice information are different in prompting intensity, and in an online audio answering scene, a user is close to the electronic equipment, and prompt functions can be achieved by prompting in a general degree; in the audio cache scene, the distance between the user and the electronic device needs to be further judged to be determined, and the strength of the prompt information needs to be strengthened to prompt the user successfully. And when the face of the user is detected, lightening the screen, and outputting at least one prompt message, wherein the network state accords with the preset network state when the song is cached, for example, when the face of the user is detected, lightening the screen, and outputting one of display information, voice information or vibration information, and the display information can comprise the current network state, network remedial measures and the like.
When the downloading function is a map downloading function, the current motion state of the electronic equipment is detected, and when the electronic equipment is in the motion state, such as navigation and other functions, a user needs to be strongly prompted to improve the prompting success rate, so that the user is prevented from being damaged due to errors caused by network reasons.
When the downloading function is an installation package downloading function, outputting first voice prompt information; when the face of the user is detected, lightening a screen, and outputting one of display information, voice information or vibration information, wherein the display information can comprise the current network state, network remedial measures and the like; when the face of the user is not detected, outputting at least two kinds of prompt information comprising second voice prompt information, wherein the prompt intensity degree of the second voice prompt information is stronger than that of the first voice prompt information.
As can be seen, in this example, the first voice message and the second voice message are distinguished, so that the distinctiveness and accuracy of the network status prompt message are improved, and the prompt success rate is improved. When the face of the user is detected, the screen is lightened, at least one prompt message can be output, and the energy consumption of the electronic equipment can be saved; when the face of the user is not detected, at least two kinds of prompt information including voice information are output, the strength of the prompt information is enhanced, and the prompt success rate of the prompt information is improved.
In one possible example, the function is the talk function; the outputting of the prompt information according to the prompt policy includes: and outputting prompt information according to a prompt strategy corresponding to the call function.
The call function comprises a data call function and a circuit domain call function, and a user can set prompt information corresponding to different prompt strategies based on the data call function and the circuit domain call function respectively.
Therefore, in this example, the electronic device can output the prompt information based on the prompt strategies corresponding to different call functions, so that the sensitivity of the user to the prompt information can be improved, and the prompt success rate can be improved.
In one possible example, the outputting, by the electronic device, a prompt message according to a prompt policy corresponding to the call function includes: when the call function comprises a data call function, if the data call function is associated with a download function, outputting at least two kinds of prompt information; if the data communication function is not related to the downloading function, outputting at least one prompt message; and when the call function comprises a circuit domain call function, outputting at least one prompt message.
The CS is a dedicated channel established, and occupies the channel all the time in the whole communication process. When the data call is realized, other downloading functions can be associated, when the downloading function is associated with the data call function, at least two kinds of information are output to prompt a user, and when the data call is only the data call, at least one kind of prompt information is output.
As can be seen, in this example, when the electronic device is only in the call function, at least one type of prompt information is output, which can effectively prompt the user and reduce the energy consumption of the electronic device; if the call function is associated with the download function, at least two kinds of prompt information are output, so that the strength of the prompt information is enhanced, and the prompt success rate of the prompt information is improved.
In a possible example, the outputting the prompt information according to the preset policy further includes: and outputting second prompt information when the processing information is not received within the preset time after the first prompt information is output, wherein the difference between the first prompt information and the second prompt information is that the intensity degree of the second prompt information is greater than that of the first prompt information.
After the electronic device outputs the first prompt message, when the processing information of the user on the electronic device is not detected within the set time, outputting a second prompt message stronger than the first prompt message, wherein the strength of the second prompt message can be embodied in increasing the prompt type, increasing the volume of voice prompt or enhancing the intensity of vibration.
As can be seen, in this example, the electronic device does not receive the second prompt message with stronger prompt intensity when the processing message is output within the setting time, so that the intensity of the prompt message is enhanced, and the prompt success rate of the prompt message is improved.
