Abstract
The invention discloses a central valve sleeve with a cam shaft lubricating structure, which comprises a central valve sleeve body, wherein a cam shaft joint is arranged at the end part of the central valve sleeve body, a cam shaft actuator is arranged in the central valve sleeve body, a central valve lubricating oil inlet and a central valve lubricating oil outlet are arranged at the end part of the central valve sleeve body, the central valve lubricating oil inlet is arranged at the periphery of the end part of the central valve sleeve body, the central valve lubricating oil outlet is arranged in the end part of the central valve sleeve body, and the central valve lubricating oil inlet is communicated with the central valve lubricating oil outlet. According to the invention, the tail end of the traditional central valve sleeve body is independently provided with the camshaft lubrication oil hole, so that the lubricating requirement of the hollow camshaft can be met, and the service life and the use effect of the machine are further improved. The invention has reasonable design and is suitable for popularization and application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of central valve sleeves of automobile camshafts, in particular to a central valve sleeve with a camshaft lubricating structure.
Background
The variable valve timing technology of the engine is one of new energy-saving and emission-reducing technologies of modern automobiles, and can improve the air intake charge, increase the charge coefficient, make combustion more complete and further improve the torque and power of the engine. The central engine oil control valve (central valve for short) is a control element of a variable valve timing system and is responsible for adjusting the direction and the rotation angle of an oil way of an actuator.
When the traditional central valve is used for adjusting the phaser, redundant engine oil can flow out through an oil discharge port at the tail end of the center in the process of oil circuit switching, and lubricate a cam shaft (a non-hollow cam shaft), and the lubricating requirement of the hollow cam shaft cannot be met due to low engine oil pressure flowing out of the oil discharge port.

In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the central valve sleeve with the cam shaft lubricating structure.

the central valve sleeve with the camshaft lubrication structure comprises a central valve sleeve body, wherein a camshaft joint is arranged at the end part of the central valve sleeve body, a camshaft actuator is arranged in the central valve sleeve body, a central valve lubrication oil inlet and a central valve lubrication oil outlet are arranged at the end part of the central valve sleeve body, the central valve lubrication oil inlet is arranged at the periphery of the end part of the central valve sleeve body, the central valve lubrication oil outlet is arranged in the end part of the central valve sleeve body, and the central valve lubrication oil inlet is communicated with the central valve lubrication oil outlet;
the cam joint is provided with a cam lubrication oil inlet and a cam shaft center hole, the end part of the cam shaft actuator is embedded into the cam shaft center hole, and the cam lubrication oil inlet is communicated with the end part of the cam shaft actuator through a central valve lubrication oil inlet, a central valve lubrication oil outlet and the cam shaft center hole.
Preferably, a cam shaft actuator oil inlet is formed in the cam shaft connector, a central valve oil discharge port is formed in the end portion of the central valve sleeve body, the central valve oil discharge port is far away from the cam shaft connector, and the cam shaft actuator oil inlet is communicated with the central valve oil discharge port through an oil way of the cam shaft actuator.
Preferably, the oil pressure of the cam actuator oil inlet is the same as that of the cam lubrication oil inlet.
The working principle is as follows:
(1) Engine oil enters an oil inlet of a cam shaft actuator and enters a cam shaft lubricating oil inlet at the same time;
(2) After the oil way is switched, the engine oil entering the oil inlet of the camshaft actuator is finally discharged from the oil discharge port of the central valve, and the engine oil entering the lubricating oil inlet of the camshaft finally enters the hollow camshaft for lubrication through the lubricating oil inlet of the central valve, the lubricating oil outlet of the central valve and the central hole of the cam;
(3) The oil pressure of the cam shaft actuator oil inlet is the same as that of the cam lubricating oil inlet.
The oil pressure is far greater than the engine oil discharged from the oil discharge port of the past through hole, and the lubricating requirement of the hollow camshaft is met.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: compared with the prior art, in the central valve sleeve with the camshaft lubricating structure, the tail end of the traditional central valve sleeve body is independently provided with the camshaft lubricating oil hole, so that the lubricating requirement of a hollow camshaft can be met, and the service life and the use effect of a machine are further improved.

The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings are simplified schematic representations which merely illustrate the basic structure of the invention and therefore show only the structures which are relevant to the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a central valve sleeve with a camshaft lubrication structure comprises a central valve sleeve body 4, wherein a camshaft joint 5 is arranged at the end part of the central valve sleeve body 4, a camshaft actuator is arranged inside the central valve sleeve body 4, a central valve lubrication oil inlet 1 and a central valve lubrication oil outlet 2 are arranged at the end part of the central valve sleeve body 4, the central valve lubrication oil inlet 1 is arranged at the periphery of the end part of the central valve sleeve body 4, the central valve lubrication oil outlet 2 is arranged inside the end part of the central valve sleeve body 4, and the central valve lubrication oil inlet 1 is communicated with the central valve lubrication oil outlet 2; the cam joint 5 is provided with a cam lubrication oil inlet 8 and a cam shaft center hole 7, the end part of the cam shaft actuator is embedded into the cam shaft center hole 7, and the cam lubrication oil inlet 8 is communicated with the end part of the cam shaft actuator through a central valve lubrication oil inlet 1, a central valve lubrication oil outlet 2 and the cam shaft center hole 7; the camshaft joint 5 is provided with a camshaft actuator oil inlet 6, the end part of the central valve sleeve body 4 is provided with a central valve oil discharge port 3, the central valve oil discharge port 3 is far away from the camshaft joint 5, and the camshaft actuator oil inlet 6 is communicated with the central valve oil discharge port 3 through an oil way of the camshaft actuator; the oil pressure of the cam shaft actuator oil inlet 6 is the same as that of the cam lubricating oil inlet 8.
Wherein, the area A is a traditional central valve structure, and the area B is an added structure of the invention.

the cam lubricating oil inlet is communicated with the end part of the cam actuator and the hollow cam shaft through the central valve lubricating oil inlet, the central valve lubricating oil outlet and the cam shaft central hole;
the camshaft joint is provided with a camshaft actuator oil inlet, the end part of the central valve sleeve body is provided with a central valve oil discharge port, the central valve oil discharge port is far away from the camshaft joint, and the camshaft actuator oil inlet is communicated with the central valve oil discharge port through an oil way of the camshaft actuator.
