Specifically, in the form that the first blocking piece 3 and the second blocking piece 4 are arranged on the valve body 1, part of the edges can be hinged on the valve body 1, and a reset piece is arranged to drive the first blocking piece 3 and the second blocking piece 4 to be blocked at the positions of the air outlet hole 26 and the pressurizing hole 25 respectively; in addition, the first blocking piece 3 and the second blocking piece 4 can also be made of rubber materials, part of edges of the rubber blocking pieces are fixed on the valve body 1, the rubber blocking pieces deform when being pushed by fuel gas, the pressurizing holes 25 or the air outlet holes 26 are not blocked, and the rubber blocking pieces can return to the original positions under the action of self deformation when not being subjected to external force, so that the pressurizing holes 25 or the air outlet holes 26 are blocked.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the air intake holes 24 may be plural, and the air intake holes 24 are distributed on the sidewall between the air intake chamber 21 and the pressurizing chamber 22. The air inlet holes 24 can supply the fuel gas in the air inlet cavity 21 to flow into the pressurizing cavity 22, and the plurality of air inlet holes 24 can improve the fluidity of the fuel gas; in addition, when the pressurizing mechanism carries out pressurizing treatment on the inside of the pressurizing cavity 22, part of fuel gas in the pressurizing cavity 22 can flow back into the air inlet cavity 21 through the air inlet holes 24, and the air inlet holes 24 are distributed in a dispersed manner, so that the pressurizing process of the pressurizing cavity 22 is carried out, the plurality of air inlet holes 24 can carry out pressure relief treatment on the fuel gas in the pressurizing cavity 22 at different positions, the condition that the fuel gas is unstable due to too violent air supply of the pressurizing cavity 22 to the air outlet cavity 23 is reduced, and therefore the stability of the air supply of the pressurizing mechanism and the combustion stability of the combustor are improved.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the pressurizing mechanism may include a spacer 5 and a driving mechanism, where the spacer 5 is disposed in the valve body 1 and encloses a pressurizing cavity 22 with an inner wall of the valve body 1, and a driving end of the driving mechanism is connected with the spacer 5 and is used to drive the spacer 5 to deform or move relative to the valve body 1 so as to change a size of the pressurizing cavity 22. Here, two specific forms of the pressurizing mechanism are provided, wherein the spacer 5 and the inner wall of the valve body 1 jointly enclose a pressurizing cavity 22, an air inlet hole 24, a pressurizing hole 25 and an air outlet hole 26 are arranged on the side wall of the pressurizing cavity 22, when the driving mechanism drives the spacer 5 to face away from the air inlet hole 24, the pressurizing hole 25 and the air outlet hole 26 to deform or move relative to the valve body 1, the volume of the pressurizing cavity 22 is increased, the air pressure in the pressurizing cavity 22 is reduced, and the flow rate of the fuel gas in the air inlet cavity 21 flowing into the pressurizing cavity 22 is increased; similarly, the driving mechanism drives the spacer 5 to deform or move relative to the valve body 1 towards the air inlet hole 24, the pressurizing hole 25 and the air outlet hole 26, so that the volume of the pressurizing cavity 22 is reduced, the air pressure in the pressurizing cavity 22 is increased, the gas transmission flow of the gas into the air outlet cavity 23 is increased, and the pressurizing effect of the pressurizing mechanism is realized.
In this embodiment, for the pressurization effect achieved by the deformation of the spacer 5, specifically, the spacer 5 may be a flexible member, the valve body 1 is provided with a clamping groove 27 corresponding to the periphery of the spacer 5, the spacer 5 is provided with a clamping head 51 along the circumferential direction thereof, and the clamping head 51 is matched and clamped in the clamping groove 27. The periphery of the flexible spacer 5 is connected to the valve body 1, so that the spacer 5 is in sealing connection with the valve body 1, and the occurrence of leakage of fuel gas in the pressurizing cavity 22 outwards through the spacer 5 is reduced; the driving mechanism drives the spacer 5 to deform, and accordingly the size of the pressurizing cavity 22 is changed, so that pressurizing and depressurizing effects on the pressurizing cavity 22 are realized, and the increase of the gas flow in the pressurizing channel of the valve body 1 is completed. In addition, the engagement groove 27 on the valve body 1 is engaged with the engagement connector 51, so that the spacer 5 can be firmly fixed to the valve body 1, and the spacer 5 can be prevented from being pulled by the driving mechanism to be separated from the valve body 1.
In this embodiment, for the above movement of the diaphragm 5 relative to the valve body 1, specifically, the diaphragm 5 slides and blocks in the channel inside the valve body 1, and the periphery of the diaphragm 5 seals the channel in a matching manner, wherein the inner wall of the valve body 1 on one side of the diaphragm 5 facing the air outlet hole 26 encloses the pressurizing cavity 22 together, and when the driving mechanism drives the diaphragm 5 to move along the channel inside the valve body 1 toward the air outlet hole 26 (the periphery of the diaphragm 5 is always tightly sealed with the inner wall of the channel during the movement), the volume of the pressurizing cavity 22 becomes smaller, and the air pressure increases; when the driving mechanism drives the spacer 5 to move along the direction of the channel back to the air outlet hole 26, the volume of the pressurizing cavity 22 is increased, and the air pressure is reduced, so that the pressurizing and depressurizing effects on the pressurizing cavity 22 are realized, and the increase of the air flow in the valve body 1 is completed.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the spacer 5 may have a boss 52 protruding outwards, a groove 53 is formed in the boss 52, the groove 53 faces the plenum chamber 22, and the driving end of the driving mechanism is connected to the boss 52. Here, in a specific form of the spacer 5, a bending part is formed between the boss 52 and the spacer 5, and the boss 52 itself also has a bending part, when the driving mechanism drives the spacer 5 to deform through the boss 52, the boss 52 and the bending part at the joint of the boss 52 and the spacer 5 deform first, and in the deformable range of the spacer 5 and the boss 52, the deformation degree is increased as much as possible, and the volume change degree of the pressurizing cavity 22 is correspondingly enhanced; meanwhile, the occurrence of the condition that the flat plate-shaped partition plate deforms and is easy to tear can be reduced.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the driving mechanism may include a driving motor 6 and a link mechanism 7, where a housing of the driving motor 6 is mounted on the valve body 1, and one end of the link mechanism 7 is hinged to the driving end of the driving motor 6, and the other end is connected to the spacer 5. Here, in a specific form of the driving mechanism, the driving end of the driving motor 6 rotates to drive the link mechanism 7 to reciprocate, so as to drive the spacer 5 to deform reciprocally or reciprocate relative to the valve body 1, thereby realizing the volume change of the pressurizing cavity 22. Here, the link mechanism 7 in fig. 2 is only a schematic view, and is not a specific structure of the link mechanism 7.
In addition to the above-mentioned mode, in this embodiment, the driving mechanism may also be a push rod motor, the driving end of the push rod motor is connected with the spacer 5, and the reciprocating driving of the spacer 5 is achieved by the extension and retraction of the push rod.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the driving motor 6 may be disposed on the valve body 1, and both the driving end of the driving motor 6 and the link mechanism 7 are located inside the valve body 1. In this case, the valve body 1 can protect the driving end of the driving motor 6 and the link mechanism 7, so as to reduce damage caused by external factors, thereby ensuring normal operation of the link mechanism 7 and prolonging the service life thereof.
In this embodiment, the control valve may further include a controller, where the switch of the driving motor 6 is connected to the controller, and the user may control the switch of the driving motor 6 and select a driving gear of the driving motor 6 through a switch button and a gear button on the controller, so as to implement a supercharging function of the supercharging mechanism and a choice of supercharging capability; in addition, the control switch 13 on the control valve can be a solenoid valve, a stepping motor or a mechanical switch, and the like, the control switch 13 is electrically connected with the controller, and a user can control the on-off state of the control switch 13 through a switch button on the controller.
Specifically, the diaphragm 5 can select a rubber diaphragm, the rubber diaphragm separates the pressurizing cavity 22 and the driving mechanism at two relatively independent sides, and the dangers of gas combustion explosion and the like caused by sparks and the like generated by the driving motor 6 and the connecting rod mechanism 7 in the operation process can be reduced, so that the use safety of the control valve is improved.

