Abstract
一种远红外电热养生毯及其制备方法,属于床上用品及小家电技术领域。本发明由面状电热材料加工而成,面状电热材料为:采用宽10‑15cm的滌纶膜或布为基材,基材上涂布石墨烯导电油墨层,再在基材宽的方位两边加装呈U型铜箔电极,再将6‑12条基材以宽的方位并排拼装缝合,将各条基材上铜箔电极两端对应进行并联,并接入控制器,再用柔性塑料薄膜和布进行封装,即得产品远红外电热养生毯。该毯用低电压,有防水,防触电、防爆炸、防燃烧的功能,可清洗;耐折叠,折叠千次不受影响;使用温控装置,调节电压即使养生毯温度可调;养生毯发射的远红外线能激活人体细胞,增强细胞活力,起到理疗保健作用。可改善睡眠、消除疲劳、缓解疼痛、促进血液循环、增强新陈代谢,增进人体健康。

一种远红外电热养生毯及其制备方法,属于床上用品及小家电技术领域。
背景技术
市场上广泛使用的传统电热毯,如金属电阻丝电热毯、碳纤维电热毯,一般是由线状电阻丝构成。传统电热毯不能折叠,电阻丝易损坏,使用不当有着火燃烧的危险。传统电热毯使用时常会出现皮肤干燥、口干燥热等问题,使人不舒服。传统金属丝电热毯的电磁场强度为16.69微特斯拉,对人体会有电磁场干扰和影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,提供一种远红外电热养生毯及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:一种远红外电热养生毯,其由面状电热材料加工而成,面状电热材料为:采用宽10-15cm的滌纶膜或布为基材,在基材上涂布石墨烯导电油墨层,再在涂布石墨烯导电油墨层的表面之基材宽的方位的两边加装呈U型铜箔电极,再将6-12条加装铜箔电极的基材以宽的方位并排拼装缝合成为面状电热材料;将各条基材上呈U型铜泊电极两端对应进行并联,并接入控制器,控制器接通电源。控制器上设有低电压转换器,使220V的电压可调控为24-36V,该远红外电热养生毯所用电源为24-36V。用柔性塑料薄膜和布对除控制器外的面状电热材料进行熔融封装,即得产品远红外电热养生毯。
所述远红外电热养生毯的制备方法,步骤为:
(1)涂布:以滌纶膜或布为基材,在基材上涂布石墨烯导电油墨层,石墨烯导电油墨层涂层厚度:10-15μm;然后切割成宽10-15cm的条形基材;
(2)加装电极:再在涂布石墨烯导电油墨层的条形基材表面之宽的方位两边加装呈U型铜箔电极,再将6-12条加装铜箔电极的基材以宽的方位并排拼装缝合,使成面状电热材料;
(3)接通电路:将各条基材上呈U型铜箔电极两端对应进行并联,并接入控制器;控制器上设有低电压转换器,控制器接通电源,使220V的电压可调控为24-36V,在24-36V范围调控电压,即可调控电热养生毯的温度;其功率要求:300-400W/m2;
(4)封装:用柔性塑料薄膜和布对除控制器外的面状电热材料进行熔融封装,即得产品远红外电热养生毯。封装后使远红外电热养生毯表面如有污渍,即可进行擦拭,能耐湿。
本发明的有益效果:是由目前最先进的面状电热材料加工而成,使用24-36V安全电压。经中国计量科学研究院测试,电热转换效率达到98%,比传统金属电阻丝电热毯电热转换效率提高了40%以上,节能显著。耐折叠,安全性好。远红外电热养生毯发热体像布一样柔软坚韧。试验阶段,将发热体对折1000次以上,发热性能不变,安全可靠,可放心使用。远红外电热养生毯使用时不会产生上述问题,舒适感强,像晒太阳一样温暖舒适。远红外电热养生毯磁场强度为1.4微特斯拉(μT),我国国标暂定电磁场强度为4μT,符合人体对电磁场强度的要求。远红外电热养生毯发热体产生的远红外线主要波长在4-15μm(详见远红外线图谱)。人体也是一个远红外线发射体,其远红外线主体波长为6-15μm。科学研究表明,远红外线能深入皮肤4 -5cm,远红外电热养生毯发射的远红外线与人体细胞发射的远红外线可产生共振,从而激活人体细胞,增强细胞活力,起到理疗保健作用。可改善睡眠、消除疲劳、缓解疼痛、促进血液循环、增强新陈代谢,增进人体健康。

