Abstract
本发明公开一种远红外热疗沙床,包括依次拼接在一起的床头、床身和床尾;所述床身横截面呈倒梯形;包括依次叠加复合而成的不锈钢方通主梁框架、密封焊接于该主梁框架承重传热的不锈钢板、云母加热板、保温隔热板、外壁装饰层;床头与床尾均设有可与床身耦合的开口,所述床头上设有温控装置,该温控装置采用单片机控制可控硅过零触发来控制输出功率,并与云母加热板电性连接。本发明提供了一种结构简单、组织牢靠、便于拆卸、包装、运输、搬运及现场安装的热疗沙床;采用智能温控系统,结合床体构造能有效快速加热,并自动持续保温,还可根据人体耐受程度设置加热和保温的温度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健、理疗产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种能释放远红外光波的热疗沙床。
背景技术
现代人的生活作息和工作方式发生了巨大的改变,由于长期在空调下工作和休息,长时间不见阳光,加之伴随的缺少运动、不良饮食习惯以及作息时间颠倒、紊乱等因素,以致人体微循环系统处于闭塞状态,从而导致肾脏严重超负荷运转,长期积累将引发多种疑难杂症,随着年龄的增长造成疾病缠身。通过天然沙石在受热时释放出远红外线,能加速人体内的血液循环,增强人体排汗、排毒等功效,促进人体内的新陈代谢,提高人体免疫系统,从而恢复人体健康。
目前全国只有新疆吐鲁番天然露天沙场可以进行热沙理疗,然而,新疆天然沙场受制于地理位置、自然环境的影响,昼夜温差大,达到适合人体理疗沙堆温度需要经过长时间日晒。因沙子转热慢等特性,沙堆表层已经达到高温时,而沙表下层温度越深越低,制造人体模型沙坑时需要人工混合搅拌才能覆盖人体,否则很有可能造成人体上部局部灼伤,而背部有受“凉”的感觉,因而未能达到人体均匀热沙理疗效果。既无法满足更多全国各地消费者需求;也达不到真正理疗和长期养生目的。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种远红外热疗沙床。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种远红外热疗沙床,包括依次拼接在一起的床头、床身和床尾;所述床身横截面呈倒梯形,包括依次叠加复合而成的不锈钢方通主梁框架、密封焊接于该主梁框架承重传热的不锈钢板、云母加热板、保温隔热板、外壁装饰层;所述床头和床尾相对放置,床头与床尾的均设有可与床身耦合的开口;所述床头设有温控装置,该温控装置与云母加热板电性连接。
更优地,温控装置包括壳体、按键面板、PCB板、温控探头、加热输出接插部件;所述PCB板设置在壳体内;所述按键面板安装在壳体表面,触控PCB板电性按键;所述PCB板经加热输出插接部件与云母加热板电性连接,所述PCB板与温控探头电性连接;所述PCB板包括微控制单元和控温单元。
更优地,所述控温单元采用温控探头检测床身沙池温度,单片机逻辑运算控制可控硅过零触发来控制输出功率。
更优地,还包括设在顶部的盖板;所述盖板包括依次叠加复合而成的云母加热板层、隔热保温层、外壁装饰层、以及木质固定框架、灭菌紫外灯、排湿风扇,灭菌紫外灯、排湿风扇、云母加热板层与温控装置电性连接。
更优地,所述床头和床尾的底部设有若干万向轮。
更优地,所述床头和床尾的底部设有若干承重脚碗。
本发明中,产品采用床头、床身、床尾三大模块部件、积木方式拼接安装,方便运输,方便快速安装;产品不受地理位置限制、气候条件影响,从而走进千家万户以及遍布全国各地养生会馆,可作为日常理疗、保健设备;产品床身二侧造型采用倒置梯形结构,理疗期间方便护理人员协助埋沙、擦汗、供给温热汤料等服务性工作;在理疗结束后期必须保证2个小时以上休息,所述产品沙池表面垫放一块棉质浴巾持续躺沙休息,避免外出急剧冷热变化造成人体受凉,严重影响人体毛孔收缩,既达不到理疗养生效果,还会出现严重后果。
采用上述方案,本发明提供了一种结构简单,组织牢靠,并方便安装的热疗沙床。本发明采用智能温控系统,结合床体构造能有效快速加热,并自动持续保温。使用时,除了第一次加热过程需要7-8个小时,日后只需要极少电量自动保持沙池温度,这样随时都可以进行热沙理疗,不受昼夜以及天气环境影响;此外,使用者还可以根据个人耐热承受能力适当自由调节沙池温度,保证体验的舒适感。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
参照图1至图5所示,本发明提供一种远红外热疗沙床,包括:依次拼接在一起的床头1、床身2、床尾3和设在顶部的盖板4;所述床身2横截面呈倒梯形;床头1与床尾3的相邻面均设有可与床身2耦合的开口,所述床头1和床尾3的底部设有若干万向轮6和定位承重脚碗7。