The control valve is characterized by comprising a valve body (1), wherein an air inlet channel (11) and at least two air outlet channels (12) which are communicated with each other are arranged on the valve body (1), and a control switch (13) for controlling the blocking state of the air outlet channels (12) is arranged on the air outlet channels;
a pressurizing channel is communicated between at least one air outlet channel (12) and the air inlet channel (11), and a pressurizing mechanism is arranged on the valve body (1) and can increase the gas flow passing through the corresponding pressurizing channel;
the pressurizing channel comprises an air inlet cavity (21), a pressurizing cavity (22) and an air outlet cavity (23), wherein the air inlet cavity (21) is communicated with the pressurizing cavity (22), and the pressurizing cavity (22) is communicated with the air outlet cavity (23) through an air outlet hole (26); the side wall of the air outlet cavity (23) is movably provided with a first blocking piece (3), the first blocking piece (3) is blocked at the air outlet hole (26), and when the air pressure in the pressurizing cavity (22) is larger than the air pressure in the air outlet cavity (23), the first blocking piece (3) can be pushed away by the gas flow, and the gas flows into the air outlet cavity (23) through the air outlet hole (26);
the pressurizing mechanism can firstly reduce the air pressure in the pressurizing cavity (22) so as to increase the air flow flowing into the pressurizing cavity (22), and then compress the pressurizing cavity (22) so that the air in the pressurizing cavity (22) pushes away the first blocking piece (3) to flow into the air outlet cavity (23), and the flow of the flowing air is larger than that when the pressurizing mechanism is not started.

