Abstract
A novel grounding device. Relates to the field of power engineering, in particular to an improvement suitable for a temporary grounding device. The novel grounding device is simple in structure, convenient to use, low in operation difficulty and high in reliability. The device comprises a grounding wire and a grounding pile, wherein an identification code is arranged on the grounding wire; the grounding pile comprises a controller with an open top, a base body, a clamping assembly, a locking assembly, a power supply assembly, an alarm and an identification probe, wherein the base body is in an open top shape; the clamping assembly comprises a fixed clamping plate and a movable clamping plate, wherein the fixed clamping plate is vertically arranged and fixedly connected in the seat, and the clamping assembly has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, low operation difficulty, high reliability and the like on the whole.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power engineering, in particular to an improvement suitable for a temporary grounding device.
Background
The temporary grounding device is an important type of grounding wire type of power line or equipment, and is particularly important for proper use and management. There are explicit regulations in the power safety operating regulations: each grounding wire should be numbered and stored in a fixed place, and the storage position should be numbered, and the number of the grounding wire and the number of the storage position must be consistent; the grounding wire must be connected with the grounding end and then the conductor section, and must be in good contact; and the reverse is true of the order of removing the ground wires. It is thus important that the temporary ground wire be properly inserted into the ground stake or a anchor stake stored in a designated temporary ground wire storage area.
In the conventional operation means, when a power line or a temporary ground wire of an apparatus is installed on a ground pile or stored in a ground wire library on the site of the apparatus, misoperation prevention is mainly performed by marking modes such as a number of labels or oil pen marks and stones and by means of correct and subjective operation and the like of an operator.
However, this does not technically ensure that the temporary ground wire is placed on the correct anchor pile when stored in the ground wire library or is inserted or embedded in the designated ground pile when the device is installed in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the novel grounding device which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, low operation difficulty and high reliability.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the device comprises a grounding wire and a grounding pile, wherein an identification code is arranged on the grounding wire;
the grounding pile comprises a controller with an open top, a base body, a clamping assembly, a locking assembly, a power supply assembly, an alarm and an identification probe, wherein the base body is in an open top shape;
the clamping assembly comprises a fixed clamping plate and a movable clamping plate, wherein the fixed clamping plate is vertically arranged and fixedly connected in the seat body, and the movable clamping plate is vertically arranged at one side of the fixed clamping plate and is in sliding connection with the seat body;
the locking assembly comprises a locking shaft, a locking motor, a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, wherein the locking motor is fixedly connected in the seat body and is positioned at one side of the movable clamping plate far away from the fixed clamping plate, the locking shaft is horizontally arranged above the locking motor, the locking shaft penetrates through the side wall of the seat body, and one end of the locking shaft is fixedly connected with the movable clamping plate; the first bevel gear is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the locking motor, an external thread is formed on the outer wall of the locking shaft, a threaded hole is formed in the second bevel gear, the second bevel gear is sleeved with the locking shaft and is in threaded connection with the locking shaft, and the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are meshed;
the power supply assembly comprises a spring, a power supply, a bottom plate and a pair of conductive blocks, wherein the bottom plate is connected to one side, facing the movable clamp plate, of the fixed clamp plate in a sliding manner, the power supply is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the bottom plate, the top end of the spring is fixedly connected to the power supply, the bottom end of the spring is fixedly connected to the bottom in the seat, one conductive block is fixedly connected to the bottom of one side, facing the movable clamp plate, of the fixed clamp plate, and the other conductive block is fixedly connected to the bottom of the seat and is positioned below the power supply;
the alarm is fixedly connected in the seat, the identification probe is fixedly connected at the top of the seat, the controller is fixedly connected outside the seat, and the locking motor, the alarm, the identification probe and the pair of conductive blocks are all connected with the controller.
The sections of the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate are arc-shaped.
The end face, away from the first bevel gear, of the second bevel gear is attached to the inner wall of the base body.
And a wireless signal receiving and transmitting device is arranged in the controller.
When the invention is used, the bottom end of the grounding wire can be inserted between the movable clamping plate and the vertical clamping plate, and the bottom end of the grounding wire is pressed down and kept, so that the power supply overcomes the acting force of the spring to downwards contact with the pair of conductive blocks, and the controller is powered; after that, the controller distributes electric energy and controls the identification probe to work, if the grounding wire is inserted into the corresponding grounding pile, the locking motor is controlled to work, so that the locking shaft and the movable clamping plate translate under the influence of the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear, the grounding wire is clamped firmly, and an operator can keep stable connection with the grounding pile after loosening the grounding wire; if the grounding wire is not inserted into the corresponding grounding pile, the alarm is controlled to work, and an audible alarm is given to prompt an operator, so that the grounding wire automatically pops up after the operator loosens. The temporary grounding wire is effectively placed on a correct fixing pile when being stored in the ground wire library or is inserted or embedded into a designated grounding pile when being installed on site, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to use, low in operation difficulty, high in reliability and the like.

