Claims (10)
1. A method for block chain copyrighted digital content recovery, said method comprising the steps of:
s101, receiving a recovery request of target copyright digital content sent by a user;
s102, inquiring the public key information of the user and inquiring a payment bill corresponding to the public key of the user so as to determine that the user already owns the copyright of the target copyright digital content;
s103, confirming the recovery request, receiving a predetermined amount of GAS paid by a user, and broadcasting a bill for payment to a block chain;
s104, after confirming the bill for payment by the blockchain, providing the encrypted digital content and the public key corresponding to the encrypted digital content to the user, wherein the encrypted digital content corresponds to the target copyright digital content.
2. The method for restoring blockchain copyrighted digital content according to claim 1, wherein after step S102, said method further comprises:
inquiring whether encrypted digital content corresponding to the target copyright digital content exists, and if the encrypted digital content exists, entering a step S103; if the encrypted digital content does not exist, the resume request is not validated.
3. A blockchain operating platform, comprising:
the receiving processing module is used for receiving a recovery request of the target copyright digital content sent by a user;
the inquiry processing module is used for inquiring the public key information of the user and inquiring a payment bill corresponding to the public key of the user so as to determine that the user already owns the copyright of the target copyright digital content;
the confirmation processing module is used for confirming the recovery request, receiving the predetermined amount of GAS paid by the user and broadcasting the bill of payment to the block chain;
a content processing module for providing the encrypted digital content and a public key corresponding thereto to the user after confirming the bill for payment by blockchain, wherein the encrypted digital content corresponds to the target copyrighted digital content;
the interface module is used for providing a platform interface corresponding to the block chain link point interface;
and the storage module is used for caching the data of the block chain operation platform.
4. The blockchain operations platform of claim 3, further comprising: and the judgment processing module is used for inquiring whether the encrypted digital content corresponding to the target copyright digital content exists or not, and triggering the confirmation processing module if the encrypted digital content exists.
5. A method for block chain copyrighted digital content recovery, said method comprising the steps of:
s201, inquiring target copyright information on a block chain operation platform, wherein the target copyright information comprises node information of target copyright digital content;
s202, based on the target copyright information and the own public key, sending a recovery request of the target copyright digital content to a block chain operation platform;
s203, after the block chain operation platform confirms the recovery request, paying a preset number of GAS to the block chain operation platform, and broadcasting a bill for payment to the block chain;
s204, after confirming the bill for payment by the blockchain, downloading encrypted digital content and a public key corresponding to the encrypted digital content from a blockchain operating platform, wherein the encrypted digital content corresponds to the target copyright digital content;
s205, decrypting the encrypted digital content by the private key owned by itself and the public key corresponding to the encrypted digital content.
6. A blockchain copyrighted digital content recovery method according to claim 5, wherein said encrypted digital content is decrypted using DH (Diffie-Hellman ) key exchange algorithm.
7. A method for block chain copyrighted digital content recovery, the method comprising:
s301, a user A queries target copyright information from a block chain operating platform and provides a public key PKa in an exchange key pair EKa owned by the user A to the block chain operating platform; wherein the target copyright information includes information of a node where the encrypted digital content is located and a copyright holder;
s302, the block chain operation platform inquires and obtains the user B with the encrypted digital content from the block chain node, and notifies the encrypted digital content and the public key PKa of the user A to the user B;
s303, the user B decrypts the encrypted digital content distributed by the block chain operation platform by using a private key owned by the user B to obtain original digital content;
s304, generating an exchange key pair EKb by the user B, obtaining an encryption key Kb by using a private key in EKb and a public key PKa of the user A, encrypting the original digital content by using the Kb, and submitting the encrypted content and the public key PKb of the user B to a block chain operation platform;
s305, the block chain operation platform informs the user A to download the encrypted content and the public key PKb of the user B;
s306, the user A obtains a decryption password Ka based on a private key in the private key pair and a public key PKb of the user B, and decrypts the original digital content by using the decryption password Ka to complete the recovery of the copyright digital content; where Ka is consistent with Kb.