该结构能方便拆卸运输以及现场快速安装,安装时只需将床头1、床身2、床尾3依次对应摆放好位置,接好床身2供电快接插头以及温控探头快接插头,再将床身2分别用螺丝锁紧固定在床头1、床尾3的外侧壁上即可拼装完成。本发明中,采用倒梯形横截面的床身2有以下优点:首先,其上开口广,能够方便服务人员工作;其次,该结构更方便与人体贴合,两侧板分担沙子的重量,大大减轻了床身2的压力;最后,该结构与沙子接触面积大,更易加热沙子,在加热时更环保省电。
其中,床身2包括依次叠加复合而成的不锈钢方通主梁框架、密封焊接于该主梁框架承重传热的不锈钢板21、云母加热板22、保温隔热板23、外壁装饰层24。盖板4由图4中的两个拼接组成,两个拼接体交汇处设有公插-母座碰接电性链接;盖板4包括依次叠加复合而成的云母加热板层42、隔热保温层43、外壁装饰层44、以及木质固定框架45、灭菌紫外灯46、排湿风扇47。其中床身,不锈钢板层采用304#不锈钢钢板,并与不锈钢主梁框架密封焊接一次成型;云母加热板层22为加热层,采用6片规格为950*410*1mm-380W云母板拼接而成;保温隔热板层23采用30cm厚度、耐热120°聚氨酯发泡板组合而成;外壁装饰层24采用10cm厚度木板复合而成。
参照图6所示,所述床头1上设有温控装置5,该温控装置5与床身2云母加热板22、盖板4中的云母加热板42和排湿风扇47电性连接。所述温控装置5包括壳体51、按键面板52、PCB板53、温控探头54、加热输出接插部件55;所述PCB板53设置在壳体内;所述按键面板52安装在壳体51表面,触控PCB板53电性按键;所述温控探头54与PCB板53电性连接;所述加热输出接插部件55一端与PCB板53电性连接,另一端连接云母加热板;所述PCB板53包括微控制单元531(MCU)和控温单元532;所述控温单元532采用温控探头检测床身沙池温度,单片机逻辑运算控制可控硅过零触发来控制输出功率。
本发明工作原理:参照图7所示,使用时,可在沙疗床里放入适量沙子,当本发明接通电源时,开机即可给整个沙疗床供电。在按键面板52设置加热温度,可通过微控制单元531给控温单元532设置加热的零界点;在按键面板52上选择加热命令时,按键面板52可将该信息反馈给微控制单元531,微控单元一方面通过温控探头54探知沙子的温度,并将温度信息显示在按键面板52上;另一方面又将加热信息反馈给控温单元532。此时,若沙子的温度低于预设的温度,控温单元532控制加热输出接插部件55输出大功率AC电流;若沙子的温度高于预设的温度,控温单元532控制加热输出接插部件55输出小功率AC电流,这样就能达到控温和保温的目的。
沙体经过云母板80-120℃温度持续7-8个小时的加热之后进入保温状态,沙体像“海绵”一样持续吸收储存热能,并将热能转化成巨量的远红外光波对外进行辐射。此时人体埋入沙体里面,经过沙体自身重量挤压以及大量远红外光波辐射作用,可通过覆盖皮肤上的沙子之间空隙迅速排出大量汗液。进行大约20-30分钟左右埋沙理疗,可获得相当于一个人一周时间阳光浴晒所获得的远红外照射能量。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种结构简单,组织牢靠,并方便安装的热疗沙床。本发明采用智能温控系统,结合床体构造能有效快速加热,并自动持续保温。使用时,除了第一次加热过程需要7-8个小时,日后只需要极少电量自动保持沙池温度,这样就可以随时都可以进行热沙理疗,不受昼夜以及天气环境影响;此外,使用者还可以根据个人耐热承受能力适当自由调节沙池温度,保证体验的舒适感。

1.一种远红外热疗沙床,其特征在于,包括依次拼接在一起的床头、床身和床尾;所述床身横截面呈倒梯形,包括依次叠加复合而成的不锈钢方通主梁框架、密封焊接于该主梁框架承重传热的不锈钢板、云母加热板、保温隔热板、外壁装饰层;所述床头和床尾相对放置,床头与床尾均设有与床身耦合的开口;所述床头设有温控装置,该温控装置并与云母加热板电性连接;还包括设在顶部的盖板;所述盖板包括依次叠加复合而成的云母加热板层、隔热保温层、外壁装饰层、以及木质固定框架、灭菌紫外灯、排湿风扇,灭菌紫外灯、排湿风扇、云母加热板层与温控装置电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远红外热疗沙床,其特征在于,温控装置包括壳体、按键面板、PCB板、温控探头、加热输出接插部件;所述PCB板设置在壳体内,包括微控制单元和控温单元;所述按键面板安装在壳体表面,触控PCB板电性按键;所述PCB板经加热输出插接部件与云母加热板电性连接,所述PCB板与温控探头电性连接;所述PCB板包括微控制单元和控温单元。
