Description

Damping belt pulley for spring friction braking
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of belt hubs for automobile generators, and particularly relates to a damping belt pulley for spring friction braking.
Background
The unidirectional belt wheel hub of the automobile generator is derived from Germany, and is widely applied to some high-grade automobiles in the world at present. The main functions of the unidirectional belt hub of the automobile generator are as follows: 1. the tension fluctuation of the front-end wheel system is reduced, and the service lives of all parts of the front-end wheel system are prolonged; 2. the rotation speed fluctuation of the front-end gear train is reduced, and the noise of the front-end gear train is reduced; 3. reverse impact is avoided, and a generator is effectively protected; 4. the energy consumption caused by the reverse rotation of the generator is reduced, and the energy is saved. The unidirectional belt hub of the automobile generator has the greatest advantages that vibration and fluctuation can be reduced when the belt conveying device works, particularly when the rotating speed changes, noise generated when the belt is connected with accessories is reduced, vibration generated by a belt system is reduced, current fluctuation is reduced, and the service life of the belt and the service life of a generator regulator are prolonged. It allows the generator (the largest mass in the accessory rotation system) to be relieved from torsional vibrations when the crankshaft is decelerating (perhaps only a few thousandths of a second), thereby reducing torque.
For example, patent document publication No. CN103363064B discloses a spring friction braked one-way coupling damping pulley, comprising a mandrel extending into a belt hub, an inner wall of the belt hub being pressed into a friction stop ring and a positioning sleeve, an outer diameter of the mandrel forming a convex ring, the convex ring having steps; the mandrel is sleeved with a gasket, and the gasket forms a step; the mandrel is sleeved with a damping spring, one end of the damping spring is propped against a convex ring of the mandrel, and the end face of the damping spring is propped against a step of the convex ring; the other end of the damping spring is propped against the gasket, and the end face of the head is propped against the step of the gasket; the gasket is sleeved outside and is matched with the friction sliding ring in a rotating way; the friction spring is sleeved outside the damping spring, one end of the friction spring is arranged in the friction sliding ring, the other end of the friction spring is arranged in the friction sliding ring, and the outer wall of the friction sliding ring is in clearance fit with the positioning sleeve; the inner diameters of the friction stop ring and the friction sliding ring are smaller than the outer diameter of the friction spring so as to increase the tension of the spring; the friction spring is locked with the friction stop ring and the friction sliding ring through friction, and the friction spring can be alternately separated from the friction stop ring and the friction sliding ring.
The unidirectional coupling damping belt pulley has the following defects: 1. a concave clamping groove is required to be formed on the threaded mandrel, and the manufacturing process is complex; 2. the assembled parts are more, and the assembly process is complex; 3. the structure is complex, the manufacturing cost is high, and the wide popularization is difficult.
Therefore, there is a need in the art to optimize the structure of the damper pulley.
