技术领域
本发明涉及管材技术领域,具体涉及一种气凝胶热力管。
背景技术
城市热力管网采用的介质主要有蒸汽和热水两种。《城镇供热管网设计规范》(CJJ34-2010)规定,“当生产工艺热负荷为主要负荷,且必须采用蒸汽供热时,应采用蒸汽作供热介质;当以水为供热介质能够满足生产工艺需要(包括在用户处转换为蒸汽),且技术经济合理时,应采用水作供热介质”,但是,现有的热力管还存在一些缺陷:如保温性差、不耐高温和不带低温,易受气候温度影响等等。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本发明提供一种气凝胶热力管,解决现有热力管保温性差、不耐高温、不耐低温等缺陷。
(二)采用的技术方案
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种气凝胶热力管,所述热力管包括内层、中间层一、中间层二和外层;所述内层为改性PP,所述中间层一为气凝胶保温层,所述中间层二为尼龙交织成网层,所述外层为改性PP。
一种气凝胶热力管的制备工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:(1)先通过挤出机挤出内层;(2)在内层管上挤出粘结树脂胶层;(3)之后在包裹气凝胶保温层(4)在气凝胶层上在设置粘结树脂胶层;(5)之后在包覆尼龙交织成网层;(6)在尼龙交织成网层上在挤出粘结树脂胶层;(7)最后在包覆外层改性PP。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供一种气凝胶热力管,具有以下有益效果:
本发明结构简单、制备容易,通过本发明生产出的产品具有保温性能好、耐高温和耐低温优点,有较好的市场需求、适宜推广。

本发明结构简单、制备容易,通过本发明生产出的产品具有保温性能好、耐高温和耐低温优点,有较好的市场需求、适宜推广。

1.一种气凝胶热力管,其特征在于,所述热力管包括内层、中间层一、中间层二和外层;所述内层为改性PP,所述中间层一为气凝胶保温层,所述中间层二为尼龙交织成网层,所述外层为改性PP。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶热力管的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺包括以下步骤:(1)先通过挤出机挤出内层;(2)在内层管上挤出粘结树脂胶层;(3)之后在包裹气凝胶保温层(4)在气凝胶层上在设置粘结树脂胶层;(5)之后在包覆尼龙交织成网层;(6)在尼龙交织成网层上在挤出粘结树脂胶层;(7)最后在包覆外层改性PP。
