Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides portable tourism data service equipment, a portable tourism data service system and a portable tourism data service method. The problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: how to autonomously analyze and judge the travel mode of the user and further determine a recommendation mode matched with the travel mode, so that the user requirements associated with the travel mode are met, and travel information recommendation of a specific place is provided for the user through big data analysis and processing; and how to realize a one-click or even zero-input information recommendation mode, so that a user does not need to perform frequent input operation on the portable equipment.
A travel data service system using a portable device, comprising: a portable device and a background server; the portable equipment comprises a positioning module, an electronic ink touch display screen and a data communication chip; the positioning module is used for acquiring current position information and historical position information of the portable equipment; the electronic ink touch display screen is used for acquiring user input information and displaying travel information; the data communication chip is used for acquiring reference information for judging a travel information recommendation mode according to the current position information, the historical position information and/or user input information, determining the travel information recommendation mode according to the reference information and uploading the travel information recommendation mode to the background server; or uploading the reference information to the background server; receiving the tourism information output by the background server;
the background server is used for determining a travel information recommendation mode based on the information uploaded by the data communication chip of the portable equipment; and generating the travel information based on the travel information recommendation mode, and outputting the travel information to the portable equipment.
Preferably, the reference information for determining the recommendation mode of the travel information includes one or a combination of the following: starting information input by a user for any one travel information recommendation mode; current location information of the portable device; historical location information of the portable device.
Preferably, the travel information recommendation mode is a destination travel information recommendation mode or a current position travel information recommendation mode.
Preferably, the start information of any one of the travel information recommendation modes input by the user includes any one of the following: the method comprises the steps that starting information and destination information of a destination travel information recommendation mode are indicated to be started through an electronic ink touch display screen; and indicating starting information for starting the current position travel information recommendation mode through the electronic ink touch display screen.
Preferably, the determining, by the portable device or the background server, the travel information recommendation mode based on the reference information for determining the travel information recommendation mode specifically includes:
when the reference information comprises starting information and destination information which are input by a user and used for starting a destination tourist information recommendation mode, determining that the tourist information recommendation mode is a destination tourist information recommendation mode;
when the reference information does not include the starting information, according to the current position information of the portable equipment, when the current position information is determined to belong to specific position information and destination information input by a user is received, determining that a tourist information recommendation mode is a destination tourist information recommendation mode;
when the reference information does not include the starting information and the current position information does not belong to the specific position information, determining a moving track and a moving speed of the portable equipment by combining the current position information and the historical position information according to the current position information and the historical position information of the portable equipment, and when the moving track is judged to belong to a specific path and the moving speed is greater than a set threshold value and destination information input by a user is received, determining that a tourist information recommendation mode is a destination tourist information recommendation mode.
Preferably, when it is determined that the current position information belongs to specific position information or when it is determined that the movement track belongs to a specific path and the movement speed is greater than a set threshold, the portable device outputs an inquiry page for judging whether a destination travel information recommendation mode is started or not through an electronic ink touch display screen;
if the user responds to the inquiry interface and starts a destination tourist information recommendation mode and inputs a destination, determining that the tourist information recommendation mode is the destination tourist information recommendation mode; and if the user responds to the inquiry interface and selects not to start the destination travel information recommendation mode, entering the current position travel information recommendation mode.
Preferably, the background server generates and outputs the travel information based on the travel information recommendation mode, and the method includes:
in a destination travel information recommendation mode, analyzing user preference according to big travel record data of a user, and selecting an alternative target which meets the user preference as a recommendation target to be output from alternative targets corresponding to a destination input by the user;
in a current position travel information recommendation mode, analyzing user preference according to big travel record data of a user, determining a moving track and a moving speed by combining current position information and historical position information, determining a recommended distance range based on the moving track and the moving speed, and selecting an alternative target which meets the user preference from alternative targets in the recommended distance range to serve as a recommended target for output.
The invention further provides a travel data service method applying the portable equipment, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring current position information and historical position information of the portable equipment;
acquiring input information of a user operating the portable equipment;
acquiring reference information for judging a travel information recommendation mode according to the current position information, the historical position information and/or user input information;
determining a travel information recommendation mode according to the reference information;
and generating the travel information based on the travel information recommendation mode, and outputting the travel information to the portable equipment.
