The invention discloses a micro-flow equal-flow diverter valve, wherein a valve body is provided with a liquid inlet, an equal-flow distributor is arranged at the liquid inlet, valve body fluid paths are arranged in the valve body at two sides of the equal-flow distributor, the two valve body fluid paths are respectively communicated with the fluid paths of the equal-flow distributor, the other ends of the two valve body fluid paths are respectively communicated with the regulating valve seat fluid paths of regulating valve seats, a valve core hole is arranged between the two regulating valve seats, a movable valve core is arranged in the valve core hole, two ends of the valve core hole are respectively communicated with the regulating valve seat fluid paths, a first valve core fluid path and a second valve core fluid path which penetrate through the valve core hole are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom of the valve core hole, the first valve core fluid path and the second valve core fluid path are in a split structure, and an assembly gap is arranged between the two valve core fluid paths, so that the valve core can be self-adaptively adjusted when bearing different pressures, and the opening degree of a valve port is controlled to realize equal-flow control, thereby solving the problem of micro-flow continuous equal-flow.

For some special applications, a small flow (0.5-5 ml/min, pressure less than or equal to 2-3 Mpa) with equal flow is needed. For example, some experiments aiming at corrosion effects of corrosion liquid need to continuously provide corrosion liquid with micro flow of equal flow, while in the prior art, capillary tubes are adopted for micro flow, but continuous equal flow is difficult to achieve by the capillary tubes, the conventional equal flow diverter valve aims at large flow, and the conventional equal flow diverter valve for micro flow of corrosion liquid has no relevant record, so how to achieve equal flow diversion of micro flow is a problem which is presented to a person skilled in the art.

The working process comprises the following steps: at the beginning, the pressure P1 and the pressure P2 of the regulating valve seat liquid path 41 at the two ends of the movable valve core 6 are different, and at the moment, the opening of the valve port 1 and the valve port 2 of the regulating valve seat liquid path 41 at the two ends of the movable valve core 6 are 0; when the pressure P of the liquid inlet is increased, the valve port 1T and the valve port 2 are opened, and the opening degrees are equal, so that the flow rates P1 and P2 of the P1 and P2 ports are equal.
Since the valve port opening (x=p/k) is independent of the outlet pressure, the change in the outlet pressure has no influence on the flow rate.
