Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sea surface oil stain treatment, in particular to an integrated device for collecting, treating and recovering sea surface oil stains.
Background
In recent years, oil pollution on the sea surface is serious due to crude oil leakage and oil tanker collision. After the oil spilling takes place, adopt similar netted material to enclose the greasy dirt at present more to avoid the further diffusion of greasy dirt, then carry out the collection of greasy dirt by manual work or ship. The oil stain cleaning method has very low efficiency and long time consumption, and the subsequent oil stain collection and treatment often cannot achieve ideal effects, thereby causing serious damage to marine environment. Aiming at the situation, the invention invents a sea surface oil stain collecting and treating device, adds collecting and treating links on the basis of effectively preventing oil stains from further diffusing, enables seawater and crude oil to be filtered for many times in the device, discharges the filtered seawater, and recovers stripped crude oil, thereby providing convenience for marine environment protection and secondary utilization of leaked crude oil.
The existing technology is bound on a ship, and the ship can expel surrounding water bodies in the running process, so that oil stains on the sea surface are subjected to external force to further expand the diffusion range. The existing device can not separate completely only by oil-water density treatment, so that after oil contamination is collected, further treatment is still needed to realize water-oil separation. Meanwhile, the existing device is not designed in a targeted integrated mode of collecting, treating and recycling the oil stains, so that the working efficiency of the device is very low. Therefore, the existing device has a great limitation in the range of use and effect.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the technical problems, the device integrates the functions of preventing pollution from spreading, collecting and treating oil stains on the sea surface. The device can effectively handle sea greasy dirt in the short time, carries out oil-water separation simultaneously, carries out reutilization with the crude oil that pollutes, does not need the combined use of other boats and devices, has green's characteristics.
The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows:
the utility model provides a sea greasy dirt is collected and is handled and retrieve integrative device, includes:
the integral crescent cabin body floats on the water surface and the oil storage tank is arranged in the cabin body;
the cabin body comprises: the solid cabin bottom is arranged at the bottom of the crescent cabin wall;
the oil storage tank is assembled on the solid cabin bottom;
the cabin body is provided with more than or equal to 1 mixture collecting port for the oil-water mixture on the water surface to enter, wherein the mixture collecting port is an independent isolated space and is not communicated with the internal chamber of the cabin body;
each mixture acquisition port is provided with more than or equal to 1 electric pump for sucking oil-water mixture, and the oil-water mixture sucked by the electric pump is conveyed to a rear centrifuge through a pipeline;
the oil pipeline for oil output of the centrifuge is communicated with the oil storage tank, and the rear end of the water pipeline for water output of the centrifuge is provided with a filtering device;
the filtered water output pipeline of the filtering device is connected with the water supply pipeline of the injection device;
the spraying devices are arranged below the side wall of the cabin body and used for spraying high-pressure water to adjust the moving angle, namely the spraying devices are multiple and are uniformly distributed on the cabin body;
the cabin body is also provided with an oil pump for pumping oil in the oil storage tank and a propeller power device for providing power for the movement of the whole device.
According to the invention adopting the technical scheme, the integral device is crescent, and plays a role of an oil containment boom to surround the oil stain on the sea surface from the end part. The crescent moon is internally provided with a rectangular opening (a mixture collecting opening on the cabin body), an electric pump at the mixture collecting opening rapidly sucks an oil-water mixture into the device, oil stains are collected to an oil tank through an upper oil pipeline of the device under the separation action of a centrifugal machine, water is guided out through a lower water pipeline, and clean seawater is directly discharged into the sea after multi-layer filtration.
Considering that a small amount of water still exists in oil after the centrifugal action, a filtering device based on the multi-layer filtering layer principle is added for secondary separation, water after the secondary separation and seawater after the separation by a separator are converged on a water pipeline, and then are discharged into the sea by a spraying device after the tertiary separation through a filtering layer, the oil after the secondary separation is guided into an oil storage tank to be converged, and crude oil separated from the oil storage tank can be pumped out by an oil pump for secondary utilization. The bottom of the device is provided with a propeller which is provided with power so as to adjust the flight path at any time.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of integrating the functions of preventing pollution from diffusing, collecting and treating oil stains on the sea surface. The device can effectively handle sea greasy dirt in the short time, carries out oil-water separation simultaneously, carries out reutilization with the crude oil that pollutes, does not need the combined use of other boats and devices, has green's characteristics. Different from the traditional treatment technology, a large amount of manpower physics have been saved to the device, and the marine environment that the further diffusion that effectively prevents the greasy dirt leads to pollutes deeply by the high-efficient treatment pollution phenomenon simultaneously. Because the propeller and the power device are arranged, the all-in-one machine can timely adjust the angle of the all-in-one machine, and the most rapid full-sea surface oil dirt collection and treatment can be realized.
