The working principle is as follows: when in use, the piano caster is placed on the second supporting block 13, the connecting part on the piano caster is placed at the second gap 6 on the first fixing plate 3, the outer wall of the connecting part of the piano caster is attached to the second gap 6, the pressing strip 4 is pushed to the first fixing plate 3 through the guide rod 15, when the first gap 5 is attached to the outer wall of the connecting part of the piano caster, the pressing strip 4 is connected with the first fixing plate 3 through the thread fit of the bolt and the nut, when the piano caster is taken out, the bolt is loosened, the pressing strip 4 slides through the guide rod 15 so as to be far away from the first fixing plate 3, the pressing strip 4 can not be separated from the guide rod 15 through the limiting plate 14, the lifting mechanism is sleeved with three adjusting components and workpiece clamping components which are attached and overlapped with each other, the three locking components are identical in structure, one of the locking components is positioned at the bottom of the supporting table 12, the other two locking components are respectively positioned at the top of the first adjusting component and the bottom, when the lifting mechanism is lifted to a proper height, the workpiece clamping component can deviate from the supporting leg of the piano, the first supporting rod 7 needs to adjust the distance between the workpiece clamping component and the supporting leg of the piano, the second supporting rod 8 needs to adjust the height between the workpiece clamping component and the supporting leg of the piano, the caster wheel of the piano and the supporting leg of the piano are accurately positioned by adjusting the distance and the height, when the supporting table 12 and the first supporting rod 7 are adjusted to a proper height on the lifting mechanism, the supporting table 12 and the first supporting rod 7 are fixed through the hexagonal nut 18 and the rotating mechanism, generally, the hexagonal nut 18 is troublesome to rotate manually, the efficiency is low, when the working efficiency is effectively improved through the one-way ratchet wheel 20, the time and the labor are saved, a crowbar or a steel pipe and other cylindrical tools are inserted into the insertion hole 26, and the supporting table 12 and the three first supporting rods 7 are rapidly fixed through the principle of the one-way ratchet wheel 20, when the lifting mechanism is lifted to drive the supporting platform 12 to rise, the three suction cups 27 are driven, until the three suction cups 27 are pressed against the bottom of the piano, when the three suckers 27 are propped against, the rubber pads 28 effectively prevent the bolts from colliding with the bottom of the piano, the supporting platform 12 and the locking component are pressed tightly through the supporting platform limiting mechanism, thereby the supporting table 12 can not shake, the whole equipment is inconvenient to move, the whole equipment is very convenient to move and the working efficiency is improved through the universal wheels 33 at the bottom of the base 1, when the equipment moves to a proper position, the universal wheel 33 is lifted through the pulley support rod 32, the lifted universal wheel is rotated through the fourth support block 38 and is adjusted to the outer side of the universal wheel 33, the fourth support block 38 is blocked by the fourth support rod 37, the universal wheel 33 cannot rotate on the pulley support rod 32, and the universal wheel 33 is conveniently lifted or put down through the turnover plate 40.
