Referring to fig. 9, the housing 24 according to the embodiment of the present invention is generally square with a shoulder having a notch for mounting a device such as an oil pump and a filter, and for delivering fuel in the tank. While the first side 24.1 is the front of the housing 24, the second side 24.2 is the rear of the housing 24, the third side 24.3 and the fourth side 24.4 are both sides of the housing 24, the fifth side 25.5 is the top of the housing 24, and the sixth side 24.6 is the bottom of the housing 24.
Fig. 11 is a schematic top view of fig. 9, and in combination with fig. 9 and 11, a flange for installing a fuel heater, a fuel level sensor, a remote fuel level sensor, a breathing hole and a fuel level meter is sequentially arranged on a fifth side portion, wherein the fuel heater can heat fuel in a fuel tank to ensure that the fuel is not frozen in an extremely cold region, and an output end of the fuel heater is connected to a sixth side portion, so that the bottom of the fuel can be heated, and a better heating effect is achieved.
In addition, referring to fig. 2, a drain 30 is provided on the sixth side 24.6 to facilitate cleaning of the interior of the tank.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, rubber pads are adhered to the bottom surface of the sixth side 24.6 and the back surface of the second side 24.2 to ensure insulation between the same and the mounting frame of the refrigerated container in direct contact.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the shell 24 and the cylinder 25 are made of plastic materials, and can be integrally formed by rotational molding of 10mmPE materials, and the plastic materials are low-temperature-resistant materials, have antirust performance and are light-resistant and ageing-resistant, and flanges used for connecting the plastic materials and the external structure are integrally formed by rotational molding, so that oil leakage is not easy to occur.
Referring to fig. 8, a fifth side portion of the housing 24 according to an embodiment of the present invention is further provided with a filler neck structure, and fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of the filler neck structure shown in fig. 8, and referring to fig. 1, the filler neck structure includes a filler neck assembly and a filler neck cap 31, and the filler neck cap 31 according to an embodiment of the present invention is detachably sealed at a filler neck of the filler neck assembly, and when a fuel tank needs to be filled, the filler neck cap is separated from the filler neck to fill the fuel tank.
Fig. 13 is a schematic layout view of the fuel filler cap in fig. 12, and in combination with fig. 13, the fuel filler cap structure according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a chain 32, one end of the chain 32 is connected to the fuel filler cap 31, and the other end of the chain 32 is connected to the installation vehicle, so that the fuel filler cap separated from the fuel filler of the fuel filler assembly is not lost, and after the fuel filler is completed, the fuel filler cap can be quickly sealed at the fuel filler of the fuel filler assembly, so as to avoid affecting fuel filler efficiency.
In the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the chain 32 may be fixed to the filler cap 31 by welding, or may be detachably connected to the filler cap 31.
Referring to fig. 13, in the embodiment of the present invention, a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the fuel filler cap 31, and the fuel filler structure further includes a connection post 33, the connection post 33 is fixedly disposed in the mounting hole, one end of the connection post 33 extends out of the mounting hole, one end of the connection post 33 is located at a side of the fuel filler cap 31 facing away from the fuel filler assembly, and one end of the chain 32 is connected to one end of the connection post 33.
Further, in connection with fig. 13, a first positioning block 34 and a second positioning block 35 may be disposed at one end of the connection post 33 in the embodiment of the present invention, where the first positioning block 34 and the second positioning block 35 are sequentially disposed toward the filler cap 31, and one end of the chain 32 is connected to the connection post 33 between the first positioning block 34 and the second positioning block 35, so that the assembly of the chain 32 and the filler cap 31 can be achieved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first positioning block 34 and the second positioning block 35 are preferably assembled on the connecting post 33 by welding, so that the first positioning block 34 and the second positioning block 35 are prevented from being separated from the connecting post 33 during use, and the chain 32 is prevented from being separated.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the chain 32 is preferably attached to the tank mounting frame 1 or the like, which is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the connecting post 33 is located at the side of the filler cap 31 facing the filler assembly, the other end of the connecting post 33 is provided with a third positioning block 36, a sealing gasket 37 and a positioning plate 38 are disposed between the third positioning block 36 and the filler cap 31, the sealing gasket 37 and the positioning plate 38 are sequentially disposed in a direction away from the filler cap 31, and when the filler cap 31 seals the filler of the filler assembly, the sealing gasket 37 can prevent fuel leakage.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the third positioning block 36 may be assembled on the connecting post 33 in a threaded connection manner, so as to facilitate the assembly of each positioning block, the sealing gasket and the positioning plate on the filler cap 31.
