技术领域
本发明是有关于一种阵列基板、触摸显示屏及阵列基板的驱动方法,特别是有关于一种应用在显示屏内部嵌入触控感应器的显示面板的阵列基板、触摸显示屏及阵列基板的驱动方法。
背景技术
目前,将触摸面板功能嵌入到液晶像素中的触摸显示屏,因为有制造材料成本低、更轻薄的优势,越来越受到显示面板制造公司的重视。现有技术中常使用的方式是在薄膜场效应晶体管-薄膜晶体管液晶显示器件(TFT-LCD)显示屏的上方再贴合一层触摸屏,通过触摸屏实现感应触摸的功能,这样显示屏与触摸屏分别驱动并实现各自功能。
如图1所示,为一般显示屏内部嵌入触控感应器(TP full in cell)的显示面板的布线架构,其中每一个子像素单元11是由一栅极线12、一第一数据线13及一第二数据线14围成,而且所述子像素单元11形成有黑色阵列(BlackMatrix,BM),所述黑色阵列具有一水平黑色阵列区15及二垂直黑色阵列区16、17,所述水平黑色阵列区15配置用以供所述栅极线12经过,而且设置有一显示薄膜晶体管18,所述垂直黑色阵列区16、17分别位于所述子像素单元11的相对二侧,而且所述垂直黑色阵列区16、17分别配置用以供所述第一数据线13及所述第二数据线14经过。
如图2所示,为所述显示面板相应的时序控制,其中需要通过多个控制信号,例如:时钟信号(CK1、CK2、CK3、CK4)及选择信号(MUX_R、MUX_G、MUX_B)、来源信号(SOURCE)及公共信号(VCOM),在一显示时段T1及一触控时段T2进行分时控制。随着智能手机及平板的发展的需求,目前智能手机朝着高屏占比、高亮度趋势发展,然而,上述显示面板的高屏占比及亮度仍有待加强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阵列基板、触摸显示屏及阵列基板的驱动方法,利用在每一个子像素单元中,相应的所述第一栅极线、相应的所述第二栅极线、所述薄膜晶体管及所述切换开关排列在所述水平黑矩阵区,相应的所述数据线排列在所述垂直黑矩阵区,节省芯片的数据线而缩减芯片尺寸,同时减少侧边框宽度。
为达成本发明的前述目的,本发明一实施例提供一种阵列基板,所述阵列基板包括多条数据线、多条第一栅极线、多条第二栅极线以及由所述数据线及所述第一栅极线围成的多个子像素单元,所述第二栅极线并列在相应的所述第一栅极线的一侧;其中每一个子像素单元定义有一彩色滤光区、一水平黑矩阵区及一垂直黑矩阵区,所述水平黑矩阵区及所述垂直黑矩阵区分别位于所述彩色滤光区的二相邻侧,所述子像素单元具有一薄膜晶体管及一切换开关,所述薄膜晶体管配置用以电性连接一显示电极及相应的所述第一栅极线,所述切换开关配置用以电性连接一公共电极及相应的所述第二栅极线;在每一个子像素单元中,相应的所述第一栅极线、相应的所述第二栅极线、所述薄膜晶体管及所述切换开关排列在所述水平黑矩阵区,相应的所述数据线排列在所述垂直黑矩阵区。
在本发明的一实施例中,每一个子像素单元还包含一显示电容,电性连接所述薄膜晶体管及相应的所述显示电极。
在本发明的一实施例中,每一个子像素单元还包含一公共电容,电性连接所述切换开关及相应的所述公共电极。
在本发明的一实施例中,在每一个子像素单元中,相应的所述第一栅极线及相应的所述第二栅极线分别排列在所述水平黑矩阵区的相对二侧。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第一栅极线配置用以通过多个高频时脉信号来控制所述第一栅极线的级传输出,所述第二栅极线配置用以通过一全局信号来进行控制,经由切换所述切换开关,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述数据线的一来源信号由一第一时段、一第二时段及一第三时段组成,其中所述第一时段用于所述子像素单元的薄膜晶体管对于所述显示电极的一显示充电,所述第二时段为一触控时段,所述第三时段用于经由切换所述切换开关,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。
为达成本发明的前述目的,本发明一实施例提供一种触摸显示屏,包括本发明实施例提供的所述阵列基板。
为达成本发明的前述目的,本发明一实施例提供一种阵列基板的驱动方法,所述方法包含对所述数据线传送一来源信号,所述来源信号由一第一时段、一第二时段及一第三时段组成,其中所述第一时段用于所述子像素单元的薄膜晶体管的一显示充电,所述第二时段为一触控时段,所述第三时段用于经由切换所述切换开关,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。