Preferably, when the reference information includes start information and destination information for starting a destination travel information recommendation mode input by a user, determining that the travel information recommendation mode is the destination travel information recommendation mode;
when the reference information does not include the starting information, according to the current position information of the portable equipment, when the current position information is determined to belong to specific position information and destination information input by a user is received, determining that a tourist information recommendation mode is a destination tourist information recommendation mode;
when the reference information does not include the starting information and the current position information does not belong to the specific position information, determining a moving track and a moving speed of the portable equipment by combining the current position information and the historical position information according to the current position information and the historical position information of the portable equipment, and when the moving track is judged to belong to a specific path and the moving speed is greater than a set threshold value and destination information input by a user is received, determining that a tourist information recommendation mode is a destination tourist information recommendation mode.
In a third aspect of the present invention, a portable device for implementing travel datamation is provided, wherein the portable device is configured to obtain reference information of a travel information recommendation mode; determining a travel information recommendation mode according to the reference information and uploading the travel information recommendation mode to the background server, or uploading the reference information to the background server; receiving and displaying travel information from the background server;
and, the portable device includes: the positioning module is used for acquiring the current position information of the portable equipment;
the electronic ink touch display screen is used for acquiring user input information and displaying travel information;
the data communication chip is used for acquiring reference information for judging a travel information recommendation mode according to the current position information and/or user input information, determining the travel information recommendation mode according to the reference information and uploading the travel information recommendation mode to the background server; or uploading the reference information to the background server; and receiving the tourism information output by the background server.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the travel mode of the user can be analyzed and judged independently, the matched recommendation mode is determined according to the user requirement adaptive to the travel mode, and the travel information recommendation of a specific place is provided for the user through big data analysis and processing. The invention can realize a one-click even zero-input information recommendation mode, and the user does not need to perform frequent input operation on the portable equipment, thereby simplifying the application difficulty and widening the application range of the invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides a travel data service method using portable device, comprising the following steps: s101, acquiring reference information for judging a travel information recommendation mode; s102, determining a travel information recommendation mode based on the reference information for judging the travel information recommendation mode; and S103, generating and outputting the travel information based on the travel information recommendation mode.
The method provided by the invention is mainly applicable to the following scenes: the portable device is specially designed for tourism traveling, an electronic ink touch display screen with low power consumption is adopted as a display part and a human-computer interaction part, wireless real-time communication with the background server can be achieved on the basis of communication modes such as 3G/4G/NB-IoT, outdoor positioning can be achieved on the basis of various satellite positioning technologies such as GPS, Beidou and Galileo, positioning under an indoor environment can be achieved on the basis of Bluetooth positioning or WIFI fingerprint positioning, and outdoor positioning and indoor positioning can be switched in a seamless connection mode. The portable equipment takes a background server with intelligent positioning and big data analysis functions as a support, and provides travel information service for users at any time and any place in the travel process. In order to present the travel information, the portable device can display a visual map interface, on which the recommendation and navigation of scenic spots, shopping stores, lodging points, food places can be performed, and a menu providing convenient functions of booking rooms, booking tickets, reserving dining places and the like at a proper position of the interface can be provided.
The steps of the method are described in detail below.
S101, acquiring reference information for judging a travel information recommendation mode through the portable equipment.
The travel information recommendation modes referred to herein include: a destination travel information recommendation mode, or a current location travel information recommendation mode. The destination travel information recommendation mode is mainly suitable for the condition that a user goes to a certain preset travel destination by taking an airplane, a train, a car and a yacht, and provides travel information of scenic spots, shopping shops, lodging and the like of the destination for the user. The current position travel information recommendation mode is mainly used for providing travel information such as scenic spots, shopping shops, lodging and the like within a certain spatial range around the current position of a user.
The reference information for determining the travel information recommendation mode referred to herein includes one or a combination of the following: the method comprises the following steps that starting information of any one travel information recommendation mode is input by a user through interaction with a portable device; the portable equipment positions the obtained current position information; and historical location information obtained by the portable device based on the location of the past time period. In practical application, the current position information and the historical position information are acquired in the following modes: the portable equipment acquires the current position information of the portable equipment in real time at a fixed frequency, such as once per minute, by using a self-positioning chip, and uploads the current position information to a background server; the background server acquires current position information of the portable equipment; also, the portable device and/or the backend server may keep a record of current location information that the portable device acquired and/or uploaded all the time during a past period of time, e.g., during a past 20 minutes, as historical location information.
S102, determining a travel information recommendation mode based on the reference information for judging the travel information recommendation mode
In practical application, a user can manually input the starting information aiming at any one of the travel information recommendation modes in the portable equipment. If the start information indicates that the destination travel information recommendation mode is started, it is determined in S102 that the applicable travel information recommendation mode is the destination travel information recommendation mode, and the destination information input by the user is obtained. Vice versa, if the start information indicates that the current location travel information recommendation mode is started, it is determined in S102 that the applicable travel information recommendation mode is the current location travel information recommendation mode.
