Background
With the rapid development of hydraulic industrial technology, the hydraulic technology continuously tends to have high pressure, high precision and high power, and simultaneously, higher requirements are put on the working reliability of a hydraulic system. The failure in the hydraulic system is 70% due to oil pollution, 60% of the pollution is derived from new oil, the pollution generated by the system parts in the working process is 20%, and the other pollution is 20%. Therefore, strict control is adopted on the cleanliness of oil with precision elements such as servo parts and the like in a hydraulic system internationally, and the cleanliness requirement of the added new oil reaches the level 7 of GJB420, so that the stable and reliable operation of the system is ensured. However, the cleanliness of domestic new oil is generally only 10-11 grade of GJB 420. The new oil with serious pollution can bring serious harm to the service life and the working reliability of the precise elements of the whole system if being used without strict filtration and purification.
The existing new oil filtering and purifying equipment generally adopts a filter, and has the advantages of good filtering effect, high filtering speed and convenient use. However, since the fresh oil has a large amount of contaminants and the filter has a large filtration capacity, the filter is easily clogged due to the accumulation of contaminants, and thus the filter cartridge needs to be replaced frequently. Frequent replacement of the filter element delays normal use of the filter on one hand and increases the filtering cost on the other hand. The existing filter is low in disassembly speed, the filter core is long in replacement time, and filtering and purifying of hydraulic oil are delayed. How to design a movable oil filter which does not need to frequently replace a filter element and has high filter element replacement speed is a technical problem to be solved by the invention.
