Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air filtration, in particular to an air drying filter element and a using method thereof.
Background
The air contains a large amount of dust and moisture, so that the daily life cannot be affected, but the industry needs to use a large amount of pure air, the daily air is usually filtered, but an air filter element adopted in the air filtration of the traditional woolen cloth is generally made of paper filter element materials or fiber materials, and after the air filter element is used for a period of time, the dust or impurities in the air can be gradually attached to the outer surface of the filter element to form air inlet resistance; the filter element is generally detached from the air filter by maintenance personnel, the compressed air is used for purging, dust or impurities on the outer surface of the filter element are removed, and the filter element blown by the compressed air is only slightly better than the original filter element because the filter element material cannot be wetted, so that the problem of large air inlet resistance cannot be fundamentally solved; this results in shorter and shorter periods of purging of the cartridge, which eventually can only be replaced with a new cartridge.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air drying filter element and a using method thereof, which aim to solve the problem that unnecessary waste is caused by the fact that a new filter element is finally replaced due to the fact that an air filter element is difficult to clean.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an air drying filter element comprises a breather pipe and a filter element device, wherein the upper end of the filter element device is provided with an external thread, the lower end of the vent pipe is provided with internal threads which are in threaded connection with the external threads, the upper end of the vent pipe is provided with connecting threads for connecting air filter equipment, the filter element device comprises a filter element pipe, the opening wall at the upper end of the filter element pipe is fixedly connected with a plurality of groups of connecting plates, the inner end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the upper end of the connecting column, a joggle joint device is movably arranged at the upper end of the connecting column, a plurality of groups of wall notches are arranged on the outer surface of the filter element pipe in a staggered way, a filter plate device for filtering air is movably connected in each wall notch, the inner end of the filter plate device is clamped with the outer surface of the connecting column, and a sealing rubber ring for preventing gas leakage is arranged between the wall notch and the filter plate device.
Preferably, the lower end of the connecting column is provided with a ball block for uniformly distributing air, and the ball block is suspended in the lower end of the filter element pipe.
Preferably, an upper opening is formed in the upper end of the connecting column and movably connected with the joggle joint device, a plurality of groups of bayonets are arranged on the outer surface of the connecting column in a crossed and staggered mode and are clamped with the inner end of the filter plate device.

Preferably, the lower surface of the filtering baffle is provided with an arc groove, the groove surface of the arc groove is a slope surface for waste liquid drainage, and the inclination angle of the slope surface is 10 degrees.
The use method of the air drying filter element is applied to the air drying filter element and comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, cleaning the filter plate device quickly, then inserting the filter plate device into the wall slot on the filter core tube one by one, aligning the inner end of the filter baffle in the filter plate device with the bayonet on the connecting post for sealing and embedding, making the joggle joint sleeve and the joggle joint sleeve rod be positioned on the same circular arc track, sealing the sealing plate and the wall slot,

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an air drying filter element and a using method thereof, and the air drying filter element has the following beneficial effects:
(1) when the air filter element is used, the air filter element can be conveniently and quickly mounted and dismounted, is convenient to clean after long-term use, can be repeatedly utilized, avoids replacing a new air filter element and causes unnecessary waste, when the connection with the air filter device is established, the device is started, air is uniformly distributed to the periphery through a ball block connected with the bottom of a connecting column firstly, then air is filtered through a plurality of layers of staggered filter plate devices arranged in a filter core pipe, pure air filtered by the filter plate devices flows out from a vent pipe connected with the upper part, two sundries and liquid fall into a recovery device under the action of gravity, the high-efficiency filtration of the air can be realized, compared with the traditional air filter element, the filtering effect can be greatly improved, the fixation or separation between the filter plate devices and bayonets can be quickly realized through a joggle joint device, and the disassembly and cleaning are convenient, the cleaning efficiency is effectively improved;
(2) the air filter core is provided with a joggle device, when the filter plate device is inserted through a wall notch, a joggle sleeve at the inner end of the filter plate device can extend into a connecting column, then a knob block in the joggle device is rotated clockwise, a joggle sleeve rod on a knob rod is driven to be clamped clockwise around an arc track at the same position as the joggle sleeve, effective fixing of a plurality of groups of filter plate devices is achieved, when dismounting and cleaning are conducted, the joggle sleeve rod is driven to move out of the joggle sleeve rod only by rotating anticlockwise, a prying opening in a buckling sealing plate can be used for fast dismounting of the filter plate device, and effective cleaning and reuse are facilitated;
(3) the air filter element is provided with a filter plate device, a filter baffle is arranged in the filter plate device and used for blocking and filtering air, the upper surface of the filter baffle is provided with a sloping arc surface, so that sundries can be prevented from being accumulated, the sundries can effectively slide from two sides, the probability of blocking a path is reduced, an arc groove is arranged below the filter baffle, the blocking of air flow impact can be realized, the filtering effect is improved, and meanwhile, the inclination angle of the arc groove is set to be 10 degrees, so that liquid condensed on the groove surface can be drained to the lower part through the inclination angle to realize filtering;
(4) the air filter element is operated by the use method, the air filter element can be effectively and quickly mounted, the air filter element is convenient to assemble and complete for air filtration, meanwhile, the air filter element can be quickly and effectively disassembled and cleaned by the use method, the cleaning efficiency of the air filter element can be improved, and the problem of large air inlet resistance is solved; can prolong air filter's life cycle like this, avoid tired in the renew cartridge of change, adopt the design and the operation of tenon fourth of the twelve earthly branches structure simultaneously, can carry out quick effectual damage to single device and change, it is troublesome to reduce the maintenance, also can effectually carry out the device fixed, facilitate the use.
The air filter element is provided with a filter element device, a filter plate device and a joggle joint device, and can be conveniently and quickly mounted and dismounted by combining the use method of the air filter element, so that the air filter element is convenient to dismount and clean, and can be repeatedly used.
