Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete manufacturing, in particular to a sand exposed concrete and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Decorative concrete is increasingly applied to building engineering and ground paving engineering, and exposed coarse aggregate concrete is common in China as a product with relatively mature technology; however, cement-based mortar/open fine aggregate concrete is rarely seen in China, gravel and organic polymer adhesive are combined to form a common anti-skid ground, and adhesive-coated sand particles are laid on the ground to form a 'mortar' ground. The common exposed aggregate treatment process is a delayed coagulation flushing method, namely, a certain amount of retarder is sprayed on the surface of concrete after the concrete is poured, and the surface aggregate is exposed by adopting water flushing after a certain time. Therefore, it is necessary to further modify the conventional techniques to produce more excellent open-air concrete.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the exposed concrete and the preparation method thereof, wherein the exposed concrete is treated by adopting the surface hardening material of the exposed concrete and an erosion process method, so that gravel is exposed to achieve the effect of a decorative surface, the exposed sand surface is uniform and flat, the problems of difficult control of surface flatness, inconsistent exposed depth, uneven exposed sand and the like in the traditional delayed coagulation washing process method are solved, and the exposed concrete has excellent mechanical property, anti-slip property, anti-cracking property and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a sand exposed concrete is prepared from the surface hardening material of sand exposed concrete and the erosion treating process including sand exposed surface layer, surface hardening layer of sand exposed concrete and concrete base layer.
According to the scheme, the surface hardening material for the exposed concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 500 portions of cementing material 320 and active SiO210.5 to 44.0 parts of rubber powder, 1.75 to 8.25 parts of rubber powder, 0.385 to 1.815 part of synergist, 0 to 16.5 parts of toner, 1.05 to 4.40 parts of whiskering inhibitor and 650 parts of tough aggregate.
A preparation method of the exposed sand concrete comprises the following steps:
1) the concrete base layer is cast in situ, and is paved, vibrated and compacted until the concrete surface layer has a mortar layer with the thickness of at least 3mm, and is trowelled;
2) when the cast-in-place concrete base layer is close to initial setting, spreading the surface hardening material of the exposed concrete on the surface of the concrete base layer twice, and trowelling and polishing after the surface hardening material of the exposed concrete fully absorbs water and wets each time;
3) moisturizing and curing the concrete for 3 days to form a surface hardening layer of the exposed concrete;
4) sprinkling an aggressive agent on the exposed sand concrete surface hardening layer, and then adopting a brush to carry out brushing treatment until surface gravel is exposed to the specified requirement to form an exposed sand surface layer;
5) and continuing to moisturize and maintain the concrete for at least 7 days.
According to the scheme, the dosage of the surface hardening material for the exposed concrete is 4-6kg/m2The first dispensing amount is 2/3 and the second dispensing amount is 1/3.
According to the scheme, the erosion agent is formed by mixing hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid or a mixture of the hydrochloric acid and the oxalic acid with water according to the volume ratio of 1: 3-4.
According to the scheme, the brush is a plastic soft brush.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) when the product is prepared, the erosion treatment process of the surface of the exposed concrete is carried out after the concrete is hardened for 3 days, and the delayed coagulation treatment is not required to be carried out on the surface of the concrete which is not coagulated and hardened, so that the surface smoothness is greatly ensured;
2) according to the invention, the exposed sand is treated by adopting an erosion process to achieve the effect of a decorative surface, the exposed sand surface is uniform and flat, the exposed sand quality is convenient to control, and the problems of inconsistent exposure depth, non-uniform exposed sand and the like caused by difficulty in controlling the spraying amount and uniformity of the retarder by a washing method of the traditional retarding process are solved.
3) The exposed sand surface layer of the invention adopts special exposed sand concrete surface hardening material and a matching construction method, so that the exposed sand concrete has excellent mechanical property, anti-slip property, anti-cracking property and the like.