具体实施方式
实施例1远红外电热养生毯的制备方法,步骤为:
(1)采用宽10-15cm的滌纶膜或布为基材1,在基材1上涂布石墨烯导电油墨层2,石墨烯导电油墨层2涂层厚度:10-15μm;石墨烯导电油墨从深圳千叶科技公司购得;
(2)再在涂装石墨烯导电油墨层2的基材表面之宽的方位两边加装(缝合或粘贴)呈U型铜箔电极3,再将6-12条加装铜箔电极的基材以宽的方位并排拼装缝合,使成面状电热材料;
(3)将各条基材上呈U型铜箔电极两端对应进行并联,并接入控制器4;控制器4接通电源,控制器4上设有低电压转换器,使220V的电压可调控为24-36V,在24-36V范围调控电压,即可调控电热养生毯的温度;其功率要求:300-400W/m2;
(4)封装:用柔性塑料薄膜和布对除控制器外的面状电热材料进行熔融封装,即得产品远红外电热养生毯。
远红外电热养生毯的外形尺寸可为150×200cm2,180×200cm2,或特定的尺寸。
实施例2远红外电热养生毯的使用
远红外电热养生毯发热体产生的远红外线主要波长在4-15μm(详见远红外线图谱)。人体也是一个远红外线发射体,其远红外线主体波长为6-15μm。科学研究表明,远红外线能深入皮肤4-5cm,远红外电热养生毯发射的远红外线与人体细胞发射的远红外线可产生共振,从而激活人体细胞,增强细胞活力,起到理疗保健作用。可改善睡眠、消除疲劳、缓解疼痛、促进血液循环、增强新陈代谢,增进人体健康。
使用方法:
将远红外电热养生毯平整铺放在具有保温功能的床垫上,在养生毯上铺床单或毛巾被,最好不要铺放羊毛毯、棉毯等较厚的物件,否则会阻挡远红外线,不能充分发挥养生毯的远红外功能。盖上被子,通电加热,将温控器上的温度指示档调到自己感到舒适的档位即可。
适用范围:
民用和军用均可,如日常家用、野外施工、旅行、地震救援等。
禁用范围:
严重的高血压、冠心病、出血性疾病患者禁用。
使用电源:
家用的话使用220V民用电源即可。野外使用可采用24V/15Ah的聚合物锂电池组或可移动的小型发电机等。
清洗和贮存:
远红外电热养生毯制造时进行了防潮处理,如小孩尿床可用刷子刷洗、晒干和烘干,不使用时请折好装袋存放。
Claims (2)
1.一种远红外电热养生毯,其特征在于由面状电热材料加工而成,面状电热材料为:采用宽10-15cm的滌纶膜或布为基材(1),在基材上涂布石墨烯导电油墨层(2),再在涂布石墨烯导电油墨层(2)的基材表面之宽的方位的两边加装呈U型铜箔电极(3),再将6-12条加装铜箔电极(3)的基材以宽的方位并排拼装缝合成为面状电热材料;将各条基材上呈U型铜箔电极(3)两端对应进行并联,并接入控制器(4);控制器(4)接通电源,控制器(4)上设有低电压转换器,使220V的电压调控为24-36V,该远红外电热养生毯所用电压为24-36V;用柔性塑料薄膜和布对除控制器(4)外的面状电热材料进行熔融封装,即得产品远红外电热养生毯。
2.权利要求1所述远红外电热养生毯的制备方法,其特征在于步骤为:
(1)涂布:以滌纶膜或布为基材,在基材上涂布石墨烯导电油墨层,石墨烯导电油墨层涂层厚度:10-15μm;然后切割成宽10-15cm的条形基材;
(2)加装电极:再在涂布石墨烯导电油墨层的条形基材表面之宽的方位两边加装呈U型铜箔电极,再将6-12条加装铜箔电极的基材以宽的方位并排拼装缝合,使成面状电热材料;
(3)接通电路:将各条基材上呈U型铜箔电极两端对应进行并联,并接入控制器;控制器上设有低电压转换器,控制器接通电源,使220V的电压调控为24-36V,在24-36V范围调控电压即可调控电热养生毯的温度;其功率要求:300-400W/m2;
(4)封装:用柔性塑料薄膜和布对除控制器外的面状电热材料进行熔融封装,即得产品远红外电热养生毯。
