The invention has the beneficial effects that: the toxic substance detection equipment for the fresh meat is characterized in that a transmission assembly, a cutting assembly, a minced meat assembly, a processing box and a detection box are arranged on a machine case in a matched mode and used for detecting the fresh meat, wherein the transmission assembly is used for transmitting the fresh meat to the positions of the cutting assembly and the minced meat assembly, the cutting assembly is used for gradually cutting the fresh meat into strips and then transmitting the strips to the minced meat assembly, the minced meat assembly is used for further cutting and chopping the fresh meat, the fresh meat is transmitted to the processing box for processing through a sliding plate under the action of a scraping plate, and then the processed fresh meat is transmitted to the detection box for detection.

As shown in fig. 1, the toxic substance detecting device for fresh meat of the present invention comprises a casing 1, and is characterized in that: the top surface of the machine case 1 is provided with a transmission component 2, a cutting component 3 and a minced meat component 4 are arranged above the transmission component 2 in parallel, raw fresh meat is transmitted to the minced meat component 4 from the cutting component 3 through the transmission component 2, a processing box 5 is arranged inside the machine case 1, the right side of the processing box 5 is connected to the right side of the transmission component 2 through a sliding plate 51, the raw fresh meat slides into the processing box 5 from the transmission component 2 through the sliding plate 51, and a detection box 6 is arranged on one side of the processing box 5; the top of the detection box 6 is provided with a detector 61.
According to the invention, the transmission assembly 2, the cutting assembly 3, the meat mincing assembly 4, the processing box 5 and the detection box 6 are arranged on the case 1 in a matching manner and used for detecting fresh meat, wherein the transmission assembly 2 is used for transmitting the fresh meat to the positions of the cutting assembly 3 and the meat mincing assembly 4, the cutting assembly 3 is used for gradually cutting the fresh meat into strips and then to the meat mincing assembly 4, the meat mincing assembly 4 is used for further cutting and mincing the fresh meat, the fresh meat is transmitted to the processing box 5 through the sliding plate 51 for processing under the action of the scraper 48, and then is transmitted to the detection box 6 for detection after processing.
The transmission assembly 2 includes two sets of guide rails 21, guide rails 21 respectively the level set up in the both sides face of quick-witted case 1 is connected with a carriage 22 between two guide rails 21, carriage 22 can reciprocating motion on guide rails 21, the top of carriage 22 is provided with backup pad 23, be used for placing the fresh meat of treating processing in the backup pad 23, the one end of guide rails 21 is provided with drive arrangement 24, drive arrangement 24 can drive the removal of carriage 22.
The cutting assembly 3 is including "door" shape left branch strut 31, the top surface of left branch strut 31 is provided with pneumatic cylinder 32, the top bottom surface is provided with the flexible post 33 of connecting pneumatic cylinder 32, flexible post 33 is the perpendicular setting downwards, the bottom horizontally connected with a sliding rail 34 of flexible post 33, the bottom of sliding rail 34 is provided with a sliding plate 35, a cutter 36 is inlayed and established to the bottom of sliding plate 35, cutter 36 is for setting up perpendicularly, its cutting part is down. Two ends of the top of the sliding rail 34 are respectively and upwardly provided with a sliding rod 37, the sliding rod 37 penetrates through the top of the left support frame 31 and can slide up and down, and the sliding rod 37 enables the cutter 36 to move up and down more accurately and stably.
Minced meat subassembly 4 is including right branch strut 41, the top surface of right branch strut 41 is provided with air pump 42, top bottom surface is provided with the telescopic link 43 of connecting air pump 42, telescopic link 43 is the perpendicular setting downwards, the bottom level of telescopic link 43 is provided with the fixed plate 44 of a rectangle form, the bottom of fixed plate 44 is provided with intercrossing's latticed sword 45 of grinding, the cutting part of grinding sword 45 sets up down. The four corners of the top of the fixed plate 44 are vertically provided with a moving rod 46 upwards, the moving rod 46 penetrates through the top of the right support frame 41 and can slide up and down, and the moving rod 46 is positioned to enable the cutter 36 to move up and down more accurately and stably. The ground meat assembly 4 further comprises two groups of mechanical arms 47, the two groups of mechanical arms 47 are correspondingly arranged on two side faces of the case 1, and a scraper 48 is arranged between the two groups of mechanical arms 47.
The conveying assembly 2, the cutting assembly 3 and the meat mincing assembly 4 are in operation, firstly, fresh meat is flatly paved on the conveying assembly 2 by a worker, then the sliding frame 22 is driven by the driving device 24 to move until the cutting assembly 3 is moved, then the conveying assembly 2 and the cutting assembly 3 are mutually matched to cut the fresh meat, concretely, the cutter 36 of the cutting assembly 3 is driven by the hydraulic cylinder 32 to move downwards along with the telescopic column 33 until the fresh meat is contacted, then the cutter 36 moves to the other end from one end of the sliding rail 34, the next strip-shaped meat is cut in the process, the cutter 36 resets, then the sliding frame 22 is driven by the driving device 24 to move, the fresh meat moves forwards for a certain distance, the cutter 36 repeats the actions again, and the primary cutting process of the fresh meat is finished.
After cutting assembly 3 accomplished work, transmission assembly 2 carries out the minced meat process of cutting once more of raw and fresh meat to the below of minced meat subassembly 4 with raw and fresh meat, and is concrete, the drive lapse of the air pump 42 through the top of grinding sword 45 of minced meat subassembly 4 moves down to raw and fresh meat and rolls and cut many times, roll and cut many times after use manipulator 47 drive scraper blade 48 and carry out the positive and negative adjustment of relapse to raw and fresh meat, roll again and cut, scrape the slide 51 with raw and fresh meat by scraper blade 48 after repeated many times again, remove to handling in the case 5 through slide 51.
The top of the treatment box 5 is provided with a driving motor 52, the bottom of the driving motor 52 is vertically provided with a rotating roller 53, the driving motor 52 drives the rotating roller 53 to rotate, the bottom of the rotating roller 53 is connected with a driving pump 54, the bottom of the driving pump 54 is connected with an expansion bracket 55, the bottom of the expansion bracket 55 is horizontally provided with a pressing plate 56, and the bottom surface of the pressing plate 56 is provided with a plurality of convex teeth 57 in parallel; the bottom of processing case 5 is provided with slide rail group 58, be provided with on the slide rail group 58 and examine test table 59.
The left side of processing case 5 link up the setting detection case 6, slide rail group 58 extends in detection case 6, the one end of slide rail group 58 is provided with driving motor 62, it can be through driving of driving motor 62 along with slide rail group 58 moves to detection case 6 to detect bench 59. A material taking port 63 is arranged on one side surface of the detection box 6.
In the processing process of the processing box 5 and the detection box 6, raw fresh meat slides downwards from the sliding plate 51, in the process, a worker mixes detection liquid in the raw fresh meat, the detection table 59 receives the minced raw fresh meat transmitted from the sliding plate 51, then the driving motor 52 at the top of the processing box 5 drives the rotating roller 53 to rotate, the pressing plate 56 rotates under the rotation of the rotating roller 53, meanwhile, the driving pump 54 drives the telescopic frame 55 to move downwards, the pressing plate 56 moves downwards until contacting the raw fresh meat, the raw fresh meat is fully mixed with the detection liquid under the rotation of the pressing plate 56, and after the completion, the driving motor 62 drives the detection table 59 to move into the detection box 6, and the detection is carried out on the raw fresh meat by the detector 61 at the top.