在本发明的一实施例中,在所述第一时段及所述第二时段中,所述全局信号为低电平,使得所述第二栅极线上的切换开关同时关闭。
在本发明的一实施例中,在所述第三时段中,所述全局信号为高电平,使得所述第二栅极线上的切换开关同时打开。
如上所述,将所述水平黑矩阵区配置用以供相应的所述第一栅极线以及相应的所述第二栅极线走线,同时将所述薄膜晶体管及所述切换开关设置在所述水平黑矩阵区中,另外将所述垂直黑矩阵区配置用以供相应的数据线2走线,以节省芯片的数据线而缩减芯片尺寸,同时可减少侧边框宽度,进而提升屏占比,使得开口率可大幅度提升,以提高光透过率,达到高亮度目的。

续参照图3所示,所述阵列基板的多条数据线2呈垂直排列,所述阵列基板的多条第一栅极线3及多条第二栅极线4呈水平排列,其中所述阵列基板的多个子像素单元5是由所述数据线2及所述第一栅极线3围绕而成,而且所述第二栅极线4是并列在相应的所述第一栅极线3的一侧。
续参照图3所示,每一个子像素单元5定义有一彩色滤光区51、一水平黑矩阵区52及一垂直黑矩阵区53,其中所述水平黑矩阵区52及所述垂直黑矩阵区53分别位于所述彩色滤光区51的二相邻侧,而且所述子像素单元5具有一薄膜晶体管54、一切换开关55、一显示电极(未绘示)及一公共电极(未绘示),所述子像素单元5的薄膜晶体管54配置用以电性连接所述显示电极及相应的所述第一栅极线3,所述子像素单元5的切换开关55配置用以电性连接所述公共电极及相应的所述第二栅极线4。
在本实施例中,通过所述阵列基板,将触摸感应的显示电极及公共电极以所述子像素单元5为单位进行设置,从而实现了更加高解析度的阵列基板,进而可以实现更加高解析度的触摸显示屏。
续参照图3所示,在每一个子像素单元5中,相应的所述第一栅极线3、相应的所述第二栅极线4、所述薄膜晶体管54及所述切换开关55排列在所述水平黑矩阵区52,相应的所述数据线2排列在所述垂直黑矩阵区53。
续参照图3所示,在本实施例中,每一个子像素单元5还包含一显示电容56及一公共电容57,其中所述显示电容56电性连接所述薄膜晶体管54及相应的所述显示电极,所述公共电容57电性连接所述切换开关55及相应的所述公共电极。另外,在每一个子像素单元5中,相应的所述第一栅极线3以及相应的所述第二栅极线4分别排列在所述水平黑矩阵区52的相对二侧。
续参照图3所示,在本实施例中,所述第一栅极线3配置用以通过多个高频时脉信号来控制所述第一栅极线3的级传输出,另外,所述第二栅极线4配置用以通过一全局信号来进行控制,经由切换所述切换开关55,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。
续参照图3所示,在本实施例中,所述数据线2的一来源信号是由一第一时段、一第二时段及一第三时段组成,其中所述第一时段用于所述子像素单元5的薄膜晶体管54对于所述显示电极的一显示充电,所述第二时段为一触控时段,所述第三时段用于经由切换所述切换开关55,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。
另外,本发明一实施例提供的一种触摸显示屏,包括相对设置的上基板及下基板(未绘示),还包括设置在所述下基板及/或所述上基板上的公共电极,所述公共电极与每一子像素单元一一对应且用于指纹识别。
要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的指纹识别利用自电容的原理,在有用户手指靠近感应电极时,由于手指皮肤表面具有凹凸不平的脊和谷,因此皮肤表面各点距离各感应电极的远近也不同,从而影响了感应电极与公共电极的电容值,造成在感应电极上的指纹识别信号充电时间延长,通过检测在手指碰触到感应电极的过程中,每个时刻各感应电极接收到的信号大小差异,就可以检测出对应手指由脊和谷构成的指纹二维图样,从而实现指纹识别。
通过上述的设计,将所述水平黑矩阵区52配置用以供相应的所述第一栅极线3以及相应的所述第二栅极线4走线,同时将所述薄膜晶体管54及所述切换开关55设置在所述水平黑矩阵区52中,另外将所述垂直黑矩阵区53配置用以供相应的数据线2走线,以节省芯片的数据线而缩减芯片尺寸,同时可减少侧边框宽度,进而提升屏占比,使得开口率可大幅度提升,以提高光透过率,达到高亮度目的。
配合参照图3及4所示,本发明提供一种阵列基板的驱动方法,所述方法包含对所述数据线2传送一来源信号,所述来源信号由一第一时段T1、一第二时段T2及一第三时段T3组成,其中所述第一时段T1用于所述子像素单元的薄膜晶体管的一显示充电,也就是显示时段,所述第二时段T2为一触控时段,所述第三时段T3用于经由切换所述切换开关55,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。在本实施例中,在所述第一时段T1及所述第二时段T2中,所述全局信号为低电平,使得所述第二栅极线4上的多个切换开关55同时关闭。另外,在所述第三时段T3中,所述全局信号为高电平,使得所述第二栅极线4上的多个切换开关同时打开。