In step S102, if the user does not manually input the start information, that is, does not manually start the destination tourist information recommendation mode, but the current position information of the portable device is coupled to the electronic map, it is determined that the portable device is currently located at a specific position, such as a train station, an airport, and a dock, that is, the current position information belongs to the specific position information, and the specific position information may include the train station, the airport, and the dock, the portable device outputs an inquiry interface to inquire whether the user starts the destination tourist information recommendation mode and inputs the destination; if the user responds to the inquiry interface and starts a destination travel information recommendation mode and inputs a destination, determining that the travel information recommendation mode is the destination travel information recommendation mode, and recommending travel information for the user by taking the destination as a reference; and if the user selects not to start the destination travel information recommendation mode, entering a current position travel information recommendation mode, and recommending the travel information by taking the current position information as a reference.
In step S102, if the user does not manually input the start information, that is, does not manually start the destination travel information recommendation mode, and is not located at the specific location, but the current location information and the historical location information of the portable device are coupled with the electronic map, the location movement track and the movement speed of the portable device in a past period of time can be determined; if the moving track is matched with a railway, a highway (the highway is generally an intercity expressway or a national road, but not a road in a city area), a cruise ship route path and other specific paths in the electronic map, and the moving speed is greater than a set threshold value, judging that the user is taking a vehicle, outputting an inquiry interface, inquiring whether a destination tourist information recommendation mode is started and inputting a destination; if the user responds to the inquiry interface and starts a destination tourist information recommendation mode and inputs a destination, determining that the tourist information recommendation mode is the destination tourist information recommendation mode; and if the user selects not to start the destination travel information recommendation mode, entering a current position travel information recommendation mode, and recommending the travel information by taking the current position as a reference.
In step S102, if the user does not manually input the start information, is not located at the specific location, and does not meet the above condition by using the moving track and the moving speed matching, it is determined that the travel information recommendation mode is the current location travel information recommendation mode.
The above-mentioned coupling the current position information of the portable device with the electronic map, or coupling the current position information and the historical position information of the portable device with the electronic map, may be accomplished by the portable device, that is, the portable device couples the position information acquired by the portable device with the locally downloaded electronic map; the method can also be completed by a background server, namely the background server matches the position information uploaded by the portable equipment with an electronic map of a server side.
As can be seen, through the above step S102, even if the user does not manually select the travel information recommendation mode, the present invention can automatically determine the travel information recommendation mode suitable for the current travel state of the user based on the specific location information of the user or based on the movement track and the movement speed formed by the current location information and the historical location information of the user.
S103, generating and outputting travel information based on the travel information recommendation mode
In some embodiments, the travel information is a recommended target and related information thereof, where the related information includes, but is not limited to: location of recommended targets, profiles, ratings, and service links to services such as booking tickets, booking hotels, etc. The recommendation target comprises one or a combination of the following: scenic spot information, shopping store information, accommodation information, and restaurant information.
In step S103, the background server analyzes the user preference according to the big data of the travel record of the user, and selects an alternative target meeting the user preference as a recommended target among alternative targets corresponding to the destination input by the user to output, when it is determined in step S102 that the destination travel information recommendation mode is adopted. In practical application, in a destination travel information recommendation mode, according to a destination input by a user, such as Beijing, according to previous travel record big data of the user, such as hotel accommodation star-level records, tourist attraction type records and restaurant taste type records of previous travel, a background server analyzes the preference of the user through big data analysis, such as analysis in previous 100 travel records of the user, the preference of the user living in a five-star hotel, tourist attraction like cultural historic sites and restaurant taste preference dishes, selects an alternative target meeting the preference of the user from alternative targets registered in the destination to serve as a recommended target to be output, and if a plurality of recommended targets exist, sorting and recommending can be performed according to other factors, such as word score, recommendation index and the like. Wherein the alternative targets for destination registration are all sights, shops, hotels, restaurants, etc. and institutions located at the destination and entered into the background server of the system, from which alternative targets according with user preferences can be selected.
In step S102, under the condition that the current position travel information recommendation mode is determined, in step S103, user preference is analyzed according to the travel record big data of the user; determining a moving track and a moving speed by combining the current position information and the historical position information, and determining a recommended distance range based on the moving track and the moving speed; and selecting the alternative target which meets the user preference from the alternative targets within the recommended distance range to serve as the recommended target for output.