8. A method for block chain copyrighted digital content recovery, said method comprising the steps of:
401, receiving a recovery request of target copyright digital content sent by a user through a block chain operation platform, and inquiring public key information of the user;
s402, inquiring a payment bill corresponding to the public key of the user to determine that the user already owns the copyright of the target copyright digital content;
s403, confirming the recovery request, receiving a predetermined amount of GAS paid by a user, and broadcasting a bill for payment to the blockchain;
s404, after confirming the bill for payment by the blockchain, providing the encrypted digital content and the public key corresponding to the encrypted digital content to the user, wherein the encrypted digital content corresponds to the target copyright digital content; wherein,
the blockchain operating platform comprises:
a digital content receiving module for receiving digital content summary information and encrypted digital content; the digital content abstract information comprises a hash value corresponding to the original digital content; the encrypted digital content refers to a content obtained by encrypting an original digital content; the original digital content comprises one or more file contents capable of being processed digitally;
a digital content publishing module for publishing the digital content summary information and the encrypted digital content on a blockchain;
the digital content copyright inquiry module is used for inquiring copyright information of the digital content issued on the block chain; wherein the copyright information of the digital content includes: digital content summary information, block transaction summary information, and/or a block transaction ledger; the block transaction summary information comprises all transaction records of the current block and block transaction summary information corresponding to the previous block; the block transaction account book comprises a plurality of account book blocks arranged according to a generation time sequence, and each account book block comprises block transaction summary information corresponding to the account book block; wherein the transaction record includes the bill for payment;
the receiving processing module is used for receiving a recovery request of the target copyright digital content sent by a user;
the inquiry processing module is used for inquiring the public key information of the user and inquiring a payment bill corresponding to the public key of the user so as to determine that the user already owns the copyright of the target copyright digital content;
the confirmation processing module is used for confirming the recovery request, receiving the predetermined amount of GAS paid by the user and broadcasting the bill of payment to the block chain;
a content processing module for providing the encrypted digital content and a public key corresponding thereto to the user after confirming the bill for payment by blockchain, wherein the encrypted digital content corresponds to the target copyrighted digital content;
the interface module is used for providing a platform interface corresponding to the block chain link point interface;
and the storage module is used for caching the data of the block chain operation platform.
9. A method for block chain copyrighted digital content recovery, said method comprising the steps of:
s501, receiving a recovery request of target copyright digital content sent by a user through a block chain operation platform, and inquiring public key information of the user;
s502, inquiring a payment bill corresponding to the public key of the user to determine that the user already owns the copyright of the target copyright digital content;
s503, confirming the recovery request, receiving a predetermined amount of GAS paid by the user, and broadcasting a bill for payment to the blockchain;
s504, after confirming the bill for payment by the blockchain, providing the encrypted digital content and the public key corresponding to the encrypted digital content to the user, wherein the encrypted digital content corresponds to the target copyright digital content; wherein,
the blockchain operating platform comprises:
a digital content receiving module for receiving digital content summary information and encrypted digital content; the digital content abstract information comprises a hash value corresponding to the original digital content; the encrypted digital content refers to a content obtained by encrypting an original digital content; the original digital content comprises one or more file contents capable of being processed digitally;
a digital content publishing module for publishing the digital content summary information and the encrypted digital content on a blockchain;
the digital content copyright inquiry module is used for inquiring copyright information of the digital content issued on the block chain; wherein the copyright information of the digital content includes: digital content summary information, block transaction summary information, and/or a block transaction ledger; the block transaction summary information comprises all transaction records of the current block and block transaction summary information corresponding to the previous block; the block transaction account book comprises a plurality of account book blocks arranged according to a generation time sequence, and each account book block comprises block transaction summary information corresponding to the account book block; wherein the transaction record includes the bill for payment;
the receiving processing module is used for receiving a recovery request of the target copyright digital content sent by a user;
the inquiry processing module is used for inquiring the public key information of the user and inquiring a payment bill corresponding to the public key of the user so as to determine that the user already owns the copyright of the target copyright digital content;
the confirmation processing module is used for confirming the recovery request, receiving the predetermined amount of GAS paid by the user and broadcasting the bill of payment to the block chain;
a content processing module for providing the encrypted digital content and a public key corresponding thereto to the user after confirming the bill for payment by blockchain, wherein the encrypted digital content corresponds to the target copyrighted digital content;
the interface module is used for providing a platform interface corresponding to the block chain link point interface;
the storage module is used for caching data of the block chain operation platform; and,
the blockchain includes a first node for storing the digital content summary information, the encrypted digital content, the block transaction summary information, and the block transaction ledger.
10. The blockchain copyrighted digital content recovery method according to claim 9, wherein the blockchain further comprises a second node and/or a third node, the second node being configured to store the digital content summary information, the block transaction summary information and the block transaction ledger; the third node is used for storing the digital content summary information and the block transaction summary information.
