Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a service management platform, which comprises: a basic service layer, a development framework layer, an application layer and a display layer; the development framework layer comprises two or more than two business logic templates, the application layer extracts the business logic templates in the development framework layer according to the business requests received by the presentation layer, the application layer processes the business requests based on the business logic templates, the results processed by the application layer are sent to the basic service layer, and the basic service layer sends the processed results which are served to the presentation layer for presentation. The embodiment of the invention can provide a plurality of service logic templates by adding the development framework layer in the service management platform, supports the operation of modifying, deleting and adding the service logic templates, solves the problems of low development quality and efficiency in the prior art, and improves the applicability and the usability.
Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a service management platform.
Background
The business management platform is a management platform formed by highly abstract abstraction of daily office and management behaviors.
The business management platform takes a network as a center, establishes and perfects communication and information sharing mechanisms among all functional departments, establishes a cooperative working environment, provides an automatic tool for office work, and helps enterprises to realize dynamic content display and actual management. The current business management platform development framework is not designed sufficiently, which affects development quality and efficiency, and affects user experience and application effect, and most of the current business management platform development framework is designed based on Client/Server (C/S) architecture, and application functions are not enough to meet the requirements of users.

Further, the service management platform further comprises an infrastructure layer, a data storage layer and a Domino layer, data in the basic service layer, the development framework layer, the application layer and the presentation layer are stored in the data storage layer through the Domino layer, and the infrastructure layer is used for providing an operating system or a network architecture executed by each layer in the service management platform.
Further, the data storage layer comprises a document type database, a relational database and/or a file storage database, and an access interface corresponding to the database.
Further, the Domino layer comprises an HTTP service component, a database service component, a message service component and a calling interface corresponding to the service component.
Further, the development framework layer comprises a form design module, a process approval development design module, a page configuration module, an application development module and access interfaces corresponding to the modules.
Further, the basic service layer comprises an authentication service component, a user and organization data service component, a log management service component, a large accessory management service component and a calling interface corresponding to the service components.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a service management platform in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the business management platform includes a basic service layer 11, a development framework layer 12, an application layer 13, and a presentation layer 14; the development framework layer 12 comprises two or more than two business logic templates, the application layer 13 extracts the business logic templates in the development framework layer 12 according to the business requests received by the presentation layer 14, the application layer 13 processes the business requests based on the business logic templates, the results processed by the application layer 13 are sent to the basic service layer 11, and the basic service layer 11 sends the processed results to the presentation layer 14 for presentation.
The application layer 13 can extract and store the service logic template in the development framework layer 12 to implement logic processing for different service requests. As shown in fig. 1, the application layer 13 includes a global template supporting multi-language (e.g., chinese and english) access, and further includes application function modules meeting specific requirements of each business department, such as information publishing, document circulation, integrated office, document management, communication and exchange, work collaboration, work supervision, task collaboration, business application, leave application, archive management, task query, meeting room application, address book query, lead arrangement, work plan, vehicle management, fixed asset management, forum, rationalization suggestion, and the like.
The development framework layer 12 includes development tools such as a form design module, a process approval development design module, a page configuration module, an application development module, and the like, and access interfaces corresponding to the modules, and implements development of logic templates with different business functions, including modification, deletion, and addition. The development framework layer 12 also provides secondary development manuals of development tools and interfaces, Demo development examples and the like, and provides complete framework development training to ensure that a user can master the use of the development framework.
The basic service layer 11 includes an authentication service component, a user and organization data service component, a log management service component, a large accessory management service component, and the like, and a calling interface corresponding to the service component. And when the business application is developed, a calling interface corresponding to the service component provided by the layer can be called, so that the unified management of the basic service is realized.
The presentation layer 14 includes a browser data service interface for receiving a service request of a browser and a client data service interface for receiving a service request of a client. The presentation layer 14 supports a Browser/Server (B/S) mode access method, and also provides a data service interface for a client (e.g., mobile office software) access method, so as to satisfy the loose-coupling requirement.
The service management platform further comprises an infrastructure layer 15, a data storage layer 16 and a Domino layer 17, wherein data in the basic service layer 11, the development framework layer 12, the application layer 13 and the presentation layer 14 are stored in the data storage layer 16 through the Domino layer 17, and the infrastructure layer 15 is used for providing an operating system or a network architecture executed by each layer in the service management platform.
The infrastructure layer 15 provides a bottom layer Windows/UNIX operating system and a Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network communication architecture, and controls each layer in the service management platform to execute corresponding functions.
The data store layer 16 includes a document-type database, a relational database, and/or a file storage database, and an access interface corresponding to the databases.
The Domino layer 17 includes service components such as an HTTP service component, a database service component, and a message service component, and a call interface corresponding to the service components. Domino is group working software, provides service components which are not included in the basic service layer 11, has strong functions and rich interfaces, is mainly used for assisting multiple persons to work cooperatively, breaks through the limitations of platforms, technologies, organizations and geographies, and fully realizes the sharing of information and technologies. Data in the basic service layer 11, the development framework layer 12, the application layer 13 and the presentation layer 14 are transformed and encrypted by the Domino layer 17, and then stored in the data storage layer 16. The service management platform in this embodiment may have a plurality of Domino layers 17 for horizontally interacting data.
