Background
As an energizing wire for connection, it is generally necessary to peel off a protective cover of a wire head to expose a metal wire inside to obtain a connection wire head, and to connect the connection wire head to an external electric appliance or an external electric wire.
At present, the wires on the market are various, some thin and soft wires are generally thinner and softer, in some cases, when the wires are connected to thicker binding posts, the connecting heads are required to be longer or the reserved wire heads are longer, the thin and soft long wire heads are easy to break through conventional wire stripping pliers, the wire stripping efficiency is low, and some wire stripping mechanisms suitable for thick and hard wires are not suitable for stripping thin and soft wires. There is a need for a stripping device that is specially adapted for thin flexible wires and that can strip long wire ends.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the manual wire stripping device for the long wire heads of the thin flexible wires, which effectively solves the problem that the thin flexible wires are difficult to strip out the long wire heads in the prior art, has high wire stripping efficiency, cuts off the wire protection skin by rotating the rotating sleeve in the wire stripping process, and self-adaptively adjusts the position of the cutting knife in the cutting process, does not need to manually adjust the feed amount, reduces the labor intensity and greatly improves the working efficiency of workers.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the manual wire stripping device for the long wire head of the thin flexible wire comprises a first fixed sleeve, a second fixed sleeve and a plurality of rotating sleeves, wherein the first fixed sleeve and the second fixed sleeve are used for fixing the wire, the rotating sleeves are arranged between the first fixed sleeve and the second fixed sleeve and are coaxially arranged with each other, the rotating sleeves are sequentially arranged and are adjacent to each other in a rotating manner, the rotating sleeves close to the first fixed sleeve are coaxially arranged and are rotatably connected with the first fixed sleeve, and the first fixed sleeve and the second fixed sleeve are identical in structure, coaxially arranged and are connected through a wire tightening mechanism for tightening the wire; the wire tightening mechanism comprises a stud mounting seat arranged on the outer surface of the first fixed sleeve, a pushing stud arranged in the stud mounting seat and used for pushing the second fixed sleeve to be far away from the first fixed sleeve, a spherical connector arranged at the end part of the pushing stud, a connector connecting seat arranged on the outer surface of the second fixed sleeve, and a connecting groove arranged on the connector connecting seat and matched with the spherical connector; the rotary sleeve comprises a rotary sleeve body, 2 cutter mounting grooves formed in the rotary sleeve body in the radial direction, a rotating shaft arranged in each cutter mounting groove, a cutting knife arranged on each rotating shaft and a self-adjusting pressing mechanism for pressing the cutting knife on an electric wire; the self-adjusting compressing mechanism comprises a pair of compressing heads, a pair of compressing head connecting rods and a pair of connecting rod seats, wherein the compressing heads are used for acting on the corresponding cutting knives, the compressing head connecting rods are used for installing the corresponding compressing heads, the connecting rod seats are arranged on the outer side surfaces of the rotating sleeve body and are used for installing the corresponding compressing head connecting rods, the compressing head connecting rods are hinged to the corresponding connecting rod seats, and the compressing head connecting rods are connected through a tensioning spring penetrating through the rotating sleeve body; the rotating sleeve body is provided with a spring penetrating channel.

Preferably, the first fixing sleeve comprises a sleeve body, a plurality of flexible expansion blocks which are annularly distributed in the inner wall of the sleeve body and used for compressing the electric wire, and a screwing driving sleeve for controlling the expansion action of the flexible expansion blocks, wherein the screwing driving sleeve and the flexible expansion blocks are respectively provided with an interactive inclined pressing surface and an inclined pressing surface, and the outer surface of the screwing driving sleeve and the inner wall of the sleeve body are respectively provided with external threads and internal threads which are mutually matched. The fixing sleeve is controlled to be screwed into the driving sleeve to deform the flexible expansion block and expand the electric wire, so that the operation is convenient, and the wire stripping efficiency is high.
Preferably, the end face of the second fixing sleeve, which is opposite to the rotating sleeve, is provided with a plurality of guide grooves which are annularly distributed; a plurality of guide rods matched with the corresponding guide grooves are arranged on the rotating sleeve close to the second fixed sleeve. The setting makes the tensioning effect of the wire tensioning mechanism better, and is favorable for providing wire stripping efficiency.
Preferably, the pressing head is a stud, and the connecting rod of the pressing head is provided with a stud connecting hole with internal threads. According to the arrangement, under the condition that the cutting blade is worn, the stud can be screwed in manually, so that a certain compensation is achieved on the compacting effect, and the cutting efficiency is further guaranteed.
Preferably, a spanner part is arranged at the end part of the pressing head. This setting, the purpose is that it is more convenient to make the precession of closing head to further improve workman's work efficiency.
