Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the following description of the air conditioner outdoor unit and the chassis structure thereof according to the present invention will be made in detail by embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The numbering of the components themselves, such as "first", "second", etc., is used herein only to distinguish between the objects depicted and not to have any sequential or technical meaning. The term "connected" and "coupled" when used in this application, unless otherwise indicated, includes both direct and indirect connections (couplings). In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the first feature "on" or "under" the second feature may be directly contacting the first and second features or indirectly contacting the first and second features through an intermediate. Also, a first feature "on," "over," and "above" a second feature may be directly or diagonally above the second feature, or may simply indicate that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature may be directly under or obliquely under the first feature, or may simply mean that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
The embodiment of the invention provides a chassis structure which is arranged at the bottom of electrical equipment, such as an air conditioner outdoor unit, and can penetrate through a pipeline while bearing internal devices, so that the internal devices of the air conditioner outdoor unit can be connected with an indoor unit. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the chassis structure includes: the plate body 100, the cover body 200 and the sealing element 300, wherein the plate body 100 is provided with a mounting hole 110, the cover body 200 is detachably mounted on the mounting hole 110 of the plate body 100, the cover body 200 is provided with a wiring hole 210 and a pipe passing hole 220, and the sealing element 300 is at least partially arranged at the wiring hole 210 and the pipe passing hole 220, wherein the fact that the sealing element 300 is at least partially arranged at the wiring hole 210 and the pipe passing hole 220 means that the sealing element 300 can be only arranged at the opening positions of the wiring hole 210 and the pipe passing hole 220; or may be disposed on the entire surface of the cover body 200, at least partially covering the openings of the wiring holes 210 and the pipe holes 220.
The chassis structure of the invention divides the original chassis into the plate body 100 and the cover body 200, can replace the cover body 200 with different structures aiming at different pipeline types, and does not need to replace the whole chassis, thus leading the applicability of the chassis structure to be stronger; meanwhile, the sealing elements 300 are arranged at the wiring hole 210 and the pipe passing hole 220, so that insects and mice can be prevented from entering the outdoor unit before installation, and when the outdoor unit is installed, only a pipeline penetrates through the wiring hole 210 and the pipe passing hole 220, so that the installation and construction are convenient; the seal 300 may still seal the routing bore 210 and the tube bore 220 after installation.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the sealing member 300 is matched with the cover 200, for example, both are configured as a rectangle or a square, and when the cover 200 is mounted on the mounting hole 110 of the board 100, the sealing member 300 is disposed between the cover 200 and the board 100. This arrangement makes it possible to seal the gap between the cover 200 and the plate body 100, as well as to seal the wiring hole 210 and the pipe hole 220 with the sealing member 300, thereby improving the sealing performance of the chassis structure. In addition, the sealing performance between the cover 200 and the plate 100 may be improved by providing a gasket on the edge of the cover 200. In order to implement the installation between the cover 200 and the board, the cover 200 may be connected to the board 100 by a fastener 230 or a bolt, and as shown in fig. 3, a pair of fasteners 230 is disposed on the cover 200 in this embodiment, and can be inserted into corresponding insertion holes of the board 100 to implement the connection between the cover 200 and the board 100.
Further, the sealing member 300 is provided with penetration portions 310 at positions corresponding to the wiring holes 210 and the pipe holes 220. Before the pipeline is installed, the sealing member 300 completely closes the wire routing hole 210 and the pipe passing hole 220, so that insects and rats can be prevented from entering the pipeline, and when the pipeline is installed, an installer can open the sealing member 300 at a position corresponding to the wire routing hole 210 and the pipe passing hole 220 by using the penetrating part 310 on the sealing member 300, so that the pipeline can pass through the wire routing hole 210 and the pipe passing hole 220.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the penetrator 310 is a slit, which may be cross-shaped, m-shaped or triangular, and the radius of the slit substantially matches the radius of the pipeline, so that after the pipeline passes through the sealing element 300 from the slit position, the sealing material of the slit portion can still wrap around the outside of the pipeline to seal the gap between the pipeline and the penetrator 310.
Specifically, the sealing member 300 is preferably a soft sealing material such as sponge or PET material, which is more easily deformed, can be attached to the pipes more closely, and can be processed into the penetrating portion 310 more easily.
In order to prevent the sealing material 300 from falling off the lid body 200, the sealing material 300 may be bonded to the surface of the lid body 200, and the sealing material 300 may be fixed by applying glue to the surface of the lid body 200 or by bonding a tape to the surface.
As shown in fig. 3, two wiring holes 210 are provided on the left and right sides of the cover body 200, and the cross-sectional shape of the wiring holes 210 is circular or elliptical. Since the wire is relatively soft and can be deformed during the wiring process, the cover body 200 can be fixed on the board body 100 before the wire passes through the wiring hole 210; the wiring hole 210 with a circular cross section is more fit with the outer edge shape of the wire, the skin of the wire is not easy to be cut, and the gap between the wire and the wiring hole 210 can be reduced.
Meanwhile, since the pipe is made of a relatively hard material and cannot be deformed during installation, the pipe usually needs to be inserted through the installation hole 110 of the plate body 100, and then the cover body 200 is installed on the installation hole 110, in order to implement this installation method, the pipe hole 220 cannot be a closed hole, and a notch needs to be formed at the edge of the cover body 200 to form the through-pipe hole 220.
The invention also provides an air conditioner outdoor unit which can comprise the chassis structure in any one of the embodiments.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