In the current position travel information recommendation mode, firstly, the background server can judge the position moving track and the moving speed of the portable equipment in a past period of time by coupling with the electronic map according to the current position information and the historical position information of the portable equipment, and judge the action mode of the current user according to the moving track and the moving speed. For example, if the movement trajectory includes indoor movement or traveling along an urban road not registered in the map, and the movement speed is lower than a threshold value, it is determined to be walking; driving if the movement trajectory is traveling along an urban road registered on the map and the movement speed is higher than a threshold value. Selecting different recommended distance ranges according to the action modes of the user, such as walking, wherein the recommended distance range is within 1 kilometer; the driving recommended distance range is within 10 kilometers. And selecting the alternative target which meets the user preference from the alternative targets within the recommended distance range, and outputting the alternative target as the recommended target.
Step S103 may be performed by the background server of the present invention; in step S102, the background server may receive the determined travel information recommendation mode from the portable device, or may determine the travel information recommendation mode of the portable device by itself, and in step S103, the background server may generate and output travel information according to the travel information recommendation mode of the portable device.
And the background server transmits the recommended target to the portable equipment, the portable equipment displays the recommended target on a map interface, if the recommended target is a destination tourism information recommendation mode, an electronic map of the destination can be displayed firstly, then the recommended target is displayed, and a traffic path from a specific position of the destination, such as an airport, a railway station, a wharf and the like, to the recommended target can also be displayed. If the mode is the current position travel information recommendation mode, the current position and the recommendation target can be displayed on the electronic map, and a traffic path from the current position to the recommendation target and the like can be planned and displayed. In view of viewing convenience, the recommended targets can be displayed 5 at a time, and if the user is not satisfied with the recommended targets, the next 5 recommended targets can be displayed by clicking a refresh button.
As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention provides a visual travel information service system, comprising: a portable device 201 and a backend server 202. Wherein, one background server 202 can correspond to a plurality of portable devices 201.
The background server 202 is configured to determine a recommendation mode of the travel information based on the information uploaded by the portable device, generate the travel information based on the recommendation mode of the travel information, and output the travel information to the portable device.
As described above, the portable device 201 is a portable device specifically designed for travel needs. . The portable device 201 comprises a positioning module 2011, an electronic ink touch display screen 2012 and a data communication chip 2013; a positioning module 2011, configured to obtain location information of the portable device; the electronic ink touch display screen 2012 is used for acquiring user input information through touch control and displaying travel information; and the data communication chip 2013 is used for transmitting the position information and the user input information to the background server and receiving the travel information output by the background server. In some embodiments, the positioning module 2011 includes: satellite positioning chip and indoor location chip, satellite positioning chip can realize outdoor location based on multiple satellite positioning techniques such as GPS, big dipper, Galileo to indoor location chip can reach the location under the indoor environment based on the mode of bluetooth location or WIFI fingerprint location, thereby can realize from indoor to outdoor seamless location. The display 2012 is an electronic ink touch display with low power consumption. The data communication chip 2013 is a 3G/4G/NB-IoT communication chip, supports multi-mode communication, and can wirelessly communicate with the background server 202 in real time.
In practical applications, the portable device 201 utilizes the positioning module 2011 to obtain the current location information of itself in real time at a fixed frequency, for example, once per minute, and if the satellite signal is good, the current location information is obtained through satellite positioning, and if the satellite signal is lower than a set value, it indicates that the current user is in an indoor environment, the current location information is obtained through an indoor positioning function. The portable device 201 displays a map interface and marks current position information on the map interface, and the portable device 201 uploads the current position information to the backend server 202 through the data communication chip 2013. The backend server 202 acquires the current location information of the portable device 201, and saves a record of the current location information uploaded by the portable device 201 over the past time period, for example, over the past 20 minutes, as the historical location information. The portable device 201 itself may also maintain historical location information of itself over a past period of time.
The background server 202 determines a travel information recommendation mode through big data analysis based on the current position information and the historical position information, and then generates travel information, and sends the travel information to the portable device 201. Alternatively, the portable device 201 may also determine the travel information recommendation mode based on the current location information and the historical location information, send the travel information recommendation mode to the background server 202, and obtain the travel information returned by the server.
In practical applications, the user inputs the start information of any travel information recommendation mode in the portable device 201, such as inputting the start information of the start destination travel information recommendation mode or inputting the start information of the start current position travel information recommendation mode.