Referring to fig. 12, the fuel filler assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention may include a double-ended nut 39, one end of the double-ended nut 39 is connected to the fuel tank through a flange 40, the other end of the double-ended nut 39 is a fuel filler of the fuel filler assembly, and a fuel filler cap 31 is screwed to the other end of the double-ended nut 39, so that fuel can be filled into the fuel tank through a screw hole in the double-ended nut.
In the prior art, the oil tank filler port assembly is made of crushed aggregates, so that the oil tank filler port assembly is easy to damage and age, and the double-headed nut provided by the embodiment of the invention is made of iron, so that the oil tank filler port assembly is more reliable and durable.
Referring to fig. 1, the mounting seat 40 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting cylinder 40.1, one end of the double-ended nut 39 is screwed into one end of the mounting cylinder 40.1, and the other end of the mounting cylinder 40.1 is provided with a connection flange 40.2 extending along the radial direction of the mounting cylinder 40.1, and the connection flange 40.2 is fixedly connected to the oil tank, so as to realize the assembly of the double-ended nut 39 on the oil tank.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the connection flange 40.2 may be fixedly connected to the fuel tank by welding or screw connection, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In order to prevent the fuel filler structure from being damaged by the outside, in connection with fig. 12, the embodiment of the present invention further includes a protection cover 41, and the protection cover 41 may cover the fuel filler cap 31 to protect the fuel filler cap 31.
Fig. 14 is a schematic view illustrating the installation of the protective cover in fig. 12, fig. 15 is a schematic view illustrating the top view of fig. 14, and in combination with fig. 8, 12, 14 and 15, the middle portion of the double nut 39 of the present invention is fixed through the tank cover 9, and the protective cover 41 is rotatably connected to the tank cover 9, so that the protective cover 41 can be removed when oil is required to be filled through the oil filling port of the tank.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the embodiment of the present invention further includes a first support 42, a first connecting plate 43, a second connecting plate 44, and a second support 45, where the first support 42 and the second support 45 are fixedly disposed on the tank cover 9 on two sides of the double-headed nut 39, respectively, one end of the first connecting plate 43 is rotatably disposed on the first support 42, the other end of the first connecting plate 43 is fixedly connected to the protection cover 41, one end of the second connecting plate 44 is detachably connected to the second support 45, and the other end of the second connecting plate 44 is fixedly connected to the protection cover 39. When the oil is filled through the oil filling port of the oil tank, one end of the second connecting plate 44 can be detached from the second support 45, and the protective cover 39 can be turned over by force, so that the oil tank is convenient and quick.
Further, the first support 42 according to the embodiment of the present invention may include two oppositely disposed plates, one end of the first connecting plate 43 is rotatably connected between the two plates through a rotation shaft, and the second support 45 may be an L-shaped plate, one ends of the L-shaped plate and the second connecting plate 44 are provided with locking holes, and the locking holes of the L-shaped plate and one end of the second connecting plate 44 may be in the form of a latch or a lock, so as to detachably connect one end of the second connecting plate 44 and the second support 45.
Referring to fig. 12, a support plate 46 may be disposed in the cylinder 40.1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, a through hole is disposed in the middle of the support plate 46, the support plate 46 divides the cylinder 40.1 into a first cylinder and a second cylinder, one end of the double-headed nut 39 is connected in the first cylinder, and the embodiment of the present invention may further include a filter cartridge 47, one end of the filter cartridge 47 is radially provided with a first turning plate 48, the first turning plate 48 is disposed between one end of the double-headed nut 39 and the support plate 46, a grid-shaped filter hole is disposed on the cylinder of the filter cartridge 47, a filter cover 49 is disposed at the other end of the filter cartridge 47, and the filter cover 49 is disposed to filter impurities in the fuel oil, thereby improving the fuel quality.

