Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, in particular to a device for assembling an automobile skylight ceiling.
Background
When the existing automobile skylight ceiling is assembled, parts are placed on an assembly workbench, and the molded surfaces of the parts are used for positioning. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a sunroof ceiling tile assembly of model S301 requires the assembly of a front dome lamp bracket, a sunroof bracket and two reading lamp brackets to a sunroof ceiling tile. In the assembly process, the bracket adhered to the ceiling needs to be pressed manually for a long time, for example, at least 40-50 seconds is needed, and because the positions needing to be pressed are more, for example, the front dome lamp bracket, the skylight bracket and two reading lamps need to be pressed, 3-4 people are needed to press, the labor intensity is high, the fatigue is easy, and the assembly efficiency is low; the uneven force applied during manual pressing can cause the bracket to be not attached to the ceiling or be not firmly adhered, so that the adhesive effect is poor.
