Background
A printer is one of the output devices of a computer for printing the results of a computer process on an associated medium. There are many types of printers, and an impact printer and a non-impact printer are classified according to whether or not a printing element strikes paper. Full-font character printers and dot matrix character printers are classified according to the character structure to be printed. A line printer is divided into a serial printer and a line printer in such a manner that a line character is formed on a paper. According to the adopted technology, the printer is divided into a column type, a spherical type, an ink jet type, a thermal type, a laser type, an electrostatic type, a magnetic type, a light emitting diode type and the like.
The bill printer is different from the common office laser printer, and is widely used in many occasions, such as a printer for printing small tickets and invoices in a market supermarket, a printer for printing value-added tax invoices for finance of various companies and the like, and has many purposes besides the functions: such as portable ticket printers for traffic police field tickets, check printers for finance. Present bill all connects in an organic whole, need the manual work to tear the bill after having printed, and is great to some scales, and the manual work tears the bill monopole and greatly influences work efficiency for the more company of printing the bill, because the bill is thinner, tears the bill very easily moreover, need reprint, has increased work load. The block chain technology is applied to a plurality of aspects at present, the block chain aims at decentralization, and by the characteristics of distribution, non-tampering, following and the like, the block chain can effectively make up the weakness of the traditional credit system and prevent information tampering and counterfeiting, so that the social credit cost is greatly saved, and the block chain technology which is not applied to the printer in the market at present is not available.
Therefore, a printer based on the block chain technology and capable of automatically cutting off the bills is provided to solve the problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a printer based on a block chain technology, which aims to solve the problems that printed bills need to be manually separated, the working efficiency is low, and the bills are easy to tear in the background technology.

a printer based on a block chain technology comprises a frame, wherein a printer body is fixed at the upper end of the frame, bill paper is arranged in the printer body, a paper conveying slide way is fixed at an outlet of the printer body, the bill paper slides on the paper conveying slide way, a motor mounting plate is fixed at the lower end of the side wall of one side of the paper conveying slide way, a servo motor is fixed at the upper end of the motor mounting plate, a driving roller is fixed at the end part of an output shaft of the servo motor through a coupler, two ends of the driving roller are erected on the side wall of the paper conveying slide way through bearings, a mounting plate is fixed at the upper end of the two side walls of the paper conveying slide way, a lead screw is connected in a threaded transmission manner in the mounting plate, a first spring is sleeved outside the lead screw, the lower end part of the lead screw is mounted on, the bill paper penetrates through the space between the driving roller and the driven roller, the first sliding block slides in the first sliding rail, the first sliding rail is arranged on the side wall of the paper conveying slideway, and the rear end of the paper conveying slideway is provided with a cutting mechanism.

The invention provides a printer based on a block chain technology as shown in figures 1-6, which comprises a frame 1, wherein a printer body 2 is fixed at the upper end of the frame 1, bill paper 3 is arranged in the printer body 2, a paper conveying slideway 4 is fixed at an outlet of the printer body 2, the bill paper 3 slides on the paper conveying slideway 4, a motor mounting plate 5 is fixed at the lower end of the side wall of one side of the paper conveying slideway 4, a servo motor 6 is fixed at the upper end of the motor mounting plate 5, a driving roller 8 is fixed at the end part of an output shaft of the servo motor 6 through a coupler 7, two ends of the driving roller 8 are erected on the side wall of the paper conveying slideway 4 through bearings, mounting plates 9 are fixed at the upper ends of the two side walls of the paper conveying slideway 4, a lead screw 10 is connected with the mounting plates 9 in a transmission manner, a first spring 13 is sleeved at the outer side of the lead screw 10, the lower end part of, two install driven voller 14 through the bearing between the first slider 11, bill paper 3 passes between drive roll 8 and driven voller 14, first slider 11 slides in first slide rail 12, first slide rail 12 sets up on the lateral wall of paper feed slide 4, paper feed slide 4 rear end is provided with shutdown mechanism 15.

the bill paper 3 is conveyed below the cutting mechanism 15, the servo motor 6 stops rotating when the joint of the bill paper 3 reaches the position right below the blade, and the bill paper 3 stops moving, the air cylinder 151 pushes the mounting box 153 to move down along the second slide rail 158, and further drives the material pressing block 154 and the blade 156 to move downwards, the material pressing block 154 contacts with the bill paper 3 firstly, as the mounting box 153 continues to move downwards, the second spring 155 is compressed by the mounting box 153, and then the material pressing block 154 firmly presses the bill paper 3 on the paper conveying slideway 4 under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 155, the blade 156 contacts with the bill paper 3, the bill paper 3 is cut off by matching with the cutting edge 16 along with the continuous downward movement of the blade 156, the cylinder 151 retracts to drive the blade 156 and the material pressing block 154 to retract upwards to the initial position, the cut bill paper 3 slides into the bill recovery box 18 below along the material sliding plate 17 under the action of gravity, and further the automatic cutting and recovery of the bills are realized.