Preferably, a spring hook for installing the tensioning spring is arranged on the compression head connecting rod; the rotating sleeve body is provided with an auxiliary hook which is arranged corresponding to the spring hook. Preferably, the cutter mounting groove comprises a first radial surface and a second radial surface, and the cutter head seat comprises an arc rolling surface in rolling contact with the first radial surface. This setting increases the deformability of pivot, indirectly guarantees the cutting effect.
Preferably, the manual wire stripping device further comprises a cutting prevention transition structure for limiting the rotation angle of the cutting knife to prevent cutting transition; the anti-cutting transition structure comprises a limiting groove arranged on the second radial surface and a limiting block arranged on the tool bit seat and used for acting with the limiting groove. This setting, through the interact of spacing groove and stopper, can prevent that the cutting knife from rotating the transition, just prevent also that the inside metal of electric wire from leading to cut off or the incised wound, further guaranteed better cutting effect.
Preferably, the first fixed sleeve and the rotating sleeve and the adjacent rotating sleeves are connected through a rotary connecting structure; the rotary connecting structure comprises an annular rotary groove and a plurality of rotary blocks limited in the rotary groove.
Preferably, the rotary groove is formed on the end face of the sleeve body or the end face of the rotary sleeve body.
In summary, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the problem that the thin and flexible electric wire in the prior art is difficult to strip out the long wire head is effectively solved, wire stripping efficiency is high, the electric wire protective skin is cut off through the rotary sleeve in the wire stripping process, the cutting knife is self-adaptively adjusted in the cutting process, the feeding amount is not required to be manually adjusted, labor intensity is reduced, and working efficiency of workers is greatly improved.

The invention will be further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
1, as shown in fig. 1-7, a manual wire stripping device for a long wire head of a thin flexible wire comprises a first fixing sleeve 11, a second fixing sleeve 15, a plurality of rotating sleeves 12 arranged between the first fixing sleeve 11 and the second fixing sleeve 15 and coaxial with each other, wherein the rotating sleeves 12 are sequentially arranged and are adjacent to each other, the rotating sleeves 12 close to the first fixing sleeve 11 are coaxially arranged and rotationally connected with the first fixing sleeve 11, and the first fixing sleeve 11 and the second fixing sleeve 15 are identical in structure, coaxially arranged and connected through a wire tightening mechanism 16 for tightening the wire; the wire tightening mechanism 16 comprises a stud mounting seat 161 arranged on the outer surface of the first fixing sleeve 11, a pushing stud 162 arranged in the stud mounting seat 161 and used for pushing the second fixing sleeve 15 so as to enable the second fixing sleeve 15 to be far away from the first fixing sleeve 11, a spherical connector 163 arranged at the end part of the pushing stud 162, a connector connecting seat 164 arranged on the outer surface of the second fixing sleeve 15, and a connecting groove 165 arranged on the connector connecting seat 164 and matched with the spherical connector 163; the rotary sleeve 12 comprises a rotary sleeve body 121, 2 cutter mounting grooves 122 radially formed in the rotary sleeve body 121, a rotary shaft 123 arranged in each cutter mounting groove 122, a cutting knife 124 arranged on each rotary shaft 123, and a self-adjusting pressing mechanism 125 for pressing the cutting knife 124 on an electric wire, wherein the central axis of the rotary shaft 123 is parallel to the central axis of the rotary sleeve body 121; the self-adjusting pressing mechanism 125 includes a pair of pressing heads 1251 for acting on the respective cutting blades 124, a pair of pressing head links 1252 for mounting the respective pressing heads 1251, a pair of link holders 1253 provided on the outer side surface of the swivel body 121 for mounting the respective pressing head links 1252, the pressing head links 1252 being hinged to the respective link holders 1253, and the pressing head links 1252 being connected by a tension spring 1254 passing through the swivel body 121; the swivel body 121 is provided with a spring passing channel 126.
The wire stripping device in this application, when using, pass first fixed cover 11 with the electric wire, change cover 12, the fixed cover 15 of second, and fix the electric wire of thin soft through first fixed cover 11 and the fixed cover 15 of second, through rotating propulsion double-screw bolt 162 after fixing, make thin soft electric wire to tighten tightly, then, rotate change cover 12 and cut off the electric wire protection skin, and the cutting knife 124 on a plurality of change covers 12 can be with electric wire protection skin axial direction cutting into the multistage, make each section can exert less power pull out, and cut off in-process cutting knife 124 can the self-adaptation adjustment position, need not manual regulation feed volume, be applicable to workman's work efficiency greatly, and two cutting knives 124 cooperation on each change cover 12 realize cutting off the electric wire protection skin, cutting efficiency is high, whole wire stripping efficiency is higher, effectively solve the problem that thin soft electric wire stripping is long line head difficulty.
