After the first screen plate 5 is used for a long time, the water suction pump 10 can be started again, the water in the left cylinder body 6 is sucked into the water suction pipe 11 by the water suction pump 10 through the water outlet pipe 12, the left first piston 7 is blocked due to the action of the limiting device 22, the water in the water suction pipe 11 is discharged into the box body 8, meanwhile, the water in the right cylinder body 6 is sucked back into the left cylinder body 6 through the transverse pipe 19 and further into the box body 8, the right first piston 7 moves downwards to return to the original position along with the continuous pumping back of the water, the second screen plate 14 is driven to move downwards to be in contact with the bottom in the drainage groove 1, the right first piston 7 moves downwards to be not in contact with the limiting device 22, the left first piston 7 is not blocked by the limiting device 22, the left first piston 7 moves upwards to return to the original position due to the action of the elastic rope 18, and then the first screen plate 5 is driven to move upwards to return to the original position, the operating personnel can clear away the excrement and urine on the first otter board 5, so relapse, can always block the excrement and urine in the water drainage tank 1.
When the right first piston 7 moves upwards, the right first piston 7 moves upwards to contact with the vertical rod 225 to push the right first piston to move upwards, the vertical rod 225 moves upwards to drive the second piston 223 to move upwards, the second piston 223 moves upwards to push the air in the first compression cylinder 222 into the connecting pipe 221, the air in the connecting pipe 221 is discharged into the second compression cylinder 226, the air pushes the third piston 227 to move rightwards, and the third piston 227 moves rightwards to move rightwards to the left cylinder body 6 to block the left first piston 7. When the water pump 10 pumps the water in the left cylinder body 6 and the right cylinder body 6 back into the box body 8, the right first piston 7 moves downwards without contacting with the vertical rod 225, when the right first piston 7 moves downwards and returns to the original position, the first piston 7 pulls the vertical rod 225 to move downwards through the pull wire 16, the vertical rod 225 moves downwards to drive the second piston 223 to move downwards, the second piston 223 moves downwards to pump the air in the second compression cylinder 226 back into the first compression cylinder 222 through the connecting pipe 221, the third piston 227 moves leftwards without blocking the left first piston 7, and due to the effect of the elastic rope 18, the left first piston 7 moves upwards and returns to the original position, and the first mesh plate 5 is driven to move upwards.
After the long-time of second otter board 14, and when removing to water drainage tank 1 top, second otter board 14 and brush board 234 contact, can start cylinder 235, and the telescopic link of cylinder 235 is flexible to drive brush board 234 and is reciprocated, and brush board 234 reciprocates and brushes the excrement and urine on second otter board 14, brushes the back at the excrement and urine on second otter board 14, closes cylinder 235. After the first screen plate 5 is used for a long time and is moved to the upper part of the drainage groove 1, the excrement on the first screen plate 5 can be brushed according to the operation. Therefore, the excrement on the first screen plate 5 and the second screen plate 14 can be cleared without manual operation, and time and labor are saved.
When the water pumping pipe 11 pumps water in the tank 8 into the water outlet pipe 12 through the water pumping pipe 11, air in the tank 8 is pumped into the pipeline 24 through the exhaust pipe 25 and further pumped into the tank 8. When the water is pumped back into the tank 8 by the water pump 10, air in the tank 8 is discharged into the air discharge pipe 25 through the pipe 24, and the air is discharged out through the air discharge pipe 25. Therefore, foreign matters can be prevented from falling into the box body 8 through the through hole 17 to block the water pumping pipe 11.
When the brush plate 234 moves up and down to brush the excrement on the first net plate 5 or the second net plate 14, the valve 28 is opened, the water in the box body 8 is discharged through the drain pipe 27, the water is discharged and sprayed on the brush plate 234, and the brush plate 234 brushes the excrement on the first net plate 5 and the second net plate 14 through the water. When the feces on the first net plate 5 or the second net plate 14 are brushed clean, the valve 28 can be closed. In this manner, the brush plate 234 can be made to brush off the first mesh plate 5 or the second mesh plate 14 more cleanly.
