本发明涉及沙发布技术领域,尤其是一种耐磨沙发布。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于沙发布的性能要求中最为重要的为耐磨指标。但是现有的沙发布的耐磨性能都比较一般,在实际使用过程中,容易造成沙发布磨损而影响美观及正常使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升其耐磨性能的耐磨沙发布。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种耐磨沙发布,包括经线和纬线,由经线和纬线经纬编织形成,其中经线为芳纶与涤纶混纺形成,且其中芳纶与涤纶的质量比例为40:40-70;纬线有涤包氨纱线,其中涤包氨纱线中的涤纶与氨纶的比例为30:50-60,在涤包氨纱线的表面涂覆一层TPU层,TPU层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
TPU膜采用淋膜工艺涂覆在涤包氨纱线上。
本发明所得到的一种耐磨沙发布,其通过合理的结构设计,能有效提升其耐磨性能,在作为沙发布使用过程中,使用性能更高,使用寿命得到提升。