The service management platform in the embodiment of the invention realizes the management of the three-layer resource pool. The three-layer resource pool refers to a hardware resource pool, a system resource pool and an application resource pool. The hardware resource pool mainly comprises hardware resources such as servers, storage and the like, the system resource pool mainly refers to a Domino virtual server, and the application resource pool mainly refers to a universal service logic template. The centralized management and control of the three layers of resource pools realize resource sharing, improve the resource utilization rate and promote the optimal configuration of resources, and mainly comprises the following aspects: the method is dynamic, elastic and extensible, and each virtual server divides resources according to the dynamic state to realize high service agility; the physical deployment is flexible, and each server uses different storage centers, so that the two servers can be conveniently and physically placed in different machine rooms or even different cities respectively; high availability guarantee, which can basically realize user access and client interruption through a browser; cost savings, with lower capital and operating cost expenditures for the application infrastructure. The service management platform can be extended horizontally in the three layers.
The service management platform in the embodiment of the invention reserves a standard interface for being in butt joint with other unified technical routes, such as a mobile application development platform, so as to carry out application mobility; and the method is integrated with an AD (active directory) domain, so that the AD domain login function of a user is realized.
The embodiment of the invention provides a business management platform comprising a basic service layer, a development framework layer, an application layer and a presentation layer, wherein the development framework layer comprises two or more than two business logic templates, the application layer extracts the business logic templates in the development framework layer according to business requests received by the presentation layer, the application layer processes the business requests based on the business logic templates, the processed results of the application layer are sent to the basic service layer, and the basic service layer sends the processed results to the presentation layer for presentation. The embodiment of the invention can provide a plurality of service logic templates by adding the development framework layer in the service management platform, supports the operation of modifying, deleting and adding the service logic templates, solves the problems of low development quality and efficiency in the prior art, and improves the applicability and the usability.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the service management process of the service management platform is described by an example. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a service management process in an embodiment of the present invention, in which the presentation layer 14 receives a service request or command sent by a user, for example, a key issue message, through a browser or a client, and sends the service request or command to the application layer 13; the application layer 13 judges whether a corresponding service logic template exists according to the service request, and if so, performs logic processing and analysis on the service request based on the service logic template, and sends a processing result to the basic service layer 11; the application layer 13 calls the service corresponding to the service request in the basic service layer 11 to process the service request, and returns the processed service result to the presentation layer 14 depending on the service; if the application layer 13 does not have the logic template corresponding to the service request, extracting the corresponding service logic template in the development framework layer 12; data in the basic service layer 11, the development framework layer 12, the application layer 13 and the presentation layer 14 are changed in data format and encrypted by the Domino layer 17, and then stored in the data storage layer 16.
The business management platform in the embodiment of the invention forms a plurality of sets of global templates, namely a plurality of sets of universal business templates, through a development framework layer, and comprises 5 categories, namely universal tools, information release, document management, flow cooperation, account book management and the like. Exemplary, applicable specific office scenarios may include: general tools class: user organization information, statistical functions, online voting, questionnaire answers, office homepages, personal workbenches and the like; information class: special topic issuing, notification information issuing, information submission, leader schedule and the like; and (3) standing account management: office supply management, vehicle application, meeting room application, network account application, network access application, telephone application, consumable management, document management and the like; and (3) flow cooperation: rationalization proposal, intelligent card management, mailing application, leave application, business trip application, seal management, general flow, work authorization, leader contribution and the like. Developers can quickly generate corresponding application modules through global template citation (for example, a vehicle application operation module can be quickly generated by citing the template of the vehicle application), and development efficiency is greatly improved.
The global template has the following characteristics and advantages: 1) the universality and the practicability are realized, the requirements of all departments are analyzed and considered during the design of the template, the existing historical application is referred, the optimization and the adjustment are carried out on the functions, and the service logic and the functions required by a user are met to the maximum extent; 2) inheritability, an application module inheriting the global template keeps synchronization with the template design, and when the design of the global template is optimized and updated, the applications inheriting the global template can be simultaneously updated in batches; 3) and (3) expandability: the number of global templates of the service management platform is not fixed, and the functions are not completely solidified. In the using process of a user, service management platform management personnel continuously collect the using conditions of the templates and the application, optimize the existing templates, refine the universal functions of the unformed templates into the templates and continue the expandability of the functions and the quantity of the global templates.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

A service management platform, comprising: a basic service layer, a development framework layer, an application layer and a display layer; the development framework layer comprises two or more than two business logic templates, the application layer extracts the business logic templates in the development framework layer according to the business requests received by the presentation layer, the application layer processes the business requests on the basis of the business logic templates, the results processed by the application layer are sent to the basic service layer, and the basic service layer sends the processed results which are served to the presentation layer for presentation;
the development framework layer comprises a form design module, a process approval development design module, a page configuration module, an application development module and access interfaces corresponding to the modules;
the business management platform further comprises an infrastructure layer, a data storage layer and a Domino layer, wherein data in the basic service layer, the development framework layer, the application layer and the presentation layer are stored in the data storage layer through the Domino layer, and the infrastructure layer is used for providing an operating system or a network architecture executed by each layer in the business management platform;
the Domino layer comprises an HTTP service component, a database service component, a message service component and a calling interface corresponding to the service components.
2. The business management platform of claim 1, wherein the data store layer comprises a document-type database, a relational database, and/or a file store database, and an access interface corresponding to the database.
3. The business management platform of claim 1, wherein the base service layer comprises an authentication service component, a user and organization data service component, a log management service component, and a big attachment management service component, and a calling interface corresponding to the service components.
4. The business management platform of claim 1, wherein the presentation layer comprises a browser data service interface and a client data service interface, the browser data service interface is configured to receive a business request from a browser, and the client data service interface is configured to receive a business request from a client.
