Abstract
The invention discloses a sound generating device module and electronic equipment. The sound generating device module comprises a shell and an electric connecting piece extending out of the shell, a channel for communicating the inside and the outside of the shell is arranged on the side wall of the shell, and one end of the electric connecting piece extends out of the shell through the channel; the part of the bottom of the channel, which is close to the interior of the shell, sinks to form a lower step surface, a glue layer is arranged between the electric connecting piece and the lower step surface, and the electric connecting piece is sealed with the channel; the lower step surface is provided with a sunken glue containing groove, the part of the bottom of the channel, which is close to the outer part of the shell, is an upper step surface, and two sides of the upper step surface are respectively provided with an upward convex baffle plate for clamping the electric connecting piece.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sound-electricity transduction, and particularly relates to a sound generating device module and electronic equipment.
Background
The sound generating device module is an important component in an electronic product and is used for converting an electric signal into an acoustic signal. The development trend of electronic product is more and more thin, and in order to realize more functions, components and parts in the electronic product are more and more, and the space that must reserve for the sound generating mechanism module is more and more littleer, and the electronic product more and more pays attention to user's music experience, consequently requires the sound generating mechanism module to have better tone quality.
The sound generating device module is used as an electroacoustic device, and when the sound generating device module is applied to an electronic product, the sound generating device module is also required to be connected with other components in the electronic product, for example, the sound generating device module is applied to a mobile phone, and is connected with a microphone in the mobile phone through a flexible circuit board. This makes it necessary to connect the exterior through the housing of the sound generator module using electrical connections. During assembly, the electric connecting piece is fixed and sealed at the opening of the shell through glue, but in the actual assembly process, the glue is easily extruded from the opening, the extruded glue can affect the aesthetic property of the product, and the assembly of the sound generating device module in the electronic equipment can be affected.
Therefore, there is a need for an improved sound generator module.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a new technical scheme of a sound generating device module.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sound generating device module, comprising a housing and an electrical connector extending out of the housing, wherein a channel communicating the inside and the outside of the housing is formed on a side wall of the housing, and one end of the electrical connector extends out of the housing through the channel; the part of the bottom of the channel, which is close to the interior of the shell, sinks to form a lower step surface, a glue layer is arranged between the electric connecting piece and the lower step surface, and the electric connecting piece is sealed with the channel; the lower step surface is provided with a sunken glue containing groove, the part of the bottom of the channel, which is close to the outer part of the shell, is an upper step surface, and two sides of the upper step surface are respectively provided with an upward convex baffle plate for clamping the electric connecting piece.
Optionally, the electrical connector is a flexible circuit board.

It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
The present disclosure provides a sound generator module, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-6, comprising a housing 1 and an electrical connector 3. A vibration system (not shown) is accommodated in the housing 1. The electrical connection 3 is electrically connected to the vibration system. The side wall of the housing 1 has a passage 11 communicating the inside and outside of the housing 1. One end of the electrical connector 3 protrudes outside the housing 1 through the passage 11. The electrical connector 3 passes through the housing 1 through the bottom of the channel 11 for electrical connection with a structure outside the housing 1.
The portion of the bottom of the channel 11 adjacent the interior of the housing is recessed to form a lower step surface 13. A glue layer is arranged between the electric connecting piece 3 and the lower step surface 13 and used for fixing the electric connecting piece 3, playing a role in sealing and preventing sound leakage. The electrical connector 3 is sealed from the channel 11. The lower step surface 13 is provided with a sunken glue containing groove 15. The glue accommodating groove 15 is used for providing a buffer accommodating area during gluing so as to reduce glue overflow after assembly; the contact area of the colloid and the shell 1 can be increased, and the stability of the electric connector 3 is improved.
The bottom of the channel 11 near the outside of the housing 1 is an upper step surface 12. The upper step surface 12 is higher than the lower step surface 13. Two sides of the upper step surface 12 are respectively provided with a baffle plate 14 protruding upwards. The two baffles 14 sandwich the electrical connector 3, i.e. the distance between the two baffles 14 is equal to the width of the electrical connection 3, or slightly smaller than the width of the electrical connection 3, increasing the robustness of the assembly of the electrical connector 3. The width of the channel 11 is larger than the electrical connector 2, so that the gap between the electrical connector 3 and the two sides of the channel 11 can be used to accommodate the overflowing part of the glue. The baffles 14 seal the sides of the channel 11 at the bottom to prevent the glue overflow from the assembly from flowing out of the housing 1 along the sides of the channel 11, which can affect the aesthetics of the product and the assembly with other components. The glue between the electrical connector 3 and the two sides of the channel 11 can further increase the stability of the electrical connector 3 after assembly.
The size of the sound generating device module in the prior art is usually not more than 3cm multiplied by 3cm, in order to increase the volume of the sound cavity as much as possible, the thickness of the side wall is only in the range of about 1mm, so that the local glue amount during gluing is difficult to control accurately and easy to accumulate, and the overflow glue generated after press fitting and assembling is difficult to control effectively the overflow direction. Through the design of the glue containing groove 15, the local volume of the glue joint of the electric connecting piece 3 is improved without reducing the lower step surface 13, the lower step surface can be used for better supporting the electric connecting piece 3, and the stability and the sealing property of the electric connecting piece 3 and the lower step surface 13 in the existing assembly process are ensured; and combine with the baffle 14 of exit, changed the flow direction of excessive glue, excessive glue also can continue to overflow to the top of electric connector 3 along the radial direction of passageway after being hindered by baffle 14, reaches the take the altitude just can continue to overflow along the axial to the outside, has increased the excessive glue holding capacity of exit direction to the effectual influence that brings of colloid overflow.