If the user does not manually start the destination tourist information recommendation mode, but it is determined that the portable device 201 is currently located at a specific position such as a train station, an airport, a dock, etc. according to the current position information of the portable device 201 coupled with the electronic map, that is, the current position information belongs to specific position information, which may include: in a train station, an airport, a dock and the like, the background server 202 controls the portable device 201 to output an inquiry interface, and inquires whether a user starts a destination tourist information recommendation mode and inputs a destination; if the user responds to the inquiry interface and starts a destination travel information recommendation mode and inputs a destination, determining that the travel information recommendation mode is the destination travel information recommendation mode, and recommending travel information for the user by taking the destination as a reference; and if the user selects not to start the destination travel information recommendation mode, entering a current position travel information recommendation mode, and recommending the travel information by taking the current position as a reference. The portable device 201 may also determine whether the current location information of the portable device is specific location information, and if so, output an inquiry interface to inquire whether the user starts a destination travel information recommendation mode and inputs the destination.
If the user does not manually start the destination tourist information recommendation mode and is not in the specific position, but the background server 202 can determine the position movement track and the movement speed of the portable device 201 in the past period of time by coupling with the electronic map according to the current position information and the historical position information of the portable device 201; if the moving track is matched with a railway, a highway (wherein the highway is generally an intercity expressway or a national road, but not a road in an urban area), a cruise ship route path and other specific paths in the electronic map, and the moving speed is greater than a set threshold value, the user is judged to be taking a vehicle, and the portable device 201 can be controlled to output an inquiry interface, inquire whether the user starts a destination travel information recommendation mode and input a destination; if the user responds to the inquiry interface and starts a destination tourist information recommendation mode and inputs a destination, determining that the tourist information recommendation mode is a destination tourist information recommendation mode; and if the user selects not to start the destination travel information recommendation mode, entering a current position travel information recommendation mode, and recommending the travel information by taking the current position as a reference.
And if the user does not manually start the destination recommended travel information recommending mode, is not located at the specific position, and does not meet the condition by utilizing the matching of the moving track and the moving speed, judging that the travel information recommending mode is the current position travel information recommending mode.
In some embodiments, the background server 202 generates travel information based on the travel information recommendation schema, including:
in a destination travel information recommendation mode, analyzing user preference according to big travel record data of a user, and selecting an alternative target which meets the user preference as a recommendation target from alternative targets corresponding to a destination input by the user;
in a current position travel information recommendation mode, analyzing user preference according to big travel record data of a user, determining a moving track and a moving speed by combining current position information and historical position information, determining a recommended distance range based on the moving track and the moving speed, and selecting an alternative target which meets the user preference as a recommended target from alternative targets in the recommended distance range.
In practical application, in the destination travel information recommendation mode, the background server 202 analyzes the preference of the user according to the destination input by the user, such as beijing, according to big past travel record data of the user, such as hotel accommodation star-level records, tourist attraction type records, and restaurant taste type records of past travel, for example, the preference is analyzed in the past 100 travel records of the user, the user prefers to live in five-star hotels, tourist attractions like going to cultural historic sites, and restaurant taste prefers Sichuan dishes, and selects an alternative target meeting the preference of the user from alternative targets registered in the destination to be output as a recommended target, and if a plurality of recommended targets exist, sorting and recommendation can be performed according to other factors, such as word of mouth scores, recommendation indexes and the like.
In the current position travel information recommendation mode, first, the backend server 202 may determine a position movement trajectory and a movement speed of the portable device 201 in a past period of time by coupling with the electronic map based on the current position information and the historical position information of the portable device 201, and determine an action manner of the current user based on the movement trajectory and the movement speed, for example, determine walking if the movement trajectory includes indoor movement or travels along an urban road registered on the map and the movement speed is lower than a threshold, and determine driving if the movement trajectory travels along an urban road registered on the map and the movement speed is higher than the threshold. Alternatively, the portable device 201 may determine the action mode of the user by coupling with an electronic map according to the current location information and the historical location information, and further upload the action mode to the backend server 202 together with the travel information recommendation mode determined by the portable device 201. The background server 202 selects different recommended distance ranges according to the action mode of the user, such as walking, wherein the recommended distance range is within 1 km; the driving recommended distance range is within 10 kilometers. And selecting the alternative target which meets the user preference from the alternative targets within the recommended distance range, and outputting the alternative target as the recommended target.
The background server 202 transmits the recommended target to the portable equipment 201, the portable equipment 201 displays the recommended target on a map interface, if the recommended target is a destination tourist information recommendation mode, an electronic map of the destination can be displayed firstly, and then the recommended target is displayed; if the mode is the current position travel information recommendation mode, the current position and the recommendation target can be displayed on the electronic map, and a path from the current position to the recommendation target and the like can be planned and displayed; the recommended targets can be displayed 5 at a time, and if the user is not satisfied with the recommended targets, a refresh button can be clicked to display the next 5 recommended targets.

In the embodiments disclosed herein, it should be understood that the disclosed methods, articles of manufacture (including but not limited to systems, devices, etc.) may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described system embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed.