The control valve according to claim 1, wherein the number of the air outlet channels (12) is two, and pressurizing channels are communicated between the air outlet channels (12) and the air inlet channels (11), and the pressurizing mechanisms are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the pressurizing channels.
3. The control valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the outlet end of the outlet channel (12) comprises a main outlet and a secondary outlet (121) arranged in parallel, the pressurizing channel being in communication between the inlet channel and the main outlet;
or, the pressurizing passage is communicated between the air inlet passage (11) and the auxiliary air outlet (121);
or, the air inlet channel (11) and the main air outlet and the air inlet channel (11) and the auxiliary air outlet (121) are communicated through the pressurizing channel.

A control valve according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the inlet chamber (21) and the pressure-increasing chamber (22) are connected by means of inlet holes (24), pressure-increasing holes (25); the air inlet cavity (21) is provided with an air inlet (211), the air outlet cavity (23) is provided with an air outlet (231), the air inlet (211) is communicated with the air inlet channel (11) of the valve body (1), and the air outlet (231) is communicated with the air outlet channel (12) of the valve body (1).

The control valve according to claim 4, characterized in that a second blocking member (4) is movably arranged on the side wall of the pressurizing cavity (22), and when the second blocking member (4) is blocked at the pressurizing hole (25) and the air pressure in the air inlet cavity (21) is larger than the air pressure in the pressurizing cavity (22), the gas flow can push the second blocking member (4) to enter the pressurizing cavity (22).

The control valve according to claim 4, wherein the pressurizing mechanism comprises a spacer (5) and a driving mechanism, the spacer (5) is arranged in the valve body (1) and encloses the pressurizing cavity (22) together with the inner wall of the valve body (1), and the driving end of the driving mechanism is connected with the spacer (5) and is used for driving the spacer (5) to deform or move relative to the valve body (1) so as to change the size of the pressurizing cavity (22).

The control valve according to claim 6, characterized in that the spacer (5) is a flexible member, a clamping groove (27) is formed in the valve body (1) corresponding to the periphery of the spacer (5), a clamping joint (51) is formed in the spacer (5) along the circumferential direction of the spacer, and the clamping joint (51) is clamped in the clamping groove (27) in a matching manner.
8. The control valve according to claim 7, characterized in that a boss (52) protrudes outwards from the diaphragm (5), a groove (53) is formed in the boss (52), the groove (53) faces the pressurizing chamber (22), and the driving end of the driving mechanism is connected with the boss (52).

A control valve according to claim 6, characterized in that the drive mechanism comprises a drive motor (6) and a link mechanism (7), the housing of the drive motor (6) is mounted on the valve body (1), one end of the link mechanism (7) is hinged with the drive end of the drive motor (6), and the other end is connected with the spacer (5).
10. A gas stove comprising a burner and a control valve according to any one of claims 1-9, said burner being in one-to-one communication with an outlet channel (12) of said control valve.