1. the second wall body (4) and the lower part of the mounting frame (1) are oppositely arranged, the upper end of the second wall body (4) is connected to the bottom of the partition board (2), the lower end of the second wall body (4) and the lower end of the mounting frame (1) are connected through the bottom plate (6), and two sides of the second wall body (4) and two sides of the mounting frame (1) are respectively connected through the sealing plate (5);
the sealing door (7) can seal the lower part of the mounting frame (1) in an openable way;
the second wall body (3), the partition board (2), the bottom board (6), the sealing plate (5) and the sealing door (7) when being closed enclose a closed cavity, and the oil tank is arranged in the closed cavity;
the first wall body (3), the sealing plate (6), the bottom plate (5) and the sealing door (7) are all heat-insulating plates;
the oil tank comprises a shell (24), wherein the shell (24) is provided with a first side part (24.1) and a second side part (24.2) which are opposite, the first side part (24.1) and the second side part (24.2) of the shell (24) are connected through a plurality of cylinders (25), and the diameter of each cylinder (25) is gradually reduced along the direction from the first side part (24.1) to the second side part (24.2);
the outside of the first side part (24.1) of the shell (24) is also provided with a plurality of groups of positioning elements which are arranged in rows, and each group of positioning elements comprises two positioning edges (26) which are oppositely arranged;
the housing (24) further has opposite third (24.3) and fourth (24.4) side portions, the ends of the first (24.1) and second (24.2) side portions being connected by the third (24.3) and fourth (24.4) side portions, respectively;
the third side part (24.3) and the fourth side part (24.4) are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning grooves (27), and the positioning grooves (27) and the positioning pieces are positioned in the same row;
the top of the shell (24) is provided with a fuel filler structure, the fuel filler structure comprises a fuel filler assembly, a fuel filler cap (31) and a chain (32), the fuel filler cap (31) is detachably and hermetically arranged at the fuel filler of the fuel filler assembly, one end of the chain (32) is connected to the fuel filler cap (31), and the other end of the chain (32) is connected to a fuel tank mounting structure;
the middle part of the oil filler cap (31) is provided with a mounting hole, the oil filler structure further comprises a connecting column (33), the connecting column (33) is fixedly arranged in the mounting hole, one end of the connecting column (33) extends out of the mounting hole, one end of the connecting column (33) is positioned at one side of the oil filler cap (31) opposite to the oil filler assembly, and one end of the chain (32) is connected to one end of the connecting column (33); a first positioning block (34) and a second positioning block (35) are arranged at one end of the connecting column (33), the first positioning block (34) and the second positioning block (35) are sequentially arranged towards the oil filler cap (31), one end of the chain (32) is connected to the connecting column (33) between the first positioning block (34) and the second positioning block (35), the other end of the connecting column (33) is positioned at one side of the oil filler cap (31) towards the oil filler assembly, a third positioning block (36) is arranged at the other end of the connecting column (33), a sealing gasket (37) and a positioning plate (38) are arranged between the third positioning block (36) and the oil filler cap (31), and the sealing gasket (37) and the positioning plate (38) are sequentially arranged in a direction away from the oil filler cap (31), when the oil filler cap (31) seals the oil filler cap assembly, the sealing gasket (37) prevents fuel leakage;
the oil filler assembly comprises a double-ended nut (39), one end of the double-ended nut (39) is connected to the oil tank through a flange (40), the other end of the double-ended nut (39) is an oil filler of the oil filler assembly, the oil filler cap (31) is in threaded connection with the other end of the double-ended nut (39), and fuel is canned into the oil tank through a screw hole in the double-ended nut (39);
the fuel filler cover also comprises a protective cover (41), wherein the protective cover (41) covers the fuel filler cover (31);
still include first support (42), first connecting plate (43), second connecting plate (44) and second support (45), first support (42) with second support (45) are fixed respectively to be set up on oil tank apron (9) of double-end nut (39) both sides, the one end of first connecting plate (43) rotationally sets up on first support (42), the other end fixed connection of first connecting plate (43) is in on protection casing (41), the one end detachably of second connecting plate (44) is connected on second support (45), the other end fixed connection of second connecting plate (44) is in on protection casing (39).

Refrigerated container according to claim 4, characterized in that the partition plate (2) and the bottom plate (6) are provided with locking seats (12) on one side facing away from the second wall (4), the locking seats (12) and the locking rods (11) are correspondingly arranged, the locking seats (12) are vertically provided with slots (13), the openings of the slots (13) are arranged facing away from the second wall (4), the top and the bottom of the locking seats (12) are provided with limiting grooves (14), and one side of the groove bottom of the limiting grooves (14) is communicated with the slots (13);
