本发明涉及机械装置，具体涉及一种滚珠螺母防尘装置。
背景技术
现有的防尘圈多采用尼龙材质，长期容易发生防尘圈的老化，脆变，并且现有的防尘圈不具备一定的清理功能。因此需要提供一种清理能力强且防尘性好的防尘圈装置。
发明内容
本发明克服背景技术的不足提供了一种滚珠螺母防尘装置，设计开发本装置的目的：本防止清理能力强且防尘性好。
本发明提供了下述技术方案：一种滚珠螺母防尘装置，包括环形圈1，所述滚珠螺母防尘装置还包括刷毛2，所述刷毛2与所述环形圈1的内圈固定连接，所述环形圈1设有缺口3，所述环形圈1套接丝杠4且与螺母的两端固定连接。
本发明的有益效果：本环形圈1存在张开与收缩的余地，当所述环形圈1套接丝杠4且与螺母的两端固定连接的时候本环形圈1完全绷紧连接在丝杠4，使得刷毛2贴近丝杠4形成螺旋式的刮刷，清除丝杠4的参与灰尘。因此所述本防止清理能力强且防尘性好。

一种滚珠螺母防尘装置，包括环形圈1，所述滚珠螺母防尘装置还包括刷毛2，所述刷毛2与所述环形圈1的内圈固定连接，所述环形圈1设有缺口3，缺口增加了本环形圈的弹性，使得本环形圈1存在张开与收缩的余地，当所述环形圈1套接丝杠4且与螺母的两端固定连接的时候本环形圈1完全绷紧连接在丝杠4，使得刷毛2贴近丝杠4形成螺旋式的刮刷，清除丝杠4的参与灰尘。

1.一种滚珠螺母防尘装置，包括环形圈（1），其特征在于，所述滚珠螺母防尘装置还包括刷毛（2），所述刷毛（2）与所述环形圈（1）的内圈固定连接，所述环形圈（1）设有缺口（3），所述环形圈（1）套接丝杠（4）且与螺母的两端固定连接。
