本发明公开了一种异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置及其方法,该装置包括成品卷材成型组件、异型标签制备组件和合模注塑组件;成品卷材成型组件包括片材挤压注塑机、印花薄膜辊、压力张紧组件、薄膜与片材压合组件、压紧导出辊、成品卷材卷绕辊;异型标签制备组件包括加热组件、压合成型模具和冲压切割装置;加热组件对成品卷材进行加热软化,软化后的成品卷材由压合成型模具压合成异型标签;冲压切割装置将异型标签从成品卷材上切割下来;合模注塑组件包括左侧贴合模具和右侧贴合模具;异型标签设置于左侧贴合模具和右侧贴合模具之间;右侧贴合模具上设置有注塑口。本发明解决了异形结构贴标的问题。

Description

异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置及其方法
技术领域
本发明涉及注压塑件模内贴标技术领域,具体涉及一种异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,还涉及一种异型注压塑件的模内贴标方法。
背景技术
模内贴标工艺是将贴标签这一操作与吹塑或注塑工艺相结合,省却了在塑料制品成型后粘贴标签的工序。在模内贴标过程中,事先已完成印刷并模切好的标签以单张形式堆叠,放置在标签盒内;随着模具的开启,由机械手一张一张吸起标签,定位放置到打开的模具中,标签印刷面朝内,涂有固态粘合剂的面朝外,并由真空负压或静电吸附的方式将标签牢牢吸附在模具壁上;模具闭合后,熔化的塑料树脂进入模具而成型,此时整个模具中的温度还比较高,紧贴着雏型容器的标签固态粘合剂开始熔化并和塑料容器结为一体;当模具再次打开时,塑料容器成型,标签和容器结为一体,成为成型容器的一部分。现有的工艺无法解决了异形结构贴标的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,解决了异形结构贴标的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,包括成品卷材成型组件、异型标签制备组件和合模注塑组件;
所述的成品卷材成型组件包括片材挤压注塑机、印花薄膜辊、压力张紧组件、薄膜与片材压合组件、压紧导出辊、成品卷材卷绕辊;所述的压力张紧组件设置于印花薄膜辊的上方;所述的薄膜与片材压合组件、压紧导出辊和成品卷材卷绕辊依次设置于压力张紧组件的右端;所述的片材挤压注塑机设置于薄膜与片材压合组件的上方;
所述的异型标签制备组件包括加热组件、压合成型模具和冲压切割装置;所述的加热组件对成品卷材进行加热软化,软化后的成品卷材由压合成型模具压合成异型标签;所述的冲压切割装置将异型标签从成品卷材上切割下来;
所述的合模注塑组件包括左侧贴合模具和右侧贴合模具;所述的异型标签设置于左侧贴合模具和右侧贴合模具之间;所述的右侧贴合模具上设置有注塑口。
进一步地,所述的压合成型模具包括上模和下模;所述的上模带有凸块;所述的下模带有与凸块匹配的凹槽。
进一步地,所述的冲压切割装置包括下部的支撑架和上部的冲压切割件;所述的支撑架内设置有容纳异型标签的容纳槽;所述的冲压切割装置包括切割刀架和设置于切割刀架两侧的切割刀,两侧切割刀之间的间距等于异型标签的宽度。
进一步地,所述的压力张紧组件有多个张紧辊组成。
进一步地,薄膜与片材压合组件包括一对压合辊。
进一步地,所述的压紧导出辊包括一对导向辊。
进一步地,所述的加热组件包括上部加热板和下部加热板,所述的成品卷材位于上部加热板和下部加热板之间进行加热。
进一步地,所述的左侧贴合模具内设置有静电产生装置或者真空吸附装置,异型标签通过静电或真空负压吸附到左侧贴合模具的表面贴合。
本发明还提供一种异型注压塑件的模内贴标方法,包括下列步骤:
1)根据图案按照一定的收缩比例制作压合成型模具和合模注塑组件;
2)用多彩印刷机将图案印刷到薄膜上;然后利用成品卷材成型组件把薄膜热敷到片材上面;
3)通过加热组件将成品卷材加热软化,再用正负压吸塑到模具表面,利用压合成型模具压合成异型结构,然后再利用冲压切割装置将异型结构切割下来形成异型标签;
4)成型好了的异型标签利用静电或真空负压吸附到合模注塑组件的表面贴合,然后合模热熔的塑胶注压到产品成型。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,解决了异形结构贴标的问题。异型模内贴标可以用作防伪标签;薄膜用里印工艺,在阳光下不易老化退色及安全食品上更保障隔离了油墨的有害物质;解决了原始方案的印刷工艺与复杂的流程;制造利用卷材卷筒方案效益提高、节约成本;采用相容性一样的材料,产品回收率提高及浪费污染减少。

