the pressure head assembly (10) comprises a pressure head body (22), a pressure head floating mandrel (13), a locking plate righting mechanism and a spring (12), wherein a pair of pressure head material channels (18) are formed between the pressure head body (22) and the pressure head floating mandrel (13), the pressure head floating mandrel (13) is vertically arranged in the pressure head body (22), one end of the spring (12) is fixedly connected with the pressure head body (22), the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the top of the pressure head floating mandrel (13),
the lower end of the pressure head body (22) is used for pressing the valve cover (101), the pressure head floating core shaft (13) is used for being abutted to the valve rod (103), and the locking plate centralizing mechanism is used for pressing two valve locking plates from the pair of pressure head material channels (18) into the locking plate notch (104) in the valve rod (103).

The press-fitting device for the valve cotter of the engine cylinder cover according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a material pushing cylinder (52) and a material feeding push plate (5), wherein the material feeding push plate (5) is arranged between the cartridge clip assembly (9) and the ram assembly (10) and is provided with a push plate material channel (51), and the push plate material channel (51) is used for selectively communicating the pair of cartridge clip material channels (97) and the pair of ram material channels (18).
3. The press-fitting device for the valve cotter of the engine cylinder cover according to claim 1, wherein the cotter centering mechanism comprises a pair of indenter claws (17), indenter claw springs (15), and a clamping cylinder (19) arranged on an indenter body (22).

The press-fitting device for the valve collet of the engine cylinder cover according to claim 1, characterized in that a thin-walled steel sleeve (16) is arranged in the collet body (22), wherein the thin-walled steel sleeve (16) is used for forming the outer wall surface of the collet channel (18).

The press-fitting device for the valve cotter of the engine cylinder cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the bracket (20) is further provided with a low material level detection optical fiber (8) for detecting whether the valve cotter stored in the cartridge clip assembly (9) is in a low material level state.

The press-fitting device for the valve cotter of the engine cylinder cover according to claim 1, wherein the pressure head floating mandrel (13) is provided with a pressure head mandrel sleeve shaft (11), the pressure head mandrel sleeve shaft (11) and the pressure head floating mandrel (13) are both provided with a second guide block which is vertically arranged and has a semicircular cross section, and the valve cotter can slide downwards along the second guide block in the pressure head material channel (18).

A cartridge clip assembly for a press fitting device of a valve cotter of an engine cylinder head according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising a cartridge clip guide slideway (96), a cartridge clip cover plate (91) and two cartridge clip baffle plates (92), wherein a pair of cartridge clip material channels (97) are formed at two opposite sides of the cartridge clip guide slideway (96), and the cartridge clip cover plate (91) is a transparent cover plate.

The clip assembly of an engine head valve collet press-fitting device according to claim 7, wherein the clip assembly (9) further comprises a clip seat (93), a pair of clip claws (94), and a clip claw spring (95), wherein the pair of clip claws (94) is used for closing the outlet of the pair of clip passages (97) and is triggered to open by an external member.
9. The clip assembly of a press-fitting device for a valve collet of an engine cylinder head according to claim 7, wherein the clip guide slideway (96) is provided at both sides thereof with vertically arranged first guide blocks (98) having a semicircular cross section, and the valve collet can slide down along the first guide blocks (98).
