In this embodiment, the signal output terminals of the camera, the headrest pressure sensor, the backrest pressure sensor, and the cushion pressure sensor are respectively connected to the input port of the controller, and two output ports of the controller are respectively connected to the seat translation adjusting mechanism and the backrest rotation adjusting mechanism through the driving circuit. In this embodiment, the controller mainly comprises a processor, 2 pre-driver chips and 2 half-bridge circuits, 2 output ports of the processor respectively control the 2 pre-driver chips, the 2 pre-driver chips respectively drive the 2 half-bridge circuits, and the 2 half-bridge circuits are respectively connected to the first brushless motor and the second brushless motor.
The adjustment control method of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A seat adjusting method is characterized in that a seat translation adjusting mechanism and a backrest rotation adjusting mechanism are arranged on a seat, and the seat adjusting method comprises the following steps:
(1) providing a camera facing to the seat, and acquiring a video image of the position of the seat;
(2) the headrest pressure sensor is arranged on the headrest, the backrest pressure sensor is arranged on the backrest, the cushion pressure sensor is arranged on the cushion, and the pressures on the headrest, the backrest and the cushion are respectively acquired;
(3) when the pressure value acquired by the cushion pressure sensor is larger than a set value, carrying out image recognition on a video image acquired by the camera, judging whether a person exists on the seat, starting a seat adjusting process if the person exists, and otherwise, repeating the step (3);
(4) the seat adjusting process comprises a backrest angle adjusting process and a seat translation adjusting process:
the backrest angle adjusting process comprises the following steps:
when the pressure value of the headrest pressure sensor is greater than the set value, the backrest rotation adjusting mechanism is controlled to enable the backrest to rotate in the backward leaning direction, and the rotation is stopped when the pressure value of the headrest pressure sensor is less than the set value;
when the pressure values of the headrest pressure sensor and the backrest pressure sensor are 0 at the same time and the video image identifies that the seat is not in a forward-bending posture, controlling the backrest rotation adjusting mechanism to enable the backrest to rotate in the forward-bending direction, and stopping rotating when the pressure value of the backrest pressure sensor is not 0;
the seat translation adjusting process comprises the following steps:
when the video image identifies that the person on the seat is in a backward leaning posture and the pressure value of the backrest pressure sensor is greater than a set value, controlling the seat translation adjusting mechanism to move backwards for a set distance;
when the video image identifies that the person on the seat is in a forward-bending posture and the pressure value of the backrest pressure sensor is 0, controlling the seat translation adjusting mechanism to move forwards for a set distance;
(5) and (5) repeating the steps (3) to (5) to realize intelligent adjustment of the seat.

The seat adjustment method according to claim 1, characterized in that: when the pressure value obtained by any one of the headrest pressure sensor, the backrest pressure sensor and the cushion pressure sensor exceeds a set value, the time exceeding the set value is monitored, and when the time exceeding the set value is lower than the conventional operation time, the condition that a driver does not have the adjustment intention is judged, and the seat adjustment process is not started.

when the video image identifies that the person on the seat is in a backward leaning posture and the pressure value of the backrest pressure sensor is greater than a set value, controlling the seat translation adjusting mechanism to move backwards for a set distance;
and when the video image identifies that the person on the seat is in the front-down posture and the pressure value of the backrest pressure sensor is 0, controlling the seat translation adjusting mechanism to move forwards for a set distance.
5. The seat adjustment apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the headrest pressure sensor, the backrest pressure sensor and the cushion pressure sensor are film patch type sensors.
