Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度复合材料PVC防火板,包括防火板本体、第一防火层、蜂窝铝板、基板、泡沫塑料、凸条、加强杆、吸音板、减振层、碳纤维层和第二防火层,防火板本体底面设置有第一防火层,第一防火层上方设置有蜂窝铝板,蜂窝铝板上方设置有基板,基板顶面设置有凸条,第三通孔内部贯穿有加强杆,吸音板顶面设置有减振层,减振层顶面设置有碳纤维层,碳纤维层顶面设置有第二防火层,本发明基板上设置有凸条与加强杆,蜂窝铝板和基板的设置使PVC防火板的强度大大提高,吸音板与减振层的设置使PVC防火板具有减振隔音功能,空腔内的泡沫塑料强化了吸音效果,且减轻了PVC防火板整体重量。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火板技术领域,具体为一种高强度复合材料PVC防火板。
背景技术
PVC曾是世界上产量最大的通用塑料,应用非常广泛,在建筑材料、工业制品、日用品、地板砖、人造革、管材、电线电缆、包装膜等方面均有广泛应用,PVC防火板是一种具有防火功能的建筑板材。
但是目前市场上的PVC防火板强度有限,难以承受较大的压力,没有隔音减振功能,安装防火板后仍需做隔音处理,非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高强度复合材料PVC防火板,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度复合材料PVC防火板,包括防火板本体、第一防火层、蜂窝铝板、第一通孔、基板、凸杆、第二通孔、泡沫塑料、凸条、第一凹槽、第三通孔、加强杆、空腔、吸音板、第二凹槽、减振层、第三凹槽、碳纤维层、第二防火层和印刷图层,所述防火板本体底面设置有第一防火层,所述第一防火层上方设置有蜂窝铝板,所述蜂窝铝板顶面开设有第一通孔,且蜂窝铝板上方设置有基板,所述基板底面连接有凸杆,且基板中部开设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔内部填充有泡沫塑料,所述基板顶面设置有凸条,所述凸条顶面开设有第一凹槽,且凸条侧面下部开设有第三通孔,所述第三通孔内部贯穿有加强杆,所述凸条之间形成的空腔内部填充有吸音板,所述吸音板底部开设有第二凹槽,且吸音板顶面设置有减振层,所述减振层底面开设有第三凹槽,且减振层顶面设置有碳纤维层,所述碳纤维层顶面设置有第二防火层,所述第二防火层顶面设置有印刷图层。
优选的,所述第一防火层、蜂窝铝板、基板、吸音板、减振层、碳纤维层和第二防火层均通过粘接相连,所述基板为一种PVC材质的构件。
优选的,所述,所述凸杆在基板底面均匀分布,所述第一通孔直径与凸杆直径相同。
优选的,所述吸音板的长度与宽度分别与空腔的长度与宽度相同,且吸音板的厚度小于空腔的深度。
优选的,所述凸条的长度与宽度分别与第三凹槽的长度与宽度相同,所述第三凹槽的深度与吸音板的厚度之和等于空腔的深度,所述第一凹槽内部填充有粘接剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,基板上设置有凸条与加强杆,蜂窝铝板、基板和碳纤维层的设置使PVC防火板的强度大大提高,可承受更大的力,吸音板与减振层的设置使PVC防火板具有减振隔音功能,空腔内的泡沫塑料强化了吸音效果,且减轻了PVC防火板整体重量,使PVC防火板更方便使用,实用性强,可大面积推广使用。

实施例:如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种技术方案,一种高强度复合材料PVC防火板,包括防火板本体1、第一防火层2、蜂窝铝板3、第一通孔4、基板5、凸杆6、第二通孔7、泡沫塑料8、凸条9、第一凹槽10、第三通孔11、加强杆12、空腔13、吸音板14、第二凹槽15、减振层16、第三凹槽17、碳纤维层18、第二防火层19和印刷图层20,防火板本体1底面设置有第一防火层2,第一防火层2上方设置有蜂窝铝板3,蜂窝铝板3顶面开设有第一通孔4,且蜂窝铝板3上方设置有基板5,基板5底面连接有凸杆6,且基板5中部开设有第二通孔7,第二通孔7内部填充有泡沫塑料8,基板5顶面设置有凸条9,凸条9顶面开设有第一凹槽10,且凸条9侧面下部开设有第三通孔11,第三通孔11内部贯穿有加强杆12,凸条9之间形成的空腔13内部填充有吸音板14,吸音板14底部开设有第二凹槽15,且吸音板14顶面设置有减振层16,减振层16底面开设有第三凹槽17,且减振层16顶面设置有碳纤维层18,碳纤维层18顶面设置有第二防火层19,第二防火层19顶面设置有印刷图层20。
为了便于连接各层材料,本实施例中,优选的,第一防火层2、蜂窝铝板3、基板5、吸音板14、减振层16、碳纤维层18和第二防火层19均通过粘接相连,基板5为一种PVC材质的构件。
为了便于安装蜂窝铝板3,本实施例中,优选的,凸杆6在基板5底面均匀分布,第一通孔4直径与凸杆6直径相同。
为了便于安装吸音板14,本实施例中,优选的,的长度与宽度分别与空腔13的长度与宽度相同,且吸音板14的厚度小于空腔13的深度。
为了便于安装减振层16,本实施例中,优选的,凸条9的长度与宽度分别与第三凹槽17的长度与宽度相同,第三凹槽17的深度与吸音板14的厚度之和等于空腔13的深度,第一凹槽10内部填充有粘接剂。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明为一种高强度复合材料PVC防火板,将各材料层按照顺序排列,各层之间通过粘接剂相连,蜂窝铝板3上开设有与凸杆6相配合的第一通孔4,使蜂窝铝板3与基板结合更紧固,第二通孔7内填充的泡沫塑料8可减轻整体的重量,且具有一定的吸音功能,第三通孔11内贯穿有加强杆12,加强杆12与凸条9相配合,提高了基板5的强度,吸音板14吸收噪音,达到隔音效果,减振层16吸收振动,使防火板本体1具有减振功能,减振层16底面开设有第三凹槽17,第三凹槽17与凸条9相配合,第一凹槽10内部填充有粘接剂,使减振层16与基板5结合更紧密,第一防火层2和第二防火层19可防止防火板本体1被火烧毁,碳纤维层18进一步提高了防火板本体1的强度。
