Abstract
本发明公开了组合式电池座车架组件,包括电池组件、电池连接件、电池安装块、电池安装座、车架承重管件,本发明通过将用于安装电池组件的电池安装座与用于与车架上的其余部件组合成高刚度结构的车辆承重管件分解成独立的两个部分,使车辆承重管件只需要考虑组合成的高刚度结构的刚度,而不需要考虑嵌入电池后对车辆承重管件高度的影响,极大的方便了选材。同时,用于与车架上的其余部件组合在高刚度结构的车辆承重管件极大地简化了结构,电池安装座、电池安装块、电池连接件均可以通过模具大规模批量生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车架,具体是指承载电池座的一种组合式电池座车架组件。
背景技术
自行车上的电池系统大多用于灯等部件,但是近年来另一种产品已悄然进入市场,即具有辅助电动机的自行车,或者单纯只有电动机驱动的电瓶车。这些车辆具备辅助骑车者的电动机,从而可使用较小的肌肉力量来踩自行车的脚踏板,或者仅由电动机驱动。这些车辆通常具备由一个或多个电池组构成的电池系统,所述电池组可布置在车辆上的各个部位。在中国,这类助力车或者电动车已经成为了大家经常使用的一种简易交通工具,市场巨大。而且,现代的电池技术已使其变得比以前更吸引人,但是实际上仍然像是在普通自行车上配置较大和笨重的电池组。
为了满足消费者对周全的解决方案的愿望,出现了多种变型,其中电池组集成地配置在车架中,或是配置在适于电池组的隔室内,或是直接作为车架一部分,可被拆卸以供充电或更换。由于自行车常常停放在火车站和街道上,所以更重要的是消费者可以容易地拆卸和携带电池组,否则其可能未经使用者同意就被轻易地从自行车上移除,或者在使用者不用自行车时进行充电。
现有的一种车架电池组合方案是将车架做成多型腔,将其中部分型腔破坏掉以放入电池组,这样设计的方案在生产加工过程中会带来额外的工序,不利于利用模具批量低成本大量生产,目前还没有一种便于使用模具批量化大规模生产的组合式电池座车架组件。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种便于使用模具批量化大规模生产的组合式电池座车架组件。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
组合式电池座车架组件,包括电池组件、电池连接件、电池安装块、电池安装座、车架承重管件,其特征在于电池组件通过电池连接件与车辆用电系统连接,电池组件通过电池安装块安装在电池安装座内,所述电池安装座上设置有空腔,所述电池安装块、电池连接件设置在电池安装座的空腔内,电池安装座设置在车架承重管件上,所述车架承重管件与车架上的其余部件如上叉、平叉、中管、头管组合成高刚度的结构以承载车辆负载,所述电池组件通过电池安装块、电池连接件安装在电池安装座上。电池安装座剖面与车架承重管件剖面互相契合。车架承重管件为型腔管。车架承重管件为单型腔或多型腔管。电池安装块、电池连接件为一体式设计。电池安装块、电池连接件整体嵌入电池安装座上的空腔内。电池组件与电池安装座外形契合成管状。电池安装座与车架承重管件通过螺栓连接。

组合式电池座车架组件,包括电池组件1、电池连接件2、电池安装块3、电池安装座4、车架承重管件5,其特征在于电池组件1通过电池连接件2与车辆用电系统连接,电池组件1通过电池安装块3安装在电池安装座4内,所述电池安装座4上设置有空腔,所述电池安装块3、电池连接件2设置在电池安装座4的空腔内,电池安装座4设置在车架承重管件5上,所述车架承重管件5与车架上的其余部件如上叉、平叉、中管、头管组合成高刚度的结构以承载车辆负载,所述电池组件1通过电池安装块3、电池连接件2安装在电池安装座4上。电池安装座4剖面与车架承重管件5剖面互相契合。车架承重管件5为型腔管。车架承重管件5为单型腔或多型腔管。电池安装块3、电池连接件2为一体式设计。电池安装块3、电池连接件2整体嵌入电池安装座4上的空腔内。电池组件1与电池安装座4外形契合成管状。电池安装座4与车架承重管件5通过螺栓连接。

1.组合式电池座车架组件,包括电池组件、电池连接件、电池安装块、电池安装座、车架承重管件,其特征在于电池组件通过电池连接件与车辆用电系统连接,电池组件通过电池安装块安装在电池安装座内,所述电池安装座上设置有空腔,所述电池安装块、电池连接件设置在电池安装座的空腔内,电池安装座设置在车架承重管件上,所述车架承重管件与车架上的其余部件如上叉、平叉、中管、头管组合成高刚度的结构以承载车辆负载,所述电池组件通过电池安装块、电池连接件安装在电池安装座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式电池座车架组件,其特征在于所述电池安装座剖面与车架承重管件剖面互相契合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合式电池座车架组件,其特征在于所述车架承重管件为型腔管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合式电池座车架组件,其特征在于所述车架承重管件为单型腔或多型腔管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合式电池座车架组件,其特征在于所述电池安装块、电池连接件为一体式设计。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合式电池座车架组件,其特征在于所述电池安装块、电池连接件整体嵌入电池安装座上的空腔内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合式电池座车架组件,其特征在于所述电池组件与电池安装座外形契合成管状。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合式电池座车架组件,其特征在于所述电池安装座与车架承重管件通过螺栓连接。
