The invention provides an underwater cable butt joint device, which comprises a first butt joint terminal and a second butt joint terminal, wherein the first butt joint terminal is connected with the second butt joint terminal; the first butt-joint terminal and the second butt-joint terminal are coaxial in center, and a cable butt-joint part is arranged on the central axis of the first butt-joint terminal and the central axis of the second butt-joint terminal; the cable butt joint part of the first butt joint terminal and the second butt joint terminal is provided with an electromagnet butt joint ring in a surrounding way; at least one drainage air bag is arranged in a closed cavity formed after the first butt joint terminal and the second butt joint terminal are in butt joint, and at least one drainage one-way valve is arranged on a shell of the first butt joint terminal and/or the second butt joint terminal which are used for forming the outer wall of the closed cavity; according to the invention, the first butt joint terminal and the second butt joint terminal are close to each other, so that the two electromagnet butt joint rings are directly adsorbed and butted, the outer shells of the first butt joint terminal and the second butt joint terminal are butted and sealed, then the drainage air bag is controlled to expand to discharge internal liquid, and finally the drainage air bag is contracted, so that underwater sealing under a negative pressure state is realized.

the cable butt joint part 4 of the first butt joint terminal A and the second butt joint terminal B is provided with an electromagnet butt joint ring 5 in a surrounding way;
after the two electromagnet butting rings 5 are mutually adsorbed, the cable butting part 4 of the first butting terminal A and the cable butting part 4 of the second butting terminal B are just jointed and electrified;
at least one drainage air bag 6 is arranged in a closed chamber C formed after the first butt joint terminal A and the second butt joint terminal B are in butt joint, and at least one drainage one-way valve 1 is arranged on a shell of the first butt joint terminal A and/or the second butt joint terminal B which are used for forming the outer wall of the closed chamber C;
the air supply port of the drainage air bag 6 is communicated with an external air compression device or an air compression air bag.

When the outer shells of the two first butt-joint terminals a and the second butt-joint terminal B need to be opened, the drainage air bag 6 can be rotated to control whether to expand again according to the actual sealing condition, but the two electromagnet butt-joint rings 5 are controlled to have the same polarity and repel each other.
Furthermore, a distance sensor 2 for detecting the butting condition of the electromagnet butting ring 5 of the first butting terminal a and the electromagnet butting ring 5 of the second butting terminal B is arranged in the electromagnet butting ring 5 of the first butting terminal a and the second butting terminal B, and a data signal of the distance sensor 2 is transmitted to a control circuit controller for controlling the electromagnet polarity and the magnetic force of the electromagnet butting ring 5.

the cable butt joint part (4) of the first butt joint terminal (A) and the second butt joint terminal (B) is provided with an electromagnet butt joint ring (5) in a surrounding way;
after the two electromagnet butting rings (5) are mutually adsorbed, just the cable butting part (4) of the first butting terminal (A) and the cable butting part (4) of the second butting terminal (B) are jointed and electrified;