Preferably, the first fixing sleeve 11 includes a sleeve body 111, a plurality of flexible expansion blocks 112 arranged in the inner wall of the sleeve body 111 and distributed annularly and used for compressing wires, and a screwing driving sleeve 113 for controlling the expansion action of the flexible expansion blocks 112, the screwing driving sleeve 113 and the flexible expansion blocks 112 are respectively provided with an interacted inclined pressing surface 114 and an inclined pressing surface 115, and the outer surface of the screwing driving sleeve 113 and the inner wall of the sleeve body 111 are respectively provided with external threads and internal threads which are mutually matched. The fixing sleeve 11 controls the screw-in driving sleeve 113 to deform the flexible expansion block 112 and expand the electric wire, so that the operation is convenient, and the wire stripping efficiency is high.
Preferably, the end surface of the second fixing sleeve 15, which faces the rotating sleeve 12, is provided with a plurality of guide grooves 155 distributed in a ring shape; a plurality of guide bars 156 are provided on the rotating sleeve 12 adjacent to the second fixed sleeve 15 to be engaged with the corresponding guide grooves 155. This arrangement provides a better tightening effect of the wire tightening mechanism 16, which is advantageous in providing wire stripping efficiency.
Preferably, the pressing head 1251 is a stud, and the pressing head connecting rod 1252 is provided with a stud connecting hole with internal threads. According to the arrangement, under the condition that the cutting blade is worn, the stud can be screwed in manually, so that a certain compensation is achieved on the compacting effect, and the cutting efficiency is further guaranteed.
Preferably, a spanner portion is provided at an end of the pressing head 1251. This arrangement aims to make the screwing of the pressing head 1251 more convenient, so as to further improve the work efficiency of the worker.
Preferably, a spring hook 1255 for installing the tension spring 1254 is provided on the compression head link 1252; the swivel body 121 is provided with an auxiliary hook 1256 provided corresponding to the spring hook 1255. This arrangement facilitates the rotation of the cutter 124 out of the cutter mounting groove 122 in the event that the cutting edge is worn, thereby accomplishing the operations of grinding, replacement, etc. of the cutter 124. In use, the tension spring 1254 is unhooked from the spring hanger 1255 and re-hung to the auxiliary hanger 1256.
Preferably, the cutter 124 includes a cutter head holder 1241 connected to the rotating shaft 123, and a cutter head 1242 detachably mounted on the cutter head holder 1241. The tool bit 1242 is detachable, convenient to replace, and beneficial to improving wire stripping efficiency, specifically, the tool bit 1242 can be connected to the tool bit seat 1241 through a screw, the connection position of the tool bit 1242 and the tool bit seat 1241 is determined according to actual conditions, and other forms can be adopted, so that specific limitation is not made here. Preferably, in the 2 cutter mounting grooves 122, the cutter heads 1242 are distributed at 180 degrees, and the arrangement ensures that the cutting efficiency is better and the wire stripping efficiency is high.
Preferably, the tool mounting groove 122 includes a first radial surface 127 and a second radial surface 128, and the tool bit holder 1241 includes an arcuate rolling surface 1432 in rolling contact with the first radial surface 127. Here, the radial surface one 127 and the radial surface two 128 are disposed with respect to the radial direction of the rotor sleeve body 121, and the arc rolling surface 1432 is in rolling contact with the radial surface one 127, so as to increase the deformation resistance of the rotating shaft 123, and indirectly ensure the cutting effect.
Preferably, the manual wire stripping device further includes a cut-preventing transition structure 129 for limiting the rotation angle of the cutter 124 to prevent a cut transition; the anti-cutting transition structure 129 includes a limiting groove 1291 disposed on the second radial surface 128 and a limiting block 1292 disposed on the cutter head seat 1241 and acting with the limiting groove 1291. This setting, through the interact of spacing groove 1291 and stopper 1292, can prevent cutting knife 124 rotation transition, just also prevent to cut off or the incised wound with the inside metal guide of electric wire, further guaranteed better cutting effect. In actual design, a limiting groove 1291 is disposed on each second radial surface 128, and correspondingly, a limiting block 1292 is disposed on each tool bit holder 1241.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the first fixing sleeve 11 and the rotating sleeve 12 and the adjacent rotating sleeves 12 are connected through a rotating connection structure 13; the rotary connection structure 13 includes an annular rotary groove 131, and a plurality of rotary blocks 132 defined in the rotary groove 131. Specifically, when the first fixed sleeve 11 is connected to the rotating sleeve 12, the rotating groove 131 may be formed on the end surface of the sleeve body 111 or may be formed on the end surface of the rotating sleeve body 121; when the adjacent rotating sleeves 12 are connected, the rotating grooves 131 and the rotating blocks 132 are respectively arranged on the end surfaces of the corresponding rotating sleeve bodies 121 of the adjacent rotating sleeves 12. The turning block 132 is T-shaped and is engaged with the turning groove 131.
