(3)加入植物胶,以50r/min低速搅拌4小时,过筛并稠化制得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在各原料的科学配伍下,粘结性好,成本低,强度大,光泽好,流平效果好,具有防水、阻燃、抗菌的功能,有效期时间较长,耐高温,耐低温,值得大力推广使用。本发明的水性涂料添加的锑掺杂氧化锡纳米晶具有抗紫外线、抗菌、自洁净、抗老化功效,因此涂料具有自清洁的功效;加入氟碳树脂可使得体涂层的使用寿命延长且提高涂层的自洁性;薄荷精油和桧柏提取物具有天然抗菌性,使得涂料具有抗菌性;植物胶是从植物里面经复杂工艺高温提取无任何化学物质,能够提高涂料成膜性、粘结性,提高涂料强度。
本发明中所用海藻纤维具有天然阻燃性和抗菌,从而使得整个涂料具有良好的阻燃和抗菌性,延长了使用寿命。

4.根据权利要求1所述的竹木家具用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂26份、水性氟碳乳液20份、聚硅氧烷弹性体6份、改性纳米电气石粉2份、复合阻燃剂1.5份、薄荷精油1.8份、锑掺杂氧化锡纳米晶4份、海藻纤维4.5份、钙脂松香5份、纳米硅藻土8份、钠基膨润土7份、植物胶3.5份、桧柏提取物2份、偶联剂4份、成膜剂3份、分散剂3份、消泡剂2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的竹木家具用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述复合阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三异丙苯基酯按质量比为1:2-5:1-4混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的竹木家具用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于,改性纳米电气石粉为纳米电气石粉通过硅烷偶联剂改性。
7.根据权利要求1所述的竹木家具用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述植物胶为瓜尔胶、胡麻胶、香豆胶按照质量比2:1:3混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的竹木家具用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述海藻纤维的长度为0.5-3mm;
所述的钙脂松香由一级生松香100份、纳米氧化锌1-2份、氧化钙4-8份组成。
9.一种竹木家具用阻燃抗菌涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按所述重量配比计量各原料,在球磨机中加入去离子水、丙烯酸树脂、水性氟碳乳液、聚硅氧烷弹性体,以200r/min速度,进行第一次球磨,制得浆料;
(2)加入改性纳米电气石粉、复合阻燃剂、薄荷精油、锑掺杂氧化锡纳米晶、海藻纤维、钙脂松香、纳米硅藻土、钠基膨润土、桧柏提取物、偶联剂、成膜剂、分散剂、消泡剂,以400r/min高速球磨12小时并充分分散,使其混合均匀;
(3)加入植物胶,以50r/min低速搅拌4小时,过筛并稠化制得。