In some embodiments, the electrical connector 3 may be a flexible circuit board, or other electrical connection lines.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the housing 1 comprises a first shell 2 and a second shell 4 that snap into each other, forming a cavity that houses the vibrating assembly. The first housing 2 has a first housing wall 21. The second shell 4 can be directly buckled with the first shell wall 21 to form a cavity, wherein the first shell wall 21 is the side wall of the shell 1; the second housing 4 may have an opposite second wall that interfaces with the first wall 21 to form a side wall of the housing 1, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2-4, the inside of the first housing wall 21 is provided with a glue application station 23 that is lower than the end face of the first housing wall 21. A glue layer is formed on the glue application table 23. The bottom of passageway 11 sets up on first conch wall 21 and rubber coating platform 23, and electric connector 3 stretches out shell 1 through rubber coating platform 23 and first conch wall 21, is convenient for do not have the top to shelter from before the lock assemble and fix electric connector 3, also is convenient for later stage assembly to fix through the pressfitting and seal.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the second casing 4 is pressed on the glue spreading table 23 and is fastened with the first casing 2 to form the housing 1. In other embodiments, the cover may also cover the end surface of the first housing wall 21, which is not limited in this application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the electrical connector 3 is disposed on an inner surface of the first housing 2, and is bent along the first housing wall 21.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 6, a first groove 22 is provided on an end surface of the first housing wall 21, and a bottom of the first groove 22 is an upper step surface 12 of the bottom. The end surface of the gluing table 23 is provided with a second groove 24, and the bottom of the second groove 24 is a lower step surface 13 at the bottom. The first groove 22 and the second groove 24 are parts forming the channel 11, penetrate through two sides of the first shell wall 21, and position assembly is carried out on the electric connecting piece 3 through the side wall limit of the first groove 22 and the second groove 24, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced.
Further, electric connector 3 is by 4 pressfittings of second casing on rubber coating platform 23, and electric connector 3 and the terminal surface parallel and level of rubber coating platform 23 can make the fixed connection face of second casing 4 more level, reduce the assembly degree of difficulty, reduce the fashioned degree of difficulty of second casing 4.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the distance between the opposite sidewalls of the second groove 24 is greater than the distance between the opposite sidewalls of the first groove 22, so as to increase the volume of the glue, facilitate the glue to overflow around, and reduce the overflow amount toward the baffle.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the width of the glue containing groove 15 is greater than that of the electric connecting piece 3, two ends of the glue containing groove 15 are located on two sides of the electric connecting piece 3 and correspond to the position of the baffle 14, the glue containing groove is used for receiving glue at the position corresponding to the baffle 14 on the lower step surface 12, the position corresponding to the baffle 14 is close to the side wall of the second groove 24, the flow rate of glue at the position is high under the action of gravity in the gluing process, glue is easy to accumulate, two ends of the glue containing groove 15 are connected with glue at the position corresponding to the baffle 14 on the lower step surface 12, accumulation of glue at the position can be reduced, and the glue overflow amount towards the direction of the baffle 14 is reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, an included angle between a side wall of the second groove 24 and a bottom of the second groove 24 is greater than 90 °, and the side wall of the second groove 24 is obliquely arranged on the glue spreading table 23, so that glue is coherent when the glue is spread on the glue spreading table 23, and good sealing performance is achieved after assembly.
In some embodiments, with reference to fig. 3, the circular arc transition of the side wall of the second groove 24 and the end surface of the glue spreading table 23, or/and the circular arc transition of the side wall of the second groove 24 and the groove bottom of the second groove 24, facilitates the consistency of glue during glue spreading on the glue spreading table 23, and achieves good sealing performance after assembly.
In some embodiments, the baffle 14 may be integrally formed with the housing 1; alternatively, the baffle 14 may be fixedly attached to the upper interface 12 by means of pre-bonding, heat-melting, or the like, which is not limited in this application.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure further provides an electronic device including the above sound generating device module.
Furthermore, the electronic equipment also comprises components such as a microphone, and the electric connecting piece of the sound generating device module is electrically connected with the components such as the microphone.

The sound generating device module according to claim 3, wherein a first groove is formed in the end surface of the first housing wall, the bottom of the first groove is the upper step surface, a second groove is formed in the end surface of the glue coating table, and the bottom of the second groove is the lower step surface.
5. The sound generating device module as claimed in claim 4, wherein the electrical connector is press-fitted on the glue-coated stage by the second housing, and the electrical connector is flush with an end surface of the glue-coated stage.
6. The sound generator module of claim 4, wherein the spacing between opposing sidewalls of said second cavity is greater than the spacing between opposing sidewalls of said first cavity.
7. The acoustic device module of claim 4, wherein the glue receiving slot has a width greater than a width of the electrical connector, and two ends of the glue receiving slot are located on two sides of the electrical connector.
8. The sound generating device module according to claim 6, wherein an included angle between the side wall of the second groove and the bottom of the second groove is greater than 90 °, and the side wall of the second groove is obliquely arranged on the glue spreading table.
9. The sound generating device module according to claim 6, wherein the side wall of the second groove is in arc transition with the end surface of the glue spreading table, or/and the side wall of the second groove is in arc transition with the groove bottom of the second groove.
10. The sound generator module of claim 1, wherein the bezel is integrally formed with the housing; or the baffle is arranged on the upper step surface.
11. An electronic device comprising the sound generating device module according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
