The Processing module 12 may correspond to a processor of the terminal, where the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits that implement the embodiments of the present Application. The terminal may further include a memory for storing instruction codes, and the processor calls the instruction codes of the memory to control the receiving module 11 and the sending module 13 in the embodiment of the present application to perform the above operations.
It should be noted that the sending module 23 in the embodiment of the present application may correspond to a sender of a storage system, and may also correspond to a transceiver of the storage system. The receiving module 21 may correspond to a receiver of the storage system, and may also correspond to a transceiver of the storage system. The processing module 22 may correspond to a processor of a memory system, where the processor may be a CPU, or an ASIC, or one or more integrated circuits that implement embodiments of the present application. The storage system may further include a memory for storing instruction codes, and the processor calls the instruction codes of the memory to control the receiving module 21 and the sending module 23 in the embodiment of the present application to perform the above operations.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a maintenance system of a storage system, and a specific structure of the maintenance system may refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, where a terminal may adopt the structure of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and a storage system may adopt the structure of the embodiment shown in fig. 5, and accordingly, a technical solution of any one of the method embodiments in fig. 2 to fig. 3 may be implemented, and an implementation principle and a technical effect thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (13)

1. A method of maintaining a storage system, comprising:
receiving an identification of a maintenance event input by a user;
pushing information of an implementation mode of the maintenance event corresponding to the identifier to the user according to the identifier of the maintenance event, wherein the implementation mode of the maintenance event comprises at least one maintenance operation, and the information of the at least one maintenance operation is used for the user to execute the maintenance operation on a storage system according to the information so as to complete the maintenance event;
sending a maintenance operation monitoring notification message corresponding to each maintenance operation to the storage system, wherein each maintenance operation monitoring notification message is used for the storage system to start monitoring the maintenance operation according to the notification message;
receiving a result of each maintenance operation returned by the storage system;
and determining that the user correctly completes the maintenance event according to the result of each maintenance operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining that the user completed the maintenance event correctly based on the results of each maintenance operation comprises:
generating alarm information according to the maintenance operation result, wherein the alarm information comprises at least one of maintenance operation error indication information and maintenance operation risk prompt information;
and pushing the alarm information to the user, wherein the alarm information is used for indicating the user to correct the maintenance operation according to the alarm information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
monitoring whether the maintenance event is executed completely;
if the execution of the maintenance event is finished, determining the association event of the maintenance event according to the association relationship of the maintenance event;
pushing information of an implementation of the associated event to the user.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein prior to receiving the user-entered identification of the maintenance event, the method further comprises:
and sending the identity information of the user to a storage system, wherein the identity information is used for the storage system to execute a user identity verification process.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the information of the at least one maintenance operation comprises any one or a combination of text, pictures, audio and video.
6. A method of maintaining a storage system, comprising:
receiving a maintenance operation monitoring notification message corresponding to the maintenance operation sent by the terminal;
starting to monitor the maintenance operation according to the maintenance operation monitoring notification message;
and sending a maintenance operation result to the terminal, wherein the maintenance operation result is used for the terminal to determine that the user correctly completes the maintenance event according to the result.
7. A terminal, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the maintenance event identification input by a user;
a processing module, configured to push, to the user, information of an implementation manner of the maintenance event corresponding to the identifier according to the identifier of the maintenance event, where the implementation manner of the maintenance event includes at least one maintenance operation, and the information of the at least one maintenance operation is used for the user to perform the maintenance operation on a storage system according to the information, so as to complete the maintenance event;
a sending module, configured to send a maintenance operation monitoring notification message corresponding to each maintenance operation to the storage system, where each maintenance operation monitoring notification message is used for the storage system to start monitoring the maintenance operation according to the notification message;
the receiving module is further configured to receive a result of each maintenance operation returned by the storage system;
and the processing module is also used for determining that the user correctly completes the maintenance event according to the result of each maintenance operation.
8. The terminal of claim 7, wherein the processing module is configured to determine that the user completed the maintenance event correctly according to a result of each maintenance operation, and comprises:
generating alarm information according to the maintenance operation result, wherein the alarm information comprises at least one of maintenance operation error indication information and maintenance operation risk prompt information;
and pushing the alarm information to the user, wherein the alarm information is used for indicating the user to correct the maintenance operation according to the alarm information.
9. The terminal of claim 7, wherein the processing module is further configured to: monitoring whether the maintenance event is executed completely; if the execution of the maintenance event is finished, determining the association event of the maintenance event according to the association relationship of the maintenance event; pushing information of an implementation of the associated event to the user.
10. The terminal according to any of claims 7 to 9, wherein the sending module is further configured to:
and sending the identity information of the user to a storage system, wherein the identity information is used for the storage system to execute a user identity verification process.
11. The terminal according to any of claims 7 to 9, wherein the information of the at least one maintenance operation comprises any one or a combination of text, pictures, audio and video.
12. A storage system, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a maintenance operation monitoring notification message corresponding to the maintenance operation sent by the terminal;
the processing module is used for starting to monitor the maintenance operation according to the maintenance operation monitoring notification message;
and the sending module is used for sending a maintenance operation result to the terminal, and the maintenance operation result is used for the terminal to determine that the user correctly completes the maintenance event according to the result.
13. A maintenance system for a storage system, comprising a terminal according to any one of claims 7 to 11 and a storage system according to claim 12.