具体实施方式
下面将通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1-3所示,为本发明的异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,包括成品卷材成型组件、异型标签制备组件和合模注塑组件;成品卷材成型组件包括片材挤压注塑机1、印花薄膜辊2、压力张紧组件3、薄膜与片材压合组件4、压紧导出辊5、成品卷材卷绕辊6;压力张紧组件3设置于印花薄膜辊2的上方;所述的薄膜与片材压合组件4、压紧导出辊5和成品卷材卷绕辊6依次设置于压力张紧组件3的右端;所述的片材挤压注塑机1设置于薄膜与片材压合组件4的上方。
印花薄膜由印花薄膜辊2退绕后经过压力张紧组件3张紧传输至薄膜与片材压合组件4与从片材挤压注塑机1挤出的片材重叠压紧(薄膜的印花面与片材表面接触),然后由压紧导出辊5传输至成品卷材卷绕辊6卷绕。
本发明的异型标签制备组件包括加热组件、压合成型模具和冲压切割装置;所述的加热组件包括上部加热板61和下部加热板62,所述的成品卷材位于上部加热板61和下部加热板62之间进行加热,软化,软化后的成品卷材由压合成型模具压合成异型标签;压合成型模具包括上模71和下模72;所述的上模带有凸块;所述的下模带有与凸块匹配的凹槽。冲压切割装置将异型标签10从成品卷材上切割下来;冲压切割装置包括下部的支撑架81和上部的冲压切割件;所述的支撑架81内设置有容纳异型标签的容纳槽;所述的冲压切割装置包括切割刀架82和设置于切割刀架两侧的切割刀83,两侧切割刀之间的间距等于异型标签的宽度。
本发明的合模注塑组件包括左侧贴合模具91和右侧贴合模具92;所述的异型标签设置于左侧贴合模具和右侧贴合模具之间;所述的右侧贴合模具上设置有注塑口93。左侧贴合模具内设置有静电产生装置或者真空吸附装置,异型标签通过静电或真空负压吸附到左侧贴合模具的表面贴合。
本发明的异型注压塑件的模内贴标方法,包括下列步骤:
1)根据图案按照一定的收缩比例制作压合成型模具和合模注塑组件;
2)用多彩印刷机将图案印刷到薄膜上;然后利用成品卷材成型组件把薄膜热敷到片材上面;
3)通过加热组件将成品卷材加热软化,再用正负压吸塑到模具表面,利用压合成型模具压合成异型结构,然后再利用冲压切割装置将异型结构切割下来形成异型标签;
4)成型好了的异型标签利用静电或真空负压吸附到合模注塑组件的表面贴合,然后合模热熔的塑胶注压到产品成型。

1.异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,其特征在于:包括成品卷材成型组件、异型标签制备组件和合模注塑组件;
所述的成品卷材成型组件包括片材挤压注塑机、印花薄膜辊、压力张紧组件、薄膜与片材压合组件、压紧导出辊、成品卷材卷绕辊;所述的压力张紧组件设置于印花薄膜辊的上方;所述的薄膜与片材压合组件、压紧导出辊和成品卷材卷绕辊依次设置于压力张紧组件的右端;所述的片材挤压注塑机设置于薄膜与片材压合组件的上方;
所述的异型标签制备组件包括加热组件、压合成型模具和冲压切割装置;所述的加热组件对成品卷材进行加热软化,软化后的成品卷材由压合成型模具压合成异型标签;所述的冲压切割装置将异型标签从成品卷材上切割下来;
所述的合模注塑组件包括左侧贴合模具和右侧贴合模具;所述的异型标签设置于左侧贴合模具和右侧贴合模具之间;所述的右侧贴合模具上设置有注塑口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,其特征在于:所述的压合成型模具包括上模和下模;所述的上模带有凸块;所述的下模带有与凸块匹配的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,其特征在于:所述的冲压切割装置包括下部的支撑架和上部的冲压切割件;所述的支撑架内设置有容纳异型标签的容纳槽;所述的冲压切割装置包括切割刀架和设置于切割刀架两侧的切割刀,两侧切割刀之间的间距等于异型标签的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,其特征在于:所述的压力张紧组件有多个张紧辊组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,其特征在于:薄膜与片材压合组件包括一对压合辊。
6.根据权利要求1所述的异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,其特征在于:所述的压紧导出辊包括一对导向辊。
7.根据权利要求1所述的异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,其特征在于:所述的加热组件包括上部加热板和下部加热板;所述的成品卷材位于上部加热板和下部加热板之间进行加热。
8.根据权利要求1所述的异型注压塑件的模内贴标装置,其特征在于:所述的左侧贴合模具内设置有静电产生装置或者真空吸附装置,异型标签通过静电或真空负压吸附到左侧贴合模具的表面贴合。
9.异型注压塑件的模内贴标方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)根据图案按照一定的收缩比例制作压合成型模具和合模注塑组件;
2)用多彩印刷机将图案印刷到薄膜上;然后利用成品卷材成型组件把薄膜热敷到片材上面;
3)通过加热组件将成品卷材加热软化,再用正负压吸塑到模具表面,利用压合成型模具压合成异型结构,然后再利用冲压切割装置将异型结构切割下来形成异型标签;
4)成型好了的异型标签利用静电或真空负压吸附到合模注塑组件的表面贴合,然后合模热熔的塑胶注压到产品成型。
