Abstract

本发明涉及由芳族聚酰胺微丝制成的抗切割制品。
背景技术
已知可由芳族聚酰胺(聚芳酰胺)纤维来制成抗切割制品。DE29713824中叙述了一种防护手套,其衬里由柔性的芳酰胺纤维组成。WO 9721334中公开了抗刺透复合物,其中芳酰胺纤维纱与聚合物连续体相连接。此材料基本目的在于作为冲击粒子保护的身体防护物,但该文中还叙述了此复合物可用在手套、套袖、鞋等物品中用以抵抗尖锐物体如刀子。由聚(对苯二酸对苯二酯)纱(对芳酰胺纱)制成的手套,如以商品名Twaron安全手套,在市场上有售。
尽管这些制品,特别是手套,适合于许多情况,但是还需要进行改善。此类改善包括更好地抵抗尖锐物品如钉子、刀子等的划擦和切割,而且要提高穿戴舒适性、运动自由性,而高柔度是一直致力于改善的内容。
一种芳族聚酰胺微丝可由例如EP 241,681中得知,其中已公开了由聚芳酰胺微丝制成的制品用作冲击保护结构,这种微丝的纤度为<1.5dtex。但是,由聚芳酰胺微丝制成的制品在抗切割和穿戴舒适性方面具有显著改善了的性能这一点并不为人所知。
发明内容和具体实施方式
现在已发现,与已知制品相比具有改善了的性能的抗切割制品可用芳族聚酰胺(聚芳酰胺)微丝得到。
因此本发明涉及由聚芳酰胺微丝制成的制品,特别是手套、袖套和常用的切割防护服装。纺织品、编织品或针织毛毡都可以应用。可以使用多层以改善性能,并且如果需要,可以加入另外的不同材料层,例如加入金属化材料用于额外的热保护。
芳族聚酰胺(聚芳酰胺)可以是任何芳族聚酰胺,如由一种芳族二胺和一种芳族二酸氯化物聚合而得。更优选对芳族聚酰胺,最优选聚(对苯二酸对苯二酯)(PPD-T),它可由对苯二胺和对苯二酰氯得到。
将芳族聚酰胺用本领域已知的方法纺成微丝,该纺丝纤维可用作循环长丝纱线、牵切纱线或者,更优选,作为以短纤维为基础的细纱。本发明的细纱可用任何适当的纺丝工艺制得,其中可提及的纺丝工艺如:棉、绒布和羊毛环纺丝系统,以及自由端纺丝工艺。如果用常产纤维制造抗切割制品,优选使用长度在38-100mm之间的短纤维。
微丝的纤度为至少1.3dtex(1.3×10-4g/m)或更小,优选等于或小于1.0dtex(10-4g/m)。
本发明的抗切割制品如手套的制造,例如可用芳族聚酰胺微丝所得的纱线编织而成。
本发明的纱线比纤度在1.3dtex(1.3×10-3g/m)以上的对比标准纱线有更大的抗切割性。如果手套用这些微丝制成,则与用标准丝制成的手套相比戴起来更加舒适。用此微丝制成的手套更加柔顺,因而使用者更感舒适。因此这些手套也特别适合于从事精细的工作。
下面的实验进一步说明了本发明。

结论:该微丝纱的最小指标比标准纱线的要大。该微丝纱线的性能一直较好。当根据DIN EN 388性能具有相同值时,标准样品在性能水准较低一端而该微丝样品在性能水准的较高一端。
另外,以微丝编成的织物比用支数为1.7dtex的标准纤维织成的可比织物更加柔软并且手感更好。
此外,对以微丝和标准纤维为基础的细纱的机械性能也已进行了研究。这些细纱根据棉环纺工艺进行生产。由下表可看出,微丝细纱的强度显著提高。我们认为微丝细纱的拉伸强度较高使得由微丝制成的织物抗切割性提高。根据DIN 53362测定柔韧性。柔韧性,表示为弯曲劲度,是手套“抓紧”和柔软性的量度。