the grounding pile comprises a controller 21 with an open top, a base 22, a clamping assembly, a locking assembly, a power supply assembly, an alarm 26 and an identification probe 27, wherein the base 22 is in an open top shape;
the clamping assembly comprises a fixed clamping plate 231 and a movable clamping plate 232, wherein the fixed clamping plate 231 is vertically arranged and fixedly connected in the seat body 22, and the movable clamping plate 232 is vertically arranged at one side of the fixed clamping plate 231 and is in sliding connection with the seat body 22;
the locking assembly comprises a locking shaft 241, a locking motor 242, a first bevel gear 243 and a second bevel gear 244, wherein the locking motor 242 is fixedly connected in the seat body 22 and is positioned at one side of the movable clamping plate 232 far away from the fixed clamping plate 231, the locking shaft 241 is horizontally arranged above the locking motor 242, the locking shaft 241 penetrates through the side wall of the seat body 22, and one end of the locking shaft 241 is fixedly connected with the movable clamping plate 232; the first bevel gear 243 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the locking motor 242, an external thread is formed on the outer wall of the locking shaft 241, a threaded hole is formed in the second bevel gear 244, the second bevel gear 244 is sleeved on the locking shaft 241 and is in threaded connection with the locking shaft 241, and the first bevel gear 243 and the second bevel gear 244 are meshed;

The sections of the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate are arc-shaped. Thereby better adapting to the shape of the bottom of the ground wire.
The end face, away from the first bevel gear, of the second bevel gear is attached to the inner wall of the base body. Thus, the second bevel gear can keep better action stability.
And a wireless signal receiving and transmitting device is arranged in the controller. Therefore, an operator can observe the state of the grounding pile at the far end and can send a signal to the controller at the far end to control the locking component to unlock, so that the operator can only access the grounding wire allowed to be used at the far end, and the operation standardization is further ensured.

1. The grounding device comprises a grounding wire and a grounding pile and is characterized in that an identification code is arranged on the grounding wire;
the grounding pile comprises a controller with an open top, a base body, a clamping assembly, a locking assembly, a power supply assembly, an alarm and an identification probe, wherein the base body is in an open top shape;
the clamping assembly comprises a fixed clamping plate and a movable clamping plate, wherein the fixed clamping plate is vertically arranged and fixedly connected in the seat body, and the movable clamping plate is vertically arranged at one side of the fixed clamping plate and is in sliding connection with the seat body;
the locking assembly comprises a locking shaft, a locking motor, a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, wherein the locking motor is fixedly connected in the seat body and is positioned at one side of the movable clamping plate far away from the fixed clamping plate, the locking shaft is horizontally arranged above the locking motor, the locking shaft penetrates through the side wall of the seat body, and one end of the locking shaft is fixedly connected with the movable clamping plate; the first bevel gear is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the locking motor, an external thread is formed on the outer wall of the locking shaft, a threaded hole is formed in the second bevel gear, the second bevel gear is sleeved with the locking shaft and is in threaded connection with the locking shaft, and the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are meshed;
the power supply assembly comprises a spring, a power supply, a bottom plate and a pair of conductive blocks, wherein the bottom plate is connected to one side, facing the movable clamp plate, of the fixed clamp plate in a sliding manner, the power supply is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the bottom plate, the top end of the spring is fixedly connected to the power supply, the bottom end of the spring is fixedly connected to the bottom in the seat, one conductive block is fixedly connected to the bottom of one side, facing the movable clamp plate, of the fixed clamp plate, and the other conductive block is fixedly connected to the bottom of the seat and is positioned below the power supply;
