Detailed Description
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1-2, the seal candy box comprises a shell 1, a liner 2, a seal body 3 and a spring 4.
The housing 1 has a sleeve shape with openings at the upper and lower ends.
The inner container 2 has a hollow cylindrical shape, is movably mounted in the housing 1, is movable in an axial direction of the housing 1, and is positioned at an axial upper end of the housing 1. The upper end of the liner 2 is provided with a sugar inlet, the sugar inlet is provided with a detachable cap 21, the lower end of the liner is provided with a fan-shaped column-shaped hollow 22 extending towards the upper end, the fan-shaped column-shaped hollow 22 divides the end face of the lower end of the liner 2 into a bottom face A23, a bottom face B24 and a step face 25 for connecting the bottom face A23 and the bottom face B24, the bottom face B24 is far away from the upper end of the liner 2 than the bottom face A23, the bottom face B24 is provided with seal etching patterns, and the step face 25 is provided with a sugar outlet 26.
The seal body 3 is internally provided with a storage cavity 31 for containing candies, and the side wall of the seal body 3 is provided with an opening 32 communicated with the storage cavity 31. The seal body 3 is fixedly arranged in the shell 1 and positioned at the lower end of the liner 2, and is positioned at the lower axial end of the shell 1, the lower end face 33 of the seal body 3 is flush with the lower end opening of the shell 1 or exceeds the lower end opening of the shell 1, and seal etching patterns are arranged on the lower end face 33.
The spring 4 is arranged between the inner container 2 and the seal body 3 and is positioned in the fan-shaped cylindrical hollow 22, one end of the spring abuts against the bottom surface A23 of the inner container 2, the other end abuts against the upper end surface of the seal body 3, and the spring enables the inner container 2 to be kept at the uppermost end in the axial direction through elasticity.
When the inner container 2 moves towards the seal body 3 against the elasticity of the spring 4 until the bottom surface B24 of the inner container 2 is flush with the lower end surface 33 of the seal body 3, the sugar outlet 26 of the inner container 2 is communicated with the opening 32 of the seal body 3.
Preferably, a positioning groove 11 extending from the lower end of the shell 1 to the upper end of the shell 1 is arranged on the inner wall of the shell 1, the positioning groove 11 does not penetrate through to the upper end edge opening of the shell 1, a positioning edge 27 matched with the positioning groove 11 is arranged on the outer wall of the liner 2, and when the liner 2 is installed in the shell 1, the positioning edge 27 of the liner 2 is matched with the positioning groove 11 of the shell 1 so as to realize positioning of the liner 2 in the axial direction.
Preferably, the inner container 2 is provided with a bevel 28 at its lower end in the inner cavity, the bevel 28 being inclined by 10-40 °, preferably 20 °, relative to the radial horizontal plane of the inner container. The inclined surface 28 is at one end of the radial horizontal surface of the inner container, which is at a low end, and at the other end is at a high end, and the sugar outlet 26 is near the low end of the inclined surface 28.
Preferably, when the bottom surface B24 of the inner container 2 is flush with the lower end surface 33 of the stamp 3, the stamp etching pattern of the inner container is spliced with the stamp etching pattern of the stamp body to form a complete pattern.
Preferably, the sugar outlet 26 of the liner 2 is sized to discharge one piece at a time. The size and shape of the opening 32 of the stamp body 3 are identical to those of the inner container 2.
Brief description of the invention uses: referring to fig. 1, when the stamp candy box is not subjected to external force, the bottom surface B24 of the inner container 2 and the lower end surface 33 of the stamp 3 are staggered, the sugar outlet 26 of the inner container 2 faces the fan-shaped cylindrical hollow 22, and the candy in the inner cavity of the inner container 2 cannot be discharged from the sugar outlet 26 into the fan-shaped cylindrical hollow 22 due to the fact that the spring 4 is arranged in the fan-shaped cylindrical hollow 22 and blocked by the spring 4.
Referring to fig. 2, when the candy is required to be taken out, the shell 1 is held by hand and the cap 21 of the liner 2 is pressed, so that the liner 2 moves towards the seal body 3 against the elastic force of the spring 4 until the bottom surface B24 of the liner 2 is flush with the lower end surface 33 of the seal body 3, and then the pattern can be printed by pressing the bottom surface B24 of the liner 2 and the lower end surface 33 of the seal body 3 on skin or paper, thereby realizing the function of the seal.
At the same time, the sugar outlet 26 of the inner container 2 is communicated with the opening 32 of the seal body 3, and one candy in the inner cavity of the inner container 2 is discharged from the sugar outlet 26 and enters the storage cavity 31 through the opening 32 of the seal body 3. Then the pressing force applied to the cap 21 of the liner 2 is removed, so that the seal candy box is restored to a state when no external force is applied, and the seal candy box is inclined at a certain angle at the moment, and the candy stored in the storage cavity 31 of the seal body 3 is discharged.