如上所述,本发明阵列基板的驱动方法,可实现三种时序控制,以满足显示及触控的要求。另外,将所述水平黑矩阵区52配置用以供相应的所述第一栅极线3以及相应的所述第二栅极线4走线,同时将所述薄膜晶体管54及所述切换开关55设置在所述水平黑矩阵区52中,另外将所述垂直黑矩阵区53配置用以供相应的数据线2走线,以节省芯片的数据线而缩减芯片尺寸,同时可减少侧边框宽度,进而提升屏占比,使得开口率可大幅度提升,以提高光透过率,达到高亮度目的。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述,然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明的范例。必需指出的是,已公开的实施例并未限制本发明的范围。相反地,包含于权利要求书的精神及范围的修改及均等设置均包括于本发明的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种阵列基板,其特征在于:所述阵列基板包括多条数据线、多条第一栅极线、多条第二栅极线以及由所述数据线及所述第一栅极线围成的多个子像素单元,所述第二栅极线并列在相应的所述第一栅极线的一侧;
其中每一个子像素单元定义有一彩色滤光区、一水平黑矩阵区及一垂直黑矩阵区,所述水平黑矩阵区及所述垂直黑矩阵区分别位于所述彩色滤光区的二相邻侧,所述子像素单元具有一薄膜晶体管及一切换开关,所述薄膜晶体管配置用以电性连接一显示电极及相应的所述第一栅极线,所述切换开关配置用以电性连接一公共电极及相应的所述第二栅极线;
在每一个子像素单元中,相应的所述第一栅极线、相应的所述第二栅极线、所述薄膜晶体管及所述切换开关排列在所述水平黑矩阵区,相应的所述数据线排列在所述垂直黑矩阵区。
2.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于:每一个子像素单元还包含一显示电容,电性连接所述薄膜晶体管及相应的所述显示电极。
3.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于:每一个子像素单元还包含一公共电容,电性连接所述切换开关及相应的所述公共电极。
4.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于:在每一个子像素单元中,相应的所述第一栅极线及相应的所述第二栅极线分别排列在所述水平黑矩阵区的相对二侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于:所述第一栅极线配置用以通过多个高频时脉信号来控制所述第一栅极线的级传输出,所述第二栅极线配置用以通过一全局信号来进行控制,经由切换所述切换开关,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。
6.如权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于:所述数据线的一来源信号由一第一时段、一第二时段及一第三时段组成,其中所述第一时段用于所述子像素单元的薄膜晶体管对于所述显示电极的一显示充电,所述第二时段为一触控时段,所述第三时段用于经由切换所述切换开关,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。
7.一种触摸显示屏,包括如权利要求1所述的阵列基板。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的阵列基板的驱动方法,其特征在于:所述方法包含:
对所述数据线传送一来源信号,所述来源信号由一第一时段、一第二时段及一第三时段组成,其中所述第一时段用于所述子像素单元的薄膜晶体管的一显示充电,所述第二时段为一触控时段,所述第三时段用于经由切换所述切换开关,从而对所述公共电极进行充电。
9.如权利要求8所述的驱动方法,其特征在于:在所述第一时段及所述第二时段中,所述全局信号为低电平,使得所述第二栅极线上的切换开关同时关闭。
10.如权利要求8所述的驱动方法,其特征在于:在所述第三时段中,所述全局信号为高电平,使得所述第二栅极线上的切换开关同时打开。
